Jess was great. Helpful with informing me throughout the whole process of my oil change and brake replacement. Everyone was professional and kind. Also was completed in a timely manner.I also appreciate the communication the staff has while my vehicle was being worked on.I will be returning in the future.

I went on 3/11 at about 5pm. I called ahead to check availability and they were happy to fit me in. They were some of the happiest people I have met who worked at a quick car service place. The woman who ran the front desk was really sweet as well as the men who did my oil change were kind. Everyone was friendly, service was quick/efficient, and I will definitely be back!

In a busy world Jiffy Lube is the way to go. I did not even need an appointment to get my oil changed. Jessica greeted me warmly and showed me to a neat clean waiting room where I enjoyed a cup of coffee while her staff performed the service. They even swept my car. The price was so much more reasonable that the dealership I ve been using in the past.I was out and back on the road in about an hour. Friendly people that did a great job. Thanks so much. I will recommend and will definitely use again.

Great staff- they were friendly and knowledgeable with their recommendations for my vehicle. The process was really quick and easy. Even though I chose a busy time to go (not on purpose) it didn t even feel like it. Thanks you guys!

The guys at Jiffy Lube changed my oil and air filter. They kept me informed on what needed to be fixed, but wasn t pushy on doing any service I didn t want done. They vacuumed my car out and had me taken care of quickly. Definitely recommend service at this location.

I love taking my car here for service. They are efficient and professional. I have gotten my oil changed here at least twice, along with my air filter and windshield wiper. They do so much more than just oil changes. I will always go back.

First visit to this business. Positive experience and plan to return in 3000 miles. They also noticed that the air filter was needing replaced, nice catch!! I usually do it, but since I was there let them for a very reasonable price.

The service I receive every time I visit Jiffy Lube on East Washington Street 46229 is unmatched. On my most recent visit, I had the pleasure to experience Jessica and see her in action. Let me tell you when I say she knows her stuff. Not to mention you can tell she loves her job. Her passion for her work shows in all she does. She was very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to be sure my vehicle had what it needed. For as long as Jessica, Ron, and Josh are a part of the Jiffy Lube team on East Washington Street that will remain my location of choice for all my vehicle servicing and needs. Thank you again Jessica for being the best part of my day you are simply amazing.

I would like to recognize the team at jiffy lube. I m new to Indianapolis and was in need of an oil change. It was a very busy day and the lines were long. The members assured me that they we working as fast as possible and regardless of the wait the staff regularly came out to communicate with me and the lines did move quickly. The level of service I received that day let me know that I found my oil change home.

My oil change was quick. I would rather not had listened to the employees cussing up a storm, and I had to ask to have my oil life light reset. Resetting the lights should be done without the customer having to ask.

This Jiffy Lube is the best! I have come here several times before but this was for Veterans Day and the service was amazing! The team here is so professional and treated each person as if they were paying for an oil change. I will definitely continue to come back.

Usually a decent experience, but last time I went it took me 90 minutes to get an oil change on a tuesday evening with 4 people ahead of me in bay 1. Prices also seemed to increase to 130 dollars for a full syn oil change on a 3.5 L

I had my oil changed on 3/12. They were very friendly and nice while I was there. I feel they work far to quickly though. A few days after my oil change my engine started making grinding noises. A few days later the grinding noises became worse and my car started stalling at slow down. I checked my oil levels with the car cool and it was far above the full mark. The oil also appeared very dirty. On 3/19 a week after my oil change the grinding became even louder and then the next day my engine blew a barring rod and leaked mass amounts of oil everywhere. Even with the oil loss my oil levels were still over full.My car was showing zero signs of any sort of engine failure prior to the oil change. Now my engine is toast and I have to replace it or by a new car. Very upset.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Ron was incredible! We work at the apartment complex behind this jiffy lube and our tires were extremely low. We didnt have anything to air it up. Ron hooked us up and made sure we could drive around the property in style Ron is the best!Service: TiresService: Tires
