My experience was excellent. I recently moved from the East coast back to the Midwest and was in need of finding a new Hyundai dealer. I am so glad I chose Indy. Their service is very professional and pleasing. Throughout my wait time I could track progress on my service, as I waited in a very comfortable area. I was able to approve service through a text on my phone making all things at my ease. Check out was smooth and efficient. This is definitely the place I will buy my next vehicle.

I felt very comfortable and assured of the good service I would receive as soon as I entered the place. I had my oil changed, and tires rotated within the time that they gave me Even actually a little bit early. Erick extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He told me exactly the sequence of events and followed them to the letter. He has a great demeanor with customers!

Good service on oil change. But didn't Honor life time free oil change I got with the car. I had no problem with oil changes for last 6 years. I suggested they check my past service records but service said I would have to take that up with "another" department (not there problem). In future make sure service will honor dealer agreement before doing service. If agreement was canceled all they had to do is say so, but like they said "not there problem" have to check with different department. Next time I will see if I can find that "other department " if I no longer have lifetime oil changes I will be free to go to anybody else for service.

The svc Mgr Ernesto and the service rep Erick were so helpful. They explained what they would do and got it done. Also Fred the courtesy driver took me home and was very nice.

I scheduled an appointment a few days in advance. The woman who scheduled it for me said that the technician had a one hour time slot and would diagnose the problem (rear hatch will not open), but would not be able to repair it if parts were needed. I arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment and checked in. I asked about the waiting area and repeated what the scheduler had told me. The advisor laughed and said that they didn t have any technicians available and that my car would be in line to be checked. I asked if I could get a ride (I live several miles away), and I had to wait for the advisor to find the driver. The ride home was the one and only good part of the experience, as the driver was very nice.I didn t hear anything back that day, and nothing showed up on the link I had been provided. I waited until after noon the next day (Friday) and then called. The advisor then told me that they had not yet even looked at my car and that they would not have time to look at it in the remainder of the day.I had someone take me back down. I had to wait for assistance to retrieve my car. I told the advisor how disappointed I was, but received no apology and only the explanation that they didn t have enough technicians.The only reason you see one star above is that the survey won t let me select post without at least one star selected.I completed a brief survey from Indy Hyundai the next day and said I was disappointed; the survey promised that someone would contact me right away. Unsurprisingly, no one has reached out .

Bold move Indy Hyundai asking for a review. I've gone here for many years always with less than desirable, but tolerable experience since it's once every six months. No more am I willing to subjugate myself to the terrible customer service and expectations so far from being met that I am willing to go to a dealership on the other side of town for a simple oil change. Good luck, I hope this department can get turned around, I've given patience and understanding for a long time (years) and it's continued to decline. I would not come back even if all services were free.

Out of all the places to go, i always feel welcomed and treated with respect. Its hard to find a place that treats younger women with respect or doesnt try to take advantage. It s straight forward and professional, thank you for always getting the job done with no issues.

I was having trouble with my car starting. I had other places look at, they had not a clue what was wrong. Indy Hyundai fixed it, no problem. It starts first time, everytime.

Still a cold feeling when you walk into this place.. still takes 2 hours for an oil change and that is with an appointment. Sad. Use to take 45 min.

Very slow. Backed up and the wait is not what you would expect after buying a new vehicle from them! Did not get a notification on a recall , found out about the recall from internet. They are all pleasing when they want you to buy a vehicle but slack off after you do. Not impressed at all. I have decided to avoid this dealership all together, will drive to a different dealership that isn't ol' bobs owned and ran!
