Great people. They traded out four tires for me on a truck I was selling. The only thing is, one of the two guys that was there broke the rear passenger side tail light lens with a floor jack handle and said NOTHING to me about it. I understand accidents happen, they were doing me a service at a decent price, I would have looked over it and chalked it up as an accident. I found a replacement at the junkyard down the street for $20 bucks. It's the clout and integrity that I miss! I started this review with "Great people" because they were polite and originally gave me a fair deal. That part still remains. They are great people. They should probably operate with more integrity and honesty. This is the only reason for three stars. Outside of that, it would have been 5 stars across the board!

I just want to say that they are really kind, polite and respectful. They did all four tires on our car and did amazing job. I suggest them if you re in Indianapolis God bless them for what they do!!

Last Sunday at 1pm, daughter-in-law & grandbaby had a tire go out. Seen 3 out of 4 tires were bald with steel belts showing through, Indiana Quality Used Tires got us 3 - Goodyear Assurance All Season 80k mile tires (205-60r16s) - barely even used (nips around the tires all still there) - balanced AND mounted - $115... total, not each, taxes included! That's 3 - $150 tires, from anywhere else, for just the rubber - 7/8 life left tires, balanced AND put on, for $115... mind you, on a Sunday, in a matter of an hour's time... Well, I don't know about you; but for us, that's enough to never go anywhere else but here for our tire needs. Thank you all so much for the speedy, prompt service (outside in the rain even). Now I don't have to worry about my grandbaby's safety; priority #1. Much Respect!

I called to check if they had my tire size. The lady who answered told me they did have my size in stock. I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there only to be told that the lady on the phone lied to me. The guy didn t even bother to say sorry for the mixup. Just no they lied to you.

The crew was very nice and got my new tire on pretty fast. The quality of tire was better then other used tires I have paid more money for. I will use them again! They are cash only

Been there a few times but the last time I went, there was a female working there that literally asked me to jack up my own car because she didn't know how apparently... how do you employ someone that can't do something that basic?

The owner of this shop is down to earth and a great guy. Enjoy cutting it up with him whenever we both find the time. Have done lots of business with this tire shop they r a great tire shop. They have been selling tires for a very long time. The best prices on west Washington street for sure.

We'll been going here for a while an today will be it for me. 3 days ago bought a used tire looked great didn't go about 40 45 mile an hour for a couple days got on the interstate tire was junk is broken belt went back there today early this morning told him what happened did he come back after noon I came back after noon they grabbed the tire off change tires I'm sitting there and all sudden $31 I said I paid for this the other day oh no we only have a 24-hour warranty so they already put the tire on and everything and now they're telling me I want money that's a bad way to do business and they're going to lose mine and anybody that I know and that's sad because I've been going there probably 10 years 12 years

This Place Is Completely Unfit To Be A Used Tire Shop. They Don t Have The Proper Tools To Be Able To Change Tires And Are Very Unprofessional. My Tire Came Off While I Was Driving. The Size Tires For My Car Are 205/16 & They Put 225/16 On My Car On BOTH Front Ends But On My Receipt They Put They Gave Me 205/16 Which Was A Was A Lie And Even Managed To Try And Say That They Didnt Do The Work But Their Company s Notary Seal Was Stamped On My Receipt. I Also Kept PROOF Of The Tires Because This Is Sick. !!!!!!!!BE AWARE!!!!!!!

These folks really saved our day today! I was calling around asking for help as I was told we might need a new rim since we had to drive our vehicle to safety on the rim. They let us know we could just bring our rim to them and if it was bent they would correct it and get us a new (used) tire. Turns out our rim was fine and they got us a good used tire. Put it on the rim and kept the old tire...all for only $35! Took only a few mins as well. Thank you guys SO MUCH!!

Bought a tire Thursday 01/05/23. drove home and tire was flat the following morning on 01/06/23. Tried to air it up but it would not hold any air. back of tire has a gash in it. Poor quality tires. stay clear of this one.

Normal don't have a problem with tires from hereSo I took it didn't have it on for 24 hrs they said they would make it right when I need another tire. So I'll update you on that if they do or don't

This place has helped me multiple times. They re friendly, helpful and fast. As if this post, they re even open on Sunday. I would definitely recommend if one needed a used tire. Very affordable prices. I will definitely return next time i need this service.

Great selection of used tires, and some insanely hard working people. My install took a long time, but I was there at peak Saturday madness. Got out of there for $40 less than he originally quoted. The neighborhood is a little rough, but this place is about value.

When I went there they were fast and friendly and made sure I was back on the road in no time at all if you want a good used tire I would say this is the best place to get one

This place was above my expectations! I called ahead of going there to be sure they had my tire, they did and said it would cost $33. I got there and the immediately begin changing my tire. Total was only $30! They were fast, friendly, honest, professional, and low cost! 5 out of 5 from me!

Went to get my new tires placed on my rims and my car has rim covers that fell off after going here to get the tires installed because the guy who put my wheels back on over tightened them and broke my rim covers and stretched my lugs!

I had a nail in my tire and couldn't find a shop that had my size tire. When I arrived here, my tire was just about flat and it was losing air faster than it could take it. I was panicking because I had to get to 10th and Girl School to pick my son up from practice. One of the ladies plugged my tire and told me she, "Couldn't let me leave that way and she didn't want to see anyone stranded". That day in particular, it was 20� and snowing like crazy. Amazing lady. Thank you for being so kind. It truly meant a lot.

This place did a wonderful job this morning we have a very long metal object in one of our tires. The guy was very fast and frirendly. And was able to help us put and also help us with the price. Wonderful group here.
