This is an unsolicited review. We've never met before I went there, and we aren't related. Having said that, they now have my repair business for life. They know what they are doing. Family run business. They are busy, but that should tell you plenty right there. I take me and the wife's vehicles here. I can't recommend them more or higher. You should give them your repair business.

Called to have them help me bolt in my 5th wheel this morning. Guy takes a quick glance knows the socket size and helps me in 10 mins then says its free cause it was nothing, amazing service had to leave a tip for lunch. you dont see this kind of friendly service anywhere nowadays. Good people here

These people are so amazing. We have not been in the neiborhood but 1 year so didn't know about the parade that was going in Clermont. We had a great time going to the parade. The lady that works at the desk drove me home after I had to drop my car off for diagnostic. Very nice people I would recomend them to all. She also offered to pick me up when they were done. Go here for repairs.Thank you all,From The Walkers

Well I took it to have them inspect it because I smelled something burning off the engine. He first told me it needed a new rack and pinion but he said he should degrease it so he can better tell where the leaks are coming from. He told me to drive it for a week and scheduled an appointment for a week later. The one that first helped me didn't show up for my follow up I think was the owner so another guy checked it and said it did not need a 1000 dollar repair and to just keep an eye on the fluids. Idk what to think just glad I didn't have a 1000 dollar repair necessary. Thanks. be careful out there single women that's all I can say.

I had to have my alternator replaced. I had originally taken it to the Chevy Dealership to see if it was covered under my warranty. They took so long with the inspection and telling me if it was covered or not when I already knew what the issue was. I have used J&F before and had awesome experiences so I called them up and told them about my issue. They told me to get the part from the dealer and they could put it on for me. I purchased the part, they had my car towed to their shop from the dealership along with the part, they put the part on and had my truck ready in a matter of hours. When I picked it up there was still an issue with it starting so they put a brand new battery in my car because they determined that was also an issue and they did not charge me a dime for the battery. Like I said, myself, my mother and my son have used them several times in the past with our other vehicles. I have had great experiences with them every time.Service: Battery

J&F saved our weekend! I'm from out of town and had an exhaust issue. J&F got me in late Friday afternoon and fixed us up. These awesome people made a bad problem an enjoyable experience. 100% recommended!

You couldn't ask for a more ethical, fair, honest "non dealership" shop to go to! Always explanation (if you want) would go no where else with exception of something being under warranty & being required to go to a dealership.

Wonderful customer-service. They gave me a ride to work and picked me up. They made sure every step of the way that I had transportation. After fixing my car, they warranty their work for 24 months. You can't beat having someone who treats you like you are important working on your card.

After they had my truck for 3 weeks, the owner called to apologize. Without having to call asking questions constantly or complaining, he worked with me on the price. I wasn't happy not having my truck for so long however they made it right with me. I will definitely be returning for great customer service.

Only visited to get air in my tires. In the ten minutes I was there(large tires fill slowly) I had interactions with 4 or 5 staff members, and all were extremely friendly! Exactly the experience you'd hope to find at a family owned business. Wouldn't even charge me for the service.

I had my exhaust falling off. I took my car in late in the day and they kept it over night so they could get me squeezed in even though they had a full schedule. Called me with a quote same day I took it in, and when I went in to pick up after fixing my car the following day the price was cheaper than quoted. They didn't need to replace as much as they first thought. Love that they were honest and didn't charge me. Saved this single gal and mother some money. Integrity goes far in my book. Thank you J & F Auto Repair.

They inspected my car and gave me a list of current problems/concerns. They charged me $95 dollars for this assessment but then subtracted this assessment fee from the repair costs when I decided to have them fix the problem. Staff was superficially nice but had an underlying rude tone. For example, one of the times I was waiting in the office a staff member made a joke about a client to another staff member. It just didn't feel very professional. I really wish I could do a 3.5 because I feel like that would be more representative of my experience.

Go in and talk to Chris, straight up guy. Did a scan for free. Normally every one charges about 80. He called me back with a quote in a reasonable time. Customer care is hard to come by.
