I've stopped here a couple of times, but, unfortunately, they didn't have what I needed, which happens in the "pre-owned auto parts" business. The young women at the counter was/is very personable and professional, and was able to give me the bad news quickly lol I'm sure, someday, they'll have a part I need.

I just to give a shout-out to Adrian that works the desk at Gonzala s! He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, and was very polite. We had to make several trips out to my car just to make sure we were getting the right part, and it was very hot that day, and he did not complain once! He was able to hook me up with just what I needed. Very professional, and know what he is talking about when it comes to cars! Adrian was also nice enough to explain to me exactly how to put the piece on on my vehicle step by step. I will definitely be returning! Gonzala s is now my go to for used auto parts!

Got a motor from them that was tested and pulled in running condition . What they didn t mention is when they pull a motor, they basically just cut everything. Wires, hoses, connectors. The mechanic doing the motor swap has had to pull almost everything off the old motor to move to the used one because these guys chose the quick n easy way of pulling a motor. Couldn t even use the intake because it was cracked. DONT recommend getting major parts from here.

Super professional, friendly, and efficient. They had exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. I had driven by Gonzalez numerous times over the years and never paid much attention, but the guy at Tire Barn said they were the place to go to get a rim and he definitely sent us to the right place. 10 minutes in and out with exactly what I needed for way less than I thought I would have to spend.

Absolutely horrible service, was told they had a part for me then never called me back. Woman on phone was absolutely inconsiderate. Then went to go drive 2 hours to get the part to them telling me I never had called in the first place to place an order then would have to wait till the end of the day to get a rim. Woman on phone was absolutely unprofessional and rude. Will NEVER GET PARTS FROM HERE AGAIN!

Very friendly and prompt service. We purchased a drive shaft for our Nissan and it was in great condition. Good price and really nice people. Nicest salvage yard I have ever dealt with.

Orderd part off car that was pretty rough. Guy at counter had a better quality part pulled and ready.Fair pricing and quick turn around getting parts pulled

My wife and I bought a motor from Gonzalez auto parts and it was in excellent condition. The mechanics that worked on the vehicle said it almost looked brand new.. Great service.. I would recomend them to anyone..

Went there today looking for a radio. Guy behind the counter looked online and told me the highest price he could find. I explained I was purchasing the same radios for roughly 6x less than he was offering and his response was "that's good for you".

My dealings so far have been exactly what a salvage yard should be. I called ahead so they could pull the parts I needed. When I got there they were ready to go and I walked in and paid and left, very fast. Prices were on par with other yards. Way cheaper than eBay, and no worries about being scammed or not being able to see the parts before you buy. Great so far!

Very helpful people, First time they let me see how their guy pulled the part. Another couple of times I called ahead and they had the part pulled and ready. I drove down there to pick up a wiper motor for 1/3rd market price, they gave me the entire housing and the link arms with it too. Ask for George or Bernice. Super helpful place. Very professional.

I placed a order yesterday 2/24/2021, drive 2.5 hrs for a front bumper they said they would hold. I get there, no bumper and nobody knows anything.... terrible service for individual customers. If your buying alot of parts as a business, they might treat you right.. but no the little guy. Very disappointed! I will drive 4 hrs past them to go elsewhere.

Always good about finding the part you're looking for and they're reasonably priced. I've been here several times adhd always recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used part.

Worst service I have ever had from a business. Gave me a bad transmission. I replaced the tail shaft seal and installed it found a broken parking pin when I called back they took 2 days to get me replacement which once it was installed transmission would not accept fluid after checking everything dropped the pan only to find that the filter was missing 2 hours into it. Had to purchase a filter kit cost me over a hundred dollars in synthetic transmission fluid. Gave them a chance to make up for the problems with another needed transmission on another vehicle and they dropped the ball again took them two days to get me the transmission lied twice about when it would be there acted like they were doing me a favor and giving me a better price because of the past mix ups when I could get a transmission with half the mileage for only 50 more so the price they gave it to me was probably higher than it should have been.

