So, I knew exactly what I wanted and I was not only determined but beyond delighted with what I got. The customer service rep was Awesome, even coming in on his off time to help me complete the sale. The finance department was amazing! Sam, very honest and upfront with information and also informative about the coverages and financing. I will DEFINITELY be back soon. The have earned a customer for life and I am sending all my friends to them! Great job guys!!! it was great to work with you all!

Awesome Experience! This was my first experience with Hyundai. I have been in a Nissan over 10 years and I wanted to try something new. Tyler @ Rohrman Indy Hyundai was awesome! He was very nice and personable. He was very knowledgeable about all the features on the Santa Cruz. He helped me set everything up on my new vehicle. Thank you so much! My wife had a very specific vehicle and trim level in mind. The night before we went to another Hyundai dealer that stated they had it in stock. We drove 45 minutes only to realize they did not in fact have the vehicle from their website on the lot, and tried to bump her up a model (that of course was more expensive). The next morning she called Indy Hyundai and spoke with Tyler Miller. Tyler listened to her story and said he did have the model she wanted. They set up a time for us to come in and look at it. When we arrived, Tyler had already pulled the Santa Cruz into the garage/show area, keeping us dry from the rain and cold. Tyler offered to take us on a test drive and my wife loved it. We sat down to talk numbers. My wife had a very specific budget in mind and the initial offering was more than she wanted to pay monthly. Tyler went back to the manager and came back with a number that was closer, just not close enough. We discussed the specifics of where we needed to be, and Tyler took one more try. He came back and was within $25 of her monthly number. We made it work and took the truck home that afternoon. Everyone we worked with that afternoon was great. We would highly recommend this location. The after purchase follow up has been great too!

I haven't bought a vehicle from this dealership. My experience is sorely from their service department. Hyundai the company is trash in how I've had to send my car in for service from a bad engine recall and from them being cheap and getting my car broken into thanks to the Kia Challenge. But the service department is AWESOME! I have nothing but love for the people who work there. They were always keeping me updated on my vehicle and even though they were slammed with other cars and it took a while to get my car fixed they did a great job and didn't rush the job just to get I done. Thank you Indy Hyundai for showing that great customer service

I didn't physically visit Bob Rohrman Indy Hyundai, but my interaction with Jennifer Hicks over the phone was so positive that I felt compelled to leave a review. Despite not being able to secure a new lease, Jennifer's assistance was invaluable, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in search of a new lease.Jennifer's professionalism and dedication were evident from the moment we connected. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, patiently guiding me through the leasing process and providing all the information I required to make an informed decision.Even though I ultimately didn't proceed with a lease, Jennifer never made me feel pressured or rushed. Her friendly and helpful demeanor made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free.While I can't comment on the dealership itself, I can confidently say that Jennifer Hicks exemplifies outstanding customer service. I don t go to dealerships very often to get repairs because they tend to take longer and cost way more; my last experience here changed my mind. They were quick. The costumer service rep, Elena Owens, was AMAZING. She communicated efficiently the entire time they had my vehicle, made all of the arrangements with my warranty provider to get repairs taken care of. My experience was pleasant and seamless. I ve gone to other Hyundai dealers around the city and had terrible experiences, this is my new go to. They were Excellent

Just wanted to say thank you to Jay Flores, Tippy, and Sam for making my purchase so easy!!! They were very helpful and friendly when I pulled up on the lot. Was not really trying to get the car that day. However, they went over and beyond to make sure I drove off the lot with my new car. I give them and 10 out of 10. They are definitely rock stars in my book. Go see Jay and the management team they will definitely take good care of you Part 2 of my review. Although they took great care of me, there was one problem that is still not resolved. I m currently driving with a headlight out which they will only pay part of the service charge toreplace. I don t agree with that decision. It hasn t even been a month since I purchased my car. The headlight was an issue the first 3 days of my purchase. Needless to say, It s still not fixed. Please make sure they do a thorough inspection before you purchase your vehicle. They are great people, and will do all to get the deal done. Just make them do a thorough inspection of everything and give you a report before you sign those papers. Yea they may tell you they ve done that, but have them do it with you being there. Just my experience and opinion. I will definitely do that moving forward if I continue to do business with them in the future.

