Some scratched and dented the front right side of my car so I had to get it repaired. I avoided my dealer and called a couple repair shops, only to discover some don t work on older foreign cars. Finally found this place which was quite challenge because they have no signage as they are awaiting approval for it! I got to the place on time but ended being a bit late circling the area trying to find Building 6, but the owner Luis actually walked out and waved me down when I called telling him I had a hard time finding the place. Talk about service! Just look for Flat Out Motorsports with their huge sign and the place is the building across in the alley.Luis gave me a quote and got me scheduled within a couple days. They take pride in their work and pay attention to details, my car came out looking like new (see the before and after pics). In place of the dent and scratches is a shiny reflection of the pavement if you zoom in. I would recommend Luis and his team!

Luis and crew did a fantastic job repairing my car. I'm very particular when it comes to my car, and they were perfect. With four cars and two teenagers, I'm sure I'll be seeing him again soon. Highly recommend them.

When I tell you the absolute best SERVICE EVER!! I brought my elderly dad here to get his truck fixed from an accident and got the chance to meet the owner Mr. Louis. We were greeted with respect and quoted fair. During the repair process we were updated on everything and the truck was fixed a week before scheduled. He s honest and reliable and we appreciated that. I would refer anyone here, especially elderly people who want to be treated fairly. Thanks Indy Prestige.

Highly recommend you see Luis for any body work! Best in town!! I had a scratch on my hood and now my hood looks brand new! He matched the color perfectly and had my car completed in a very reasonable timeframe. Not to mention the price was the cheapest quote I ve received and the customer service is unmatched! Definitely grateful and I highly suggest you stop by to get an estimate!

Went into Indy Prestige today for a quote on some damage to my Jeep Compass. Worked with Luis who was very professional and knowledgeable. He didn't just explain what needed to be done, but the "Why" as well. The quote was free and only took a few minutes. It's got to be the best experience I've ever had at a collision shop. I look forward to them fixing up my Jeep!

Brought my 2023 Kia to get a dent repair on a tricky part of the trunk. Starting with the consultation customer service was great. All concerns were addressed. As well as all the information being communicated well, for me to feel good about where I was taking my car. I felt more comfortable taking my car here rather than the dealership due to the care and time I knew was going to be put into the car. Pricing was very affordable ended up being less than I was quoted. Very detailed work. The owner/ team went above and beyond on the dent repair along with going above and beyond on the inside(my car came back cleaner than I dropped it off.) I got my car dropped off and picked up in less than a week even with it being the Holliday season. The body work of this shop exceeded my expectations as well as their attentiveness and customer service! Highly recommended!!!

Very good service! I hit a deer and they were able to fix my car quickly and affordably. They also cleaned my car along with the repair! Very nice people and overall great customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car fixed.

I just picked up my car and am so impressed! Luis is fantastic to work with-he's honest, professional, friendly and went out of his way to help solve fairly unique challenges that other auto body shops couldn't handle. Hard to put into words how grateful I am and I will not hesitate to do business with them in the future as well as recommend them to all my family and friends in the area. I only picked this place b/c of the reviews, it s way out of the way for me as far as getting to work and getting home but I don t have the patience or time to shop around for estimates so I really hoped they would do good work and I was not disappointed. Great communication , if I didn t get an answer when I called, the owner called back within minutes. The work was completed quickly start to finish and it was quality work thanks guys

This place is awesome my 17 Jetta was wrecked and the team here really put their backbone in the work to make it like new again! Luis took excellent care of my Honda Civic after a minor car door incident and with a trunk blemish that came with this used car. Price was more than reasonable, communication was great and timeline was honored. I would definitely recommend this shop to others.

I cannot speak highly enough for this shop and how thoroughly pleased I am with the work Luis and his team from Indy Prestige did. After an accident in early December 2022, I called multiple collision repair shops and was told the earliest appointment I could get was 01/17/2023 (most shops were booked until March or April). With collision damage that left one of my front headlights not working, I was quite anxious to be driving around for multiple months before getting repairs (especially with it getting dark at 5pm this time of year). Luis was able to get me in within a few days and completed the work within a couple of weeks. He worked directly with my insurance adjuster from Progressive to make the process as smooth and quick as possible for me. When my car was ready for pickup today, Luis made it easy for me to get my car despite the fact he was unable to be in the shop today due to a personal emergency.I cannot thank the team at Indy Prestige enough and highly highly recommended this shop to anyone else that has the misfortune of needing collision repairs!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I had damaged to my door on my vehicle. I called several collision places in November 2021. They were all saying they couldn't get me in for a couple months cause they couldn't get parts. Indy Prestige was able to get me in asap and got the parts for my vehicle within a few days. Needless to say they got my vehicle done in 2 weeks! It looked like new again. They did a great job!.