I went there for the 1st time and spoke to George to get anestimate on the parts I needed to do my repairs on my vehicle.I had planned to order quite a few parts from them but the mostimportant part I told George that I wanted they did not haveready when I came by almost a week later. I had ordered so many parts that they were not going to be ready until later the following week. George called me a few times and told me the parts were ready.My 2nd time I came back the estimate that George had given me he said was too low! His rates change on a daily and so now we have to give another estimate. He removed a part and charged me the same as the original quote given on my first estimate. He had MOST of the parts in a corner EXCEPT for the part that I told him I needed over all of the other parts. He had stated that he had everything and it was ready to go but now they are not ready. He gave his co worker the bill for me to pay and I finally decided to pay unsure of what was about to happen. I then paid the man for parts that I do not have but need to repair my vehicle ASAP!After I had paid them George tells me to go next door to get the part from another guy. Well the part I pointed out was in his yard and not next door. I asked the guy next door where the part was and he pointed it out near the gate. I did not recognize it cause it was still connected to a part I could not install and did not need. They said that they could not remove that part and that I could take both parts with me to make my job harder. This was not the same part I had pointed out the last time I was here. I went back to tell George but he was busy so I stood there patiently waiting for someone to do something but no one was trying to help me. I was about to add something else to my bill until I realized that nobody was trying to get the part that I needed most. I was more than ready to go with my parts to get started on my repairs but ended up getting a refund cause his coworker or co workers refused to do their job.I agreed to buy the parts on the list, I showed up to pay you and I never got ALL of my parts and they want to blame me cause the other guy that I have never been properly introduced to decided to give me a refund. ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU DO NOT BLAME ME FOR A JOB YOU DID NOT DO!

Above average sales and service. I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. It was more than refreshing to have Gonzales Auto Parts to do business with, after being chewed up and spit out by Zores. I guess that Gonzales is truly Family owned and operated, because the entire staff at the front desk, the office , and the yard, we're all on the same level, very much organized, and polite and cordial with one another, and it actually seemed like a pleasant place to be. My experience was awesome because I noticed that they don't just chop up cars, and attempt to sell to the general public, with positive outcomes. Gonzales separates their parts, from the vehicles, cleans them, tests them, and tags them appropriately. This takes all of the frustration out of my already challenging tasks. I trust them, they have fair pricing, they listen, they want to help you. Take that Zores!!!!

I travelled to Chicago from Rhode Island with my car for a little mini vacation and unfortunately faced some difficulties and had to get work done. Another mechanic fixed my car and didn t do the job properly. I stopped in by Gonzalez and he cleared his schedule to make sure the problem was fixed correctly and I was back on the road to travel home safely! He even checked in with me after my arrival to make sure there was no more issues and that I made it safely! He definitely made my trip a lot easier, Thank You Mr. Gonzalez all the way from Rhode Island

after requesting a ford 8.8 rear end with traction lock and 3.55 gearing,I paid for the part before seeing it.The rear end has 2.73 gears and no traction differential.the rear end assembly is so rusted I am unsure I can use the core even for a rebuild. the part says it was pulled recently but it looks like its been sitting in a field for a few years.I will not recommend anyone to this facility and I will certainly not return.

I Called to inquire about an engine that I needed to change over the weekend to drive to work on monday. They said they had one already pulled but it wasnt ready yet. They took my number and said they will give me a call as soon as it was ready. I waited a couple hours before I called back and another guy said the system said there "was" one in stock but he "knew" they didnt have any.

Got one of my parts here From my mechanic I was with him and the people they were nice I actually saw one of my old friends there from middle school and they were nice to me it's a good place to come and get your parts and that they have your parts ready to go there no need to be charge to take out parts but you do need a by the parts for your car.

The people here are awesome. I had a delivery about 70 miles away and decided to stop by. They took care of me and my auto parts needs. Make me wish I didn't live in Youngstown OH

After calling several places looking for parts I was directed here by another parts yard that didn't have what I needed I called they confirmed on computer as well as physically locating my part and called me back promptly .. all the staff I encountered were friendly they even loaded parts for me while I was checking out at pay window fast convenient service friendly staff and clean for a parts yard

I've been coming here over the years when I've needed parts for my cars. They seem to have some of the best prices and have worked with me when I've had issues with their parts,not that there's been many.

Paid for replacement bumber. Bumber had a section missing. We waited till after Christmas to bring it back (just over 10 days). They didn't want to refund us. After some arguing the refunded it, but charged us a 20% restocking fee. Because they count the days they were closed.If you're looking for honesty, don't expect to find it with them.
