This past weekend we bought a new (to us) vehicle from Indy Auto Man. On the luck of a phone call we got connected with Dakota who was our sales man. Dakota was awesome to work with. There was no pressure, he was super responsive, and went above and beyond to help us get the perfect vehicle. Buying a car here was a breeze and especially with two small kiddos in tow. I highly recommend Indy Auto Man and even more so recommend Dakota for your sales needs!

Hands down the best car buying experience I ve ever had! Tyler was so helpful and honest about what I was getting in to The nicest salesman! And William no words! He made miracles happen for me! I will never buy a car from anywhere else! Highly recommend !!!!!! Don t shop anywhere else until you come see them first! Guaranteed you will leave satisfied! And in a new car :)

I have recently just purchased a 2017 Ford Mustang.THE GOOD: I had Chris as my salesman. We had worked on this deal for about 3 days for me to come in. (I lived 7hrs away)I am a Salesman myself, and he was pretty good with getting me into it, with fair negotiation.THE BAD: 1. They ran my 755 credit score down to a 715 with 4 banks . But got over 10 rejection letters a week later in the mail.2. After driving 7 hours to purchase the vehicle, I showed up. To see it completely covered in dust and dirt. (Thought about going home right their)3. I had left my garage opener/ and a $250 visa gift card, (my Christmas bonus) on the drivers visor. Chris texted me about it, and said it would be mailed. It s been 2-3 weeks, and I have yet to see them.If any of this can be handled or fixed lmk!

Met with Tyler over the weekend to talk cars. He is very kind and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and found several cars that fit my parameters. He was patient too, even though I can't buy for a few months due to a work transfer, he stayed attentive and helpful. I will definitely come back when the dust of the move settles.

I worked with Uriel to get my 2016 Mustang GT. He got me through the process EXTREMELY quick and was very understanding the whole time. I d highly recommend him to anybody. Uriel and Indy Auto Man not only didn t let me down. They exceeded expectations by far!

I bought a 2018 Mercedes c300 from Indy auto man. I drove from Louisville 2 hours and was It was a great experience. Paper work went fast, Could take a test drive as far as I wanted. The salesperson Uriel was also fantastic and very welcoming. Answered all our questions and was worth the drive for my brand new car!

I came in to look at a specific car after mine quit on me and Dakota did everything he could to make sure I got approved. Super friendly and made me feel super comfortable in a stressful time. Didn t get the normal pushy salesman vibes you usually get at places. Absolutely loved it here and would recommend it to anyone!!! Thank you again Dakota!!!!

Working with Tyler was great, he was very patience answering many questions and wasn't pushy at all. He was very helpful and so was his buddy Dakota who helped us when we went in-person. They were cool guys and I had a good experience. The car was solid too, what I liked is the dealer didn't cheap out on the maintenance of the car before they sold it. They put on premium brand tires not some cheap random brand tires. They even changed the oil with 10w-60 which is much more expensive then traditional oil. Would recommend others to shop for a quality used car here

Absolutely stellar experience start to finish! We live out of state so most of the sale was handled over the phone. Xander went above and beyond to answer my questions quickly and with full transparency. The very first question I asked was about any defects the car had that weren't visible on the main listing. Not only did he tell us about every little scuff, but he immediately took his phone and recorded four full walk around videos detailing the interior, exterior, interior defects, and exterior defects. He gave a rough outline of their pricing strategy and after doing my own research, he wasn't exaggerating when he said their price was the best in the state (and in the case of my particular vehicle, it was the best within 200miles). When we arrived after a 3 hour drive, I didn't find a single scratch that wasn't in the defect videos. The car was immaculate with the exception of dusty water spots from rain but who can expect a dealer to wash every car after every rain. Obviously, the car got a quick bath while we were doing paperwork. Xander's salesmanship won our business more so than the vehicle we were looking at. I actually sacrificed a couple options I was looking for to deal with an amazing salesman. The entire staff was energetic but not in the overwhelming way. The casual conversations we had with Xander and enjoyable chats that happened to strike up with other sales team members while we waited kept us relaxed throughout our first car buying experience and made the very few short waiting periods fly by. It felt like they wanted to earn a returning customer instead of make a sale for as much profit as possible and get us out of their hair. Well they did exactly that, I will be contacting Indy Auto Man FIRST for my next vehicle even if it means a 3 hour drive. VERY well done folks!

I had the most painless, no nonsense buying experience with Uriel Reyes Brito. He came in to meet with me at the dealership early, we discussed the truck I wanted to test drive. I worked with Chris to get a jeep and he was awesome! I do not like going to dealerships and he worked with me over the phone and online to get what I wanted, then personally delivered the car to me. I really have a good customer service team here in Indy auto man,,Dakota being the sales guy, and very patient and careful with his explanation and willingness of helping me, and the finance guy Noe also very nice guy and very concern about the customer issues,All I can say is that they did very well with me.

Was looking for a car on car fax website initially but once I seen the car I liked it sent me to Indy Auto Man, which I hadn t heard of this company before! I called and Tyler Chance assisted me! He was very patient and gave me a few options, let us test drive and throughly explained the process for us! Tyler was ultra helpful and I believe he even stayed past closing time to make sure everything was squared away for us!
