I was supposed to get my window shield replaced here, but when I got here, I was completely lost. There's absolutely NO signage except for a board on the side, that just simply says auto glass replacement and a phone number. The place looks like someone's house, so I didn't want to just go and knock on either of the 2 doors that I've seen. I called the number that I have for them, hoping that someone could assist me, but all I got was a message saying that their mailbox is full. It's super unprofessional not to have any signs letting customers know where to go. I didn't see a welcome sign nor an enter here sign on either of the two doors that I saw. Maybe it's because I'm not from Indiana and not familiar with these kinds of small businesses, but I need some kind of direction. I'll go to another place that actually has some signage.

I had heard a glowing review of this business from a friend and my windshield just happened to be cracked, so I thought I'd call for a quote. It was the best price I had received after calling 5 other places. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and the employees were so kind, knowledgeable, and speedy at what they do. If you need any kind of auto glass repair, GO SUPPORT THIS SMALL BUSINESS!

Very reasonable price, done fast. Probably could have cleaned up better but I didn't mind as I wasn't paying top dollar. Installation couldn't have been better, never had a problem. (Been 4 years then sold vehicle) If you want coffee and a fancy waiting room, go to Church Brothers, if you just want glass replaced correctly at a reasonable price your at the right place.

I ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend this place!Super friendly staff does top notch, professional work. I was amazed by their exceptionally high user ratings; and after having the windshield on our Ford Flex replaced I can see how they got their ratings.I am *delighted* with their work and wanted to make a point of recommending them!

What a team! Came out and could have asked for a lot more and made the job a lot bigger for our old motor home, but Terry's expert advice and good nature won us over and ended up in a small job that generated a load of goodwill and high praise! Didn't have my glass but ordered it for me and called me as soon as it came in. Told me it would only take less the 40 minutes and I was out of there by pretty fast . Called multiple places to get glass installed and they are one of the cheapest options I found. But just because it is cheaper doesn't mean they don't do any better of a job! The guys here at Indianapolis Auto-Truck Glass are absolutely Amazing!!! Staff is super friendly, the prices can't be beat! I highly recommend anyone that needs any windows repaired come to these guys. You will be extremely satisfied.

I have had multiple windshields replaced by these guys on my work vehicles over the last 5 years. Their prices can't be beat and they properly install the windshield. I've never had a problem with a windshield they've installed. They are not the most professional on the customer service end but I don't care as long as I get my window installed at a good price.
