Fantastic team No need to book appointment like other shops and wait years!Affordable price for changing both oil & filter Also, they had a $10 coupon discount.I will highly be their customer always.

Do not ever come to this shop or any Jiffy Lube for that matter. This shop even went as far as fabricating photos of damaged parts to try to get more business. The first issue was when I came to this shop my check engine light was not on and as soon as I turned my car back on after the oil change the light was on. They had no explanation. They hooked up the scanner to see what s wrong and still refused to 1. Show me what they were looking at on the scanner and 2. Give me a straight answer on what the problem was to start with. At first in was spark plugs then it was a new muffler haha. They think everyone is stupid I can t believe this is someone s job. These associates (not one of them are a mechanic) are so stupid they can t even lie right. As with all jiffy lube associates. Go to TAKE 5 for oil change only. They are very hospitable. Any other work needs a better shop besides this scam shack. They also charged me for a more expensive oil when I asked for a specific kind. Don t let these idiots get you like they did me. Looking to talk to the manager but she s so damn careless and dumb herself she won t even answer the phone or listen to a voice message. Will be reporting all of this.

Wonderful location. Was in and out in about 20 minutes, everyone was very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. They were extremely thorough when looking under the hood and around the exterior of my car. They also washed my windows and vacuumed the inside of my car which was a nice bonus! I will definitely be coming back to this location!

I recently visited the Jiffy Lube at 86th and Ditch and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. It's evident that the store is under new, motivated leadership, as their communication and customer service were top-notch. They are fair and honest, been getting oils changes there since 2009. I get the oil/synthetic blend. Fast, efficient, and noticed things like my license plate light bulb was burned out.

They are absolutely amazing. brought car in for an oil change and they checked my whole engine for anything wrong and even brought me in to show me a few things that were an issue. I called to ask how long it would take and they told me 15 minutes. They were wrong. It only took 10. Great people and great service.

Excellent service overall, the person in charge was gracious, respectful and courteous at all times. The service team was able to educate me with the type of oil, brake light that was out, etc. Overall the service was superb and expedited, there is not a better auto care in business. Impressed with every aspect!!

Jiffy Lube has been my go to for oil changes but I've noticed a couple times that the oil level was lower than it should be right after having it changed and had to top it off. The last oil change I had done here and it was fast which is always appreciated but not even 4 weeks later my battery was dead. I'm not surprised because it's a 6 year old battery but if they tested the battery, I would think the fact that it was low on juice would have shown up. A little heads up would have been nice, and then I would have gotten it replaced then, instead of being stranded yesterday when it wouldn't start.

This was my first time at this location. Overall, I m very satisfied, but I used a Groupon and the attendant that was trying to put it in the computer didn t know what he was doing. He had my phone for the entire time that I was there, trying to input the Groupon number. Not a huge deal, but I got a little bit nervous for a bit.

I came in mid-day on a Saturday. Two employees were slouched in the chairs of the waiting room on their phones. Usually not a big deal but the waiting room and coffee area was a complete mess (like trash on the floor kind of mess) There was definitely work that they could have been doing. In the middle of my oil change I asked if they could put some air in my tires. The young man stalled for a bit and then said the air compressor is out.I ve always stuck with Jiffy Lube because I've always had a great experience. I just moved to this side of town and I do believe I ll be looking elsewhere.

Always quick to get me in and out, everytime I go to Jiffy Lube I leave within 15-20 minutes even if there's another car there being worked on and I never leave with more problems than I showed up with.

Ariel was Amazing she gave tips on what I needed to get she also told me why I needed to get the things she was on it She was also very polite and very aware and trained probably her customer service skills and and sales skills are Amazing for her to be the only female at this location she actually did all the work and also was calling the shots on the numbers and scanning me in and out to get the product for my car please let this young lady know to keep up the good work.YALL SHOULD BUY HER LUNCH !!!!
