Great service! Was in Indianapolis from out of town when I had issues with my car, they took great care of me and at a fair price also. The employees were helpful and got me back on the road in a timely fashion. Thanks again!

Santos is a good dude. Communication is 4 star but all n all great experience here and got the truck I wanted. Worked out a deal for transmission rebuild . I'm happy

I was very pleased with my experience at Joe's Service Department. I am a courier and I drive my own van. I took my 2008 Town & Country there on May 17th. They were able to get me in and out in a timely fashion. Keith and Tom took great care of my brake and A/C issues. I definately will be going back to see them for basic maintainence or if I have any further issues on my vehicles. I highly recommend Joe's Service Department!

Every helpful, excellent customer service, whenever there's a problem with my vehicle, they would be the first place I would check into. Joe's Service Department is most definitely the place to be!

Might be a good shop, but you have to buy your car from their lot to have it worked on.
