I've been taking my cars to this Jiffy Lube for almost 4 years I've taken my 2000 Regal GSE my 2004 Rainier GX and my '05 Impala LS always had good service always had polite people

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my car in to have my brakes checked on Thursday October 19th. I was told what needed to be done and i took it back Friday the 20th. I picked up my car that afternoon and when I started it up four lights were on so I asked the guy who fixed my brakes why the lights were on and he said that when he test drove my car he drove through a puddle of water and the lights came on. I asked him what was he going to do about it. His response was we don't have the equipment to check it and he suggested that I take it to AutoZone. I said why should I have to take my car anywhere because when I brought my car to you no lights were on. While talking to him he said that my lights were on when I dropped the car off and I told him that he was a lier from the pit of HELL.We went back and forth several minutes and then I asked for the manager. He said that he was the manager so I ask for corporates number. I talked to corporate and they had me take my car to another location to check out the car. The guy from the second location said that the he couldn't see anything wrong with the service form the first shop. I told him what happened at the first store and he told me that I need to talk to the manager Monday morning and see what he can do. I told him that the guy that worked on my car said that he was the manager. The guy at the second shop looked at my invoice and said that he was not the manager. I told him now see that's the second time he has told a lie. So Sunday morning I went to church and after church my daughter and I were going to lunch when my brakes didn't work. I pressed on the brakes and I couldn't stop. Then I pressed on them again and I spun and hit the car in the left lane. I totalled my car the other car had minimal damage. I will never take my car to the jiffy lube on shadeland . I do have a lawyer and they will be in contact with them. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO JIFFY LUBE ON SHADELAND OR THIS COULD BE YOUService: Brakes

Brake fluid repair Tuesday. Low brake fluid Thursday. I will be returning and I'm not pleased. This was Tuesday. Thursday I was encouraged by the manager to go to another jiffy lube. Because the only brake person, who had worked on my brakes, wasn't available. Apparently the manager is not qualified for brake service. Possibly risking my life and the lives of others because he knew my brakes were not working correctly.

Oil change was quick and efficient. Most of the employees were super nice there was one guy who was a bit rude and also was asking weird questions like how old I was. Why would my age matter when I m only there for an oil change. Kind of weird but other than that not too bad. They just need to watch who they hire.

This is one of the best Jiffy lubes around!! They were slacking on vacuuming the carpets for a while but have been very consistent with that again. They are very thorough with the oil change and inspection yet fast!! The line can be out to the street and you ll still have a short wait.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I went on a Sunday evening before a business trip. I pulled the team was very proficient. Everyone had a job to get done quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the service and plan to use this location in the future

I love that I can do get my oil changed and never get out the car. The staff are nice and friendly and most importantly they are quick.

Very fast and efficient oil change, as I did not have an appointment. Nothing above and beyond, but they did check and top off my fluids, and check my tire pressure (low pressure light was on). It still remained on when I was preparing to leave. I was told to just drive it for a few miles and it would reset. It did not and I had to reset it myself. I also heard a team member advise three other previous customers at check out, about the complimentary oil top off if oil levels indicate low before the expected due date. This was not offered to me. However, outside of these critiques, service was good.

Efficient and friendly. They offered me the extra services like changing my cabin filter and wiper blades, but were not pushy. This is my second visit and I ll keep returning!

The staff at the Eastgate/Shadeland Avenue location were courteous, friendly, and prompt when I went for an oil change on 12/08/2023 at approximately 08:10 EST. Gary greeted me upon arrival, took my information, and one of his associates guided me into a bay within 5 minutes of my arrival time (virtually no wait time for service). The staff performed all the services for a signature oil change with alacrity. All told, I spent approximately 20 minutes getting my oil change done. It was an example of perfect service and, as a customer, I couldn t have been more pleased with the staff and the services they provided to me. I will certainly continue going to this Jiffy Lube location for any needs I will have in the future! Thank you!!

I had a great experience at the top of the morning! Great customer service while explaining some details that were helpful for me to understand why my bulbs were going out in my turning signal lights plus a great oil change. This will be my regular oil change location from now on.

I went for an oil change 45 minutes before closing. Everyone was kind and good listener's. I asked them to tell me which tires had lower air pressure and he did so. I told them the air filter was newer so they left it alone. A friendly lady advised that 1 of 2 lights on my license plate was out. I held off fixing it. They took my coupon, rang me up. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They washed my outside windows too. I stayed in my car for the visit. I have been hear before and will go back again.

Went to have my tires rotated. In and out in around 15 mins. Reasonable price and the staff was friendly. Will return.

They were able to take my car in right away. There were 3 workers; each had a job to do; my oil change was completed in about 15 minutes. I paid and left a satisfied customer.

Your team is a blessing. Jon is one of a kind. They all deserve a nice raise and then some. Your entire team was extremely helpful, attentive and so very kind. Very good customer service and it was fast!!! Used a Groupon and it was no problems. Still had to pay$10 though but no complaints cars running smooth and it was nice and clean inside.

I went in for an oil change on Sunday December 10th I was in and out within 20 minutes they were very quick and efficient. They filled up my tires with air and topped off my fluids. Very friendly as well, I will definitely go back for my next oil change!

The staff was very friendly, but this morning I walked out to my car and noticed oil on my driveway underneath where the oil filter is. I just had my oil changed last week and I've never had a leak before. Hopefully it was just a loose filter, if it gets worse, I'll have to take it back up there.

I went in to get my oil changed in my dad's car I had a turn signal light bulb out I brought one with me and they replaced it for me. They also showed me my cabin filter was dirty and that my air breeder was okay they took the time out and listened to me and explain things to me and was very informative of what they were doing. I thank you for making an easier trip to get all that done. Way to go!

Jiffy Lube is used to service our student cars at the seminary. It has been a great experience from beginning to end. They are efficient, low drama and friendly. They do their job and get you on your way. I would recommend Jiffy Lube.

I have been using Jiffy Lube as my service provider for my oil changes and safety checks for my vehicle for quite some time now the staff members are always friendly and professional I have never had any issues they get me in and out I love these guys !!!!!

Went to get an oil change. I always come to the one on Shadeland, the whole crew there is always so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, & quick with great customer service. I would recommend them any day

I have never paid someone to change my oil before was taught to do it myself since I started driving but life is so hectic nowdays anytime I had time to do it it was raining or just nasty weather so I took my vehicle into Jiffy Lube on Shadeland and was amazed at how quickly they got it done. They also check tire pressure, another stop that is hard to do since people seem to like to steal or break air machines at gas stations, and they topped of my other fluids. For something that is done every 3000 miles I think I will be going ahead and taking my vehicle in from now on. They were fast and pleasant definitely a great experience.

Went for an oil change granted it was free, they took off my serpentine belt because I had an oil leak. They couldn t fix this leak which was okay but they couldn t put my belt back on and sent me on my way. So I was stuck trying to figure out how I was going to get my car back home without it overheating. It was all bad. If I could I wouldn t even rate this one star. Zero stars for me. How could they do this to anyone let alone an army bet.

I can t say enough about the staff. All of them were so nice. Didn t push any sales. Just took care of my car amazingly quick. A1 in my book
