I had a real good experience at Jiffy Lube. They were super nice to me and quick. It took no time at all for them to do my Oil Change and all the things that came with it. I gave 4 Stars because the gentleman checked off that he vacuumed the floor but it was not vacuumed. That was the only issue I had. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

I had a negative experience at another local oil change shop and went into jiffy lube after. The man, Kenny who greeted me was super helpful and let me know that their tire guy would be in the next day as I had a tire issue as well as needing an oil change. I came back the next day and they were able to help me with everything and the lady checking e out did a great job explaining everything they were doing for my car. They were quick and the price was reasonable. Never going anywhere else from now on.

I went in with a rental car to get and oil change and they could not pull the vehicle up in the system all the way and I sat there for over an hour going back and forth with the rental company and Jiffy Lube only to leave and go to a different shop (take 5) and I had no issues. Not good customer service...I will never go to Jiffy lube again. If you didn't want to do my oil change you should have just turned me away

I have been using this same location for years and I keep going back. Every time I go the experience is excellent. All the staff greet me like family and always make me feel welcome and valued. The service process is explained and carried out very professionally.The crew values my time I ve never spent more than 30 minutes start to finish.The vacuum , check fluids , clean the windows and tires. Car rides smooth after services. I take multiple vehicles and very happy. If I have coupons they honor them with no hassle. I also appreciate the diversity and inclusion. Super excited there are women who change the oil also. I strongly recommend this location. You won t be disappointed.Service: Oil change

I always go back to this location! They re helpful, friendly, and honest about whether I need something else that day or if it can wait a bit. They re also typically pretty fast if there s not a lot of people waiting. I recently got my oil changed in less than 20 mins

First time going to a Jiffy Lube and it was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. And it was so fast! Had an oil change, new cabin filter, and air in my tires and was there for maybe 15 minutes. I will for sure come back here for my regular oil changes.

They usually provide quick service. BUT this last time, their technician stripped the threads on my oil pan and didn't tell anyone ($600 repair). I appreciate that the owner responded to my feedback below, but it was THEIR technician that stripped the threads. It was not damaged before I brought it to this location.

Went in unscheduled and wait was mild. The staff were friendly and efficient, charges were clear up front. The other customers in the waiting room made pleasant conversation, and my toddler enjoyed watching the mechanics through the window of the waiting area. All in all a good trip!

The manager was very nice and friendly. The team was very professional and the timing was excellent. I expect to have a long wait. However, the team worked through their lunch hour to assure that no one was waiting unnecessarily. I went to another location prior to coming to this location And I was refused service. I am a wounded vet and this manager made sure that I felt not only welcome but honor. On a scale of 1 to 10 I have to give this manager a 10.Great team....

I went in for a routine oil change and they immediately told me I needed to schedule an appointment with their manager on 106th St because my oil pan was leaking and needed replaced. They even said my car had no oil in it but it was driving perfectly fine. I took it to my mechanic who changed my oil and inspected the oil pan and found no leaks. A waste of my time

I have an oil pan problem and before i brought the car, i specifically asked if thry could pump out the oil instead of draining it, because i had the plug glued so it doesn't leak. They said yes, as soon as they got it in the bay, they took off the plug, and put another one in, they were rude and ghetto, told them that is not what i asked, they said we already did it, with an attitude. And they charged me for the new plug. Luckily for them i had to be at an imporrtant appointment otherwise i would have stayed there until resolved. I m never going back!!!

Every time I go to get my oil changed they go above and beyond to help me care for my vehicle. As a girlie with no vehicular knowledge but wants to take good care of my vehicle I truly appreciate the quality service. Everyone is very friendly too!

I came in 2 minutes to five and I was invited in happily they did a good job and thorough. The lady at the desk answered all my questions and she was very nice I'll be back for my next Oil Change. Thanks guys and gals

I came in for an oil check due to my oil light coming on before 6-months or 5,000 miles. They added oil and had me out of the garage in about 10 minutes. It was completely free.

Roach on the ground in the waiting room, employees joking around with flashlights while driving my car into the bay. They also were throwing used windshield wipers off of a different customers car across the garage, and hit the window of the waiting room. My car s recommended tire pressure is 32/32, the receipt said they filled it to 35/35. I will probably choose Valvoline or take 5 next time I need an oil change.

The person who helped me was nice to talk to. Let me know everything was okay with my car, gave me a discount, and we had a very nice conversation about our kids behavior. Lol. I enjoyed the short wait.

Arrived without an appointment for a mechanical issue. Waited about 15 minutes to be next car in. Sensor got replaced and I left within 20 minutes. Quick and friendly service.

Terrible experience. They changed a lightbulb over the license. When I got home I realized the running lights front and back wouldn t go off went back to jiffy lube. Manager tried to fix it but couldn t. I had to keep driving till I found someone else who was able to figure it out

Giving 3 stars because before I called the GM, he called me to discuss the issue. It would be lower, otherwise. Went in for an oil change and the plug was not tight. My car leaked oil for 24 hours before I realized it. Luckily, I hadn't driven a lot. Waiting to be contacted about the cleanup for my garage floor and driveway. Will update after final resolution.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change over two months ago. When I took it in, it did not have an oil leak. When I left, it had an oil leak. The manager actually called me and asked me to come back because there was a visible leak as I pulled away from the shop. Upon my return (10 minutes later), he examined it again and said the oil filter wasn t tightened enough when they installed it, but that he had identified and corrected the issue. I live in another state, and by the time I returned home (about a four hour drive) the oil was completely empty.(It is worth noting that this location lied, on the paperwork, about me having an excessive oil leak when I went in, when I know for a fact that I did not. I would not have made a trip if my vehicle was leaking oil. I have spent most of my life on the road as a musician and realize that auto shops often try to gaslight or overcharge women because they can, to cover their tracks or make an extra buck.)I took my vehicle to another Jiffy Lube in the town I live in and told them what happened, where they informed me that they couldn t help me with the Jiffy Lube guarantee because I needed to go back to the original location without oil and a four-hour drive away or pay for another oil change.So I made an appointment with my mechanic, which I had to wait ten days for, and they informed me that the oil filter had been improperly installed by the first Jiffy Lube and that was the cause of the leak. I called this JL location four times to ask for a refund; the manager, Jimmy, dodged my first three calls, which included a voicemail and two messages left with employees. He then referred my request to a mysterious office that he would not provide a phone number for and said it was their decision on whether or not to refund the oil change. After my third call, I waited for a week and a half for the office to contact me.They likely damaged my vehicle with their neglect, and the whole thing is costing additional money to fix with a mechanic who actually knows what they are doing. Never going to a Jiffy Lube again! -Update: I finally received a call from a regional manager, shortly after posting my initial review, who apologized for the poor service and said they would issue me a refund via a mailed check (which took about two weeks to show up). This did not cover the cost of my trip to my mechanic so it s still a loss, but I appreciate that someone reached out.

This Jiffy Lube is the best! Always kind and friendly staff and I never feel pressured into anything I don t think is necessary. I ve encouraged friends and family to go to this location for services and everyone agrees that it s the best!