Would no recommend for started bought a 2022 g70 first week of having it had electrical problems, took it to service refused to give me a loaner for the first few weeks of the repair then got me into a loaner car and kept pushing my pick up date back for almost a couple month and never had an answer for what was wrong with it, then to get my car back and my second key fob doesn t work. When tried to talk to them about getting the key fob reprogrammed state they don t work on the genesis cars anymore and tried to deny that they did anything that would affect my second key to work, which is out rages when they did a ton of electric work on the car and the key worked before leaving it at the service depatment. This place is a joke and the service department lack of communication is mind boggling. Would not recommend. Will be taking my car else where with people that are willing to help and are capable.

Took my new used Genesis coupe here to get an oil change and tranmission fluid changed as well. The service advisor communicated well. I will certainly return for the next oil change.

Service, text alert update, and timing was good. I asked about the complimentary car wash and the back and hood of car looked like it was never washed. If I had more time I would have asked for a rewash. I understand this is free which is why my rating is at a 4 out of 5.

Really great experience. Dealt with Damien, and I have to say, he was a vibe from the first phone call til the shaking hands after the purchase. Other members of management (Sam, Tim, and Mike) were also great Tonto work with. They told me they would "knock my socks off". I responded with "I am wearing my long socks". They on fact did knock my socks off as I did leave satisfied and in a new vehicle.

If I could give this dealership zero stars I definitely would. The person that I have the most trouble with is Jason Parker which ironically does not work there anymore. My boyfriend and I had purchased a vehicle there that was 20K retail price but somehow managed to walk out the door with a 31K loan. Jason told us that all of these add on's were not going to cost extra and was very sneaky when having us sign the paperwork and would not allow us ample enough time to read the fine print. I ended up calling the loan bank within the next two days after leaving the lot to see if any of that 11K worth of money that was going to be wasted could be taken off and the bank stated that almost half of that was optional and I could be refunded for that money but I would have to contact the dealership to get that taken off. My boyfriend and I collectively called the dealership numerous times to talk to someone about our car loan with absolute no help from Billy Summers or whatever his name is also Nicole did not seem to care in the slightest at all either. Worse dealership experience I have ever had. If you want to save yourself thousands of dollars, DO NOT GO HERE!

I really don t like having to write this. But Be careful buying from these guys. First thing is they don t want you to test drive a vehicle on your own. They ride with and direct where to go, around the block. I bought a vehicle with clear transmission issues that didn t show until I drove it for a while. Then they push a zeibart package on you. They told me the vehicle already had the $2,000 zeibart package done to the car. And I had no choice but buy it because it came on the car. After talking to zeibart the only thing that was done was a paint protection and I need to bring the car in for a while day to preform the diamond package . So I was manipulated and forced to buy it. Finally I bought the car as is, and I asked them multiple times if they would cover any existing issues with that car. They said it s not a problem because it passed the over 100 point inspection and the car is good. I would understand if the car developed an issue after the fact. But when i called, the guy actually told me that they don t drive the vehicles during inspection : He claimed that if there was an issue, they wouldn t know about it. It s all deceit and manipulation. At the end of the day it s on me for trusting them and not demanding that I get the car checked out. But done think it can t happen to you. there are hundreds of dealerships on Indianapolis, find somewhere else. The only way these places will ever do good business is if the customers force them to. After this post my wife was driving and the rear control arm broke. This is all within 6 weeks of buying this vehicle.

I should known better. Made an appointment for an oil change. 90 minutes later, I m still waiting for my car. I don t understand the point of making an appointment if you can t get the job done at the scheduled time. Any oil changing garage would get this completed in 10 minutes without an appointment. Should have known better than to come to the dealership.

After months of struggling to find the perfect vehicle for me, I came to Indy Hyundai with little hopes. I met our salesperson, Jared, who is the coolest guy ever. He listened to every detail I wanted in a vehicle. He was so patient throughout the entire search for the perfect car. Shout out to Ryan as well, he kept me right in my price range!! Did not find the customer service exception but they were not rude. Also, waited 2 hours in an oil change when told it would take an hour. No one came to tell me my car was ready. It was only after me waiting 2 hours and then going to the counter for an update that I found out my car was ready.

My old car went to automobile heaven, so I was looking for a new car. I had no idea what kind of vehicle I wanted, but had a list of must haves. Ethan took such good care of us. He listened to what I was saying, and started showing me vehicles. I fell in love with one, and drove home in it that day. Great experience!

Paid $3,500 extra for the drivetrain warranty. The warranty company says they have 0 records of it. GM there avoiding phone calls or hangs up. Going on for months now. Someone pocketing money there imo or completely incompetence.

Buying a car was the easy part, dealing with them afterwards has been nearly impossible, if anyone picks up the phone it's not their problem and call someone else, to say there are better dealerships is a huge understatement
