I ve been going to this Jiffy Lube for almost 20 years. I always receive great service and never feel like I m pushed into purchasing more than I want to spend. Doug has helped me with more than just oil changes for my car. His advice has helped me fix problems and he s referred me to shops that are fair priced. I also love that they have women working in their shop! I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube

The shop was very clean. The car was attended by several employees who worked together to get the job done well. They did all the think you expect with Jiffy Lube, tire pressure, windows cleaned, air cleaner, and wipers checked. I best can appreciate your shop by explaining that I was at another Jiffy Lube earlier that day with my car. The shop was filthy and had what looked like an abandon car in the second service bay. Two employees one with a little more experience than the other. I never got out of the car which I was glad. They never checked my tire pressure, cleaned a window, and struggled with the oil change itself. I will definitely use your Jiffy Lube along with my daughter and wife, in saying that I would not like my daughter or wife to be alone at the later mentioned Jiffy Lube. Thank for the good service, and I am a person who never leaves a review.

I have been getting my cars serviced by the Fall creek Jiffy lube for 10 + years. Every time each employee is welcoming and helpful. I came in Tuesday at the end of the day and Lynn, Richie and 2 Ron s helped me. They are quick and professional while still Being warm and friendly. Love this location!!

The Jiffy Lube on fall creek is the bench mark of customer service. I have taken all our vehicles to this jiffy lube for 9 years now to have all our oil services done. The entire team is always helpful, friendly, and most of all they do the services everyday with a smile and an overall sense of enjoyment.Love this jiffy lube and cannot recommend high enoughServices: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Jiffy lube is pretty fast service for sure. The only problem I've ever had is they never set the instrument panel back where I have it set. I always have to reset myself. They are friendly and service has always been good.

They were awesome! They changed my oil and saw that my oil filter was a plastic part and had a crack in it. Once they saw the issue they called a local O Reilly s auto parts, they brought the part and then put on my car. I greatly appreciate the time they took to fix it, THEY ARE AWESOME!

Great service! The folks here are always in a good mood and get the service done very fast. They go over all issues (if any are found) and don't try to oversell. If you go in for an oil change, you get an oil change.

They did an amazing job, I was beyond happy with my experience! I used to hate going to Jiffy Lube. However they did not try to upsell me, I was there for an oil change and it took less than 10 minutes. They checked all of my fluids and even vacuumed the front and cleaned the windows! Paul was beyond kind! I would go back for sure!

Brought in my wife's CRV for regular service. Last service September 2023. Have not been driving this car often lately.Service employee noted that we had only driven this car 900 miles since last service. Noted that everything looked good and didn't recommend oil change at this time. Topped off fluids, checked tire pressure and sent me on my way. No charge for today!I appreciate the honesty and professionalism exhibited by everyone I encountered during my brief time there.Thank you ps: I'll be back!

Doug is always the friendliest and most helpful! Great people and great service. Go there for all my oil changes, tires rotations , filters, and wipers! The best! Super speedy too! 5 stars!

I have been going to this particular Jiffy, for a few years now - for check ups, and oil changes. They are ALWAYS extremely polite, efficient and professional. Their staff are dependable and accurate with service, whether I have made an appointment- or I am a walk in. I have been regularly getting great oil change service from the Jiffy Lube location near 79th and Fall Creek. I am usually in and out quickly and receive quality service from their friendly, professional team. I can usually find an online coupon or one in my email, too. If I have a light out or need additional services, they let me decide based on the recommendation and estimate.Service: Oil change

The staff is friendly and honest. I was in and out, which was important to me that day. They did a great job and went above and beyond to give me what I needed without trying to upsell me. Granted, they did tell me what I might need, but didn t push it when I said I could do it myself. I would recommend this location to friends.

I drive a Tesla, so I m not inclined to get oil changes too frequently however, one of my tires was low. I stopped into the Jiffy Lube. They filled up all four tires with air and couldn t have been nicer. Totally awesome customer service!I

Went on a Sunday afternoon for an oil change and a tire rotation. Was in and out in 20-30 minutes. Service was quick, but thorough. Would highly recommend, and will be returning for my next oil change!

I ve been a loyal customer of Jiffy Lube in Indianapolis for more than a few years & have always been well satisfied with the work done and the time it took to complete the work. My most recent experience was good but I felt the cost was exorbitant at $130 for just an oil change. My car was in a service bay for no more than 20 minutes.

I have always love going to this particular Jiffy Lube. We have 3 vehicles that we take there. The staff is extremely nice and good with what they do. I also appreciate that I m not being approach to buy unnecessary parts for my cars. I feel like they keep it real.

Service was fast but at a cost. My concern was the attendee when I went to pay decided it was ok to sign my credit card transaction to advance the screen. I understand speed is important but that is ridiculous. And I did not get my VIP discount applied.

The staff and service were second to none which is why we exclusively take all or cars there for service. Quick and easy without trying to sell you things you may not need but giving recommendations as needed as well!
