This place is amazing. The employees were phenomenal but a special shout-out to Isaac, who helped me (not pictured) with understanding what a used battery actually means. I was hesitant about buying used, but it was the best decision financially. I highly recommend coming here. Thank you, Isaac, for your help and your kindness. Also, I added the Santa and Reindeer to the photo as I really felt Santa had a play in leading us here by getting help from Eric at the roadside service we used.

Helped me figure out when ford built my 3 year old vehicle they put the wrong size battery in it. Very Help. Thanks guys. Bought a new right size battery

I had a very positive experience with the team at Interstate Battery yesterday. I brought in some golf cart batteries for them to check the health of. They were extremely helpful in testing out the batteries and giving me advice on the best course of action to have them replaced. Would definitely recommend for their customer service.

They were very helpful when I came in for a new battery. The gentleman gave me his honest opinion, didn t just try to get me to spend money ! He was very knowledgeable and explained things to me. I will definitely go back!

What a positive experience today at the East 21st Street location. Kudos to John who installed my battery in a quick and efficient manner. But everyone at the center was focused on providing great service to all customers who came in or called on the phone. And they were very busy! So refreshing to see old fashioned customer service! They said on the phone that the battery was one price, then when I got there in person they said it was a different price for the same car discussed on the phone. They need to do better at communicating and giving correct and consistent information.They also told me that they had the battery in stock over the phone, when I got there a person said they didn't I asked someone else there and they had three of the batteries in stock!

Austin is SUPER DOPE! He is very thorough and EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE when it comes to the items being sold in the store and what s in stock. He is patient and willing to show me vs just telling me what s wrong. He is now AWESOME AUSTIN to me. I went from constantly needing a jump-sometimes several in the same day to a new battery installed quickly. Thank you so much for EXCELLENT customer service. The STAFF here is WONDERFUL!!!!

Husband and I Pulled up, shut off truck and employee comes out and greets us with a big smile and "how ya doing today sir" in 5 seconds of pulling up! Takes the old battery out of the truck and carried it in for my husband too! Super pleasant guys that were working in there, accommodating, and knowledgeable!! Then they carried the new battery out and put it in the back of the truck for us!

Everyone at this location treated us with kindness and respect. John was very helpful, and made sure our battery and terminals were installed correctly. Go here for a refurbished battery.It cost us 69.99 for a refurbished battery! Total came to about $90 included 2 terminals and tax!I highly recommend this place for car batteries! Skip Autozone and Advanced Auto!

After going to a slightly closer location and being told they absolutely couldn't replace my battery and that I'd likely pay $100+ for the labor, I knew I had to come to these guys. They charged a mere $20 for labor and did a fantastic job. Seriously, if you have any battery needs at all, just forget anyone else exists. They've got decent prices and superb customer service.I owe them an apology for even attempting to check elsewhere

Guys are always friendly up there. Had a battery that was still under warranty, they exchanged it loaned me the tools to put it in, I was in and out in 10 minutes no problem. Great place to deal with.

Went in here with my fiance to get a battery for his mom car. Very attentive and has three different type of battery options and explains the warranty. Battery did fit perfectly. Easy location to find. It does has a strong smell of them charging old batteries. I could not take the smell. That has no barring on their products. They also will put the battery in your car if needed. Thats a plus for his mom when we are not available or around.
