I had found an awesome deal on Groupon for a tire rotation, inspection, and oil change; so I called them at the store to see what there availability was. The guy who answered was very friendly and got me right in the store. They did an amazing job working on my car which I baby. All the staff there was awesome and totally knew what they were doing. I definitely will be a repeat customer, I found my new oil and lube place that is A1

Staff was nice but. I had to remind them to check all my fluids and filters. You were out of transmission fluids and washer fluid. Overall I would rate the experience as fair or 3 out of 4 stars.

I got an oil change it was fast & good. The guys were nice. Gave me all the different prices. I appreciate all of that. Only thing is I had told them 3x's that my tires needed air, cause light was on. They only did the back tires after the 3rd time of telling them.

The staff was very polite! I m surprised this location wasn t very busy. I arrived and was able to get an oil change right away. Will definitely choose this location now over all other West Jiffy s Lubes!

Noah was awesome at the 86th and michigan.He was so nice and helpful, he worked me in close to closing time. He changed my front light and fuse . He made my day less stressful and he was courteous and did not talk down to me or act like l was stupid because I was a girl. Bad experience at the one at 86th and ditch, will never return to that one .

Called ahead concerning my brakes and if I could get them check. The mechanic was very polite and stated yes and had let me know there are 2 people ahead of me. While I was there decided to get an oil change. Service was quick and customer service was great. Will recommend to others!

The guys did a great job and were very nice. My only complaint is that every light was off. I pulled in because Google said they were open and then I almost left. I had just found out I had a headlight out and there is a winter storm forecast the next day. I called Jiffy Lube just before 6pm to see if they could do the job. They said bring it in, knowing they close at 7. On my car it's not an easy replacement but Cedric and Noah got it done even though it was after closing time when they finished. Great store and great people keep me coming back. Many thanks.

Went there the Jiffy Lube location on Michigan Road on 1/29/23. I wanted to get an oil change before I got on the highway. The wait time was not long at all. The staff was knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions with ease. The price is fair as well.

Horrible service !At the moment of putting the new oil the man splashed all over my engine and he did not put the correct amount I told him to clean it today but he said he did not have time and when he saw that he was cleaning! I pay 120.00 hire decent people

Great service! Staff is very knowledgeable! Every person was hands on with my vehicle. Each person reviewed the work that was done on my car to make sure no steps were missed! Great team work and I definitely was in and out!!

Last Thursday I visited Jiffy Lube on 86th and Michigan rd. I was promptly greeted and quickly serviced. Cedric is the one that assisted a my checkout. He was very informative, prompt and kind. I will be back.

It was a short wait and they had me in. Didn t even have to leave the vehicle. Didn t try to sell me anything i didn t need or ask for. Extremely polite and courteous , did a good job and had me on my way. In all, it was a good experience.

The General Manager Scott Sebastian @ store 3692 located at 10390 North Michigan Rd. Treated me with respect and concern for the needs of the Maintenance of my car. I would recommend anyone to go and see him there mechanical needs.

I recently took my car into Jiffy Lube for an oil change and the staff were very professional and efficient with me and my car. I like taking my car there because they re full service. There wasn t a long wait at all and I was there less than 30 minutes. I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone in need of service.

The location of the jiffy lube on Rangeline is the only location that I have my car serviced for past few years. This is because of the employees are well trained and courteous and helpful. I will continue to use them as long as I live in Carmel.
