The staff at the Emerson Ave and SouthportJiffy lube were awesome. They spent extra time getting my locking lug nuts off my tires! The were bent and were not properly done at another business. The men working on my car were very helpful, thus I m extremely appreciative! I would recommend them to do the service your car needs in the future.Thank you for a great job.Kathy Stricker

I have always been servicing my SUV at jiffy lube after my company warranty expired. They been exceptional in thorough checkup of the engine and other components of car.. they are very reliable and fast.. best oil change service

Quick to greet me, opened doors for me, checks what service I want done, they did not push me to get a new air filter, in fact they said mine looked good. They were done within 22 min. And all the staff was extremely friendly and polite.

Went to this location a few days ago to get an oil change, tire rotation and fuel injection fluid. This is the only Jiffy Lube that I know of that does tire rotations. The staff was very friendly and I wasn t there waiting very long (granted I was the only customer at the time). They also honored my veteran status and gave me a 15% discount which was nice! I will return to this location the next time I need my vehicle serviced. Thank you!

I went to the Jiffy Lube at Southport and Emerson. I was driving my Granddaughter s car, a 2005 Honda. The men efficiently checked the vehicle into their system and asked me why I came in that day. I got a high mileage oil change. This included vaccuming and cleaning windows,plus fluids topped off. I was told about anything needed for the vehicle to function properly. This was not a hard sell, just explanations on why it may needed to be replaced. But everything looked good. I was offered a headlight cleaning. These headlights were totally fogged and very yellow, the price is reasonable and I had them cleaned. Wow, what a difference they look great but what is best they are clear and clean and once again function as headlights, we can see the road at night! Had no idea what a difference it makes. Liked the service and knowledge so much that two days later I took my 2011 Ford in and also had the headlights cleaned. great team and customer service Thank you

Very fast, friendly, you can even stay in your car while they change your oil. Most of the time, they have discounts on the jiffylube website. Also, they offer a discount with every car wash purchase. Check them out sometime.

Great service got an oil change for my telly. The Women who checked me out was great. She notice I had scrubs on and I worked for St. Francis and Got the work discount for being an employee.

I ve been going to this Jiffy Lube for a few years. They have always done a fantastic job. I ve had regular oil changes and a radiator flush and fill recently. Fluids are always correct. They are efficient but not hurried , and the manager and staff are great. They run a tip top operation.

My second visit and it was as good as the first. From the service writer to the workers it was perfect. Nothing missed , tires fluids, filters, service reset all checked. Even the cabin air filter. Would recommend this shop if you have any questions about the service of your car, truck or van. Great folks!

Angie did the paperwork, and the 2 men that services our truck were friendly and efficient! Rob and Mike and Aaron, have a communication tool in place, so there are no issues in understanding what needs to be serviced. It was impressive! Oil changed, wipers changed, washed the windows, air filter changed as well. Found and uses a 50 percent off coupon for the full synthetic oil change, making it even better!!Great job!Thank you!

Fastest oil change on the southside of Indy! Very nice guys too. Only complaint is that the waiting room area had no heat. Thankfully, though, the wait was short! However, if they had heat to where I could have sat comfortably, I'd give them 5 stars easily for a quick place for oil changes!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They pointed out to me that one of my lights was out and with in 5 minutes it was fixed as-well as my oil change. Even cleaned my windows for me. Great experience, will be back for my next oil change.

I love this Jiffy Lube. Professionalism was at an all time high. My vehicle rides smooth. Good place to get your oil change & also just to get a regular check up. I would definitely recommend coming to this one.

Friendly and fast service. Was informed of all services offered. They forgot to reset my maintenance light on the dash but I was able to use YouTube and get it reset myself.

We drove up approx 10AM we were metright away, pulled in and they got right to us. Very respectful, courteous, got right to work, showed us the filter, topped off fluids, wiped the windows and checked tire pressure. With the discount I told them that I would go get my entire neighborhood.This is the ONLY PLACE I've taken all my vehicles.GREAT JOB JIFFY LUBEService: Oil change

I ve completely dreaded getting my oil changed. I am a little embarrassed on how long I let it go because I just didn t want to bother with it. I finally bit the bullet and went and it was absolutely painless and took hardly anytime! I was in and out in 10 minutes. Staff was over the top friendly and am just really pleased with the experience.

Realized I had no headlights when it got dark. Pulled into Jiffy Lube and the super friendly guys there replaced my lights and had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes. Awesome experience!

After the terrible time I had at Take 5 oil, where they refused to service my vehicle because it is a 2013 Fiat 500 pop, I left and headed to Jiffy Lube. I'd had my oil changed there some 10 years ago with a completely different car, so was hopeful.We were told that it would be half an hour wait. I popped over to Taco bell, to get some food, came back, and not only were they able to help, they even stayed a bit after to make sure my little car got the care he needed.10 out of 10 will be returning in future!

The customer service was outstanding at this facility. It was so good that I actually told Robert and the other lady that was working that there customer service was impeccable. I would take my car there again.
