This is the contracted company that my apartment complex uses to tow cars parked in parking spots illegally. I have a paid parking spot and I ve had multiple issues where there are cars parked in my spot for days on end, and I have to call them repeatedly and no driver ever comes to remove the vehicle. Once again today, a car is parked in my parking spot, and they state that their drivers are really booked and they don t know when they ll be able to get out here. It s extremely frustrating. It almost feels useless to pay for a parking spot when anybody can park there with no repercussions. It states they are 24 hours, but nobody answers the phone and I feel like every time I reach out to them their hours are less and less. I wish my apartment complex would pick a different towing company that will actually come and remove cars instead of just wasting my time calling them or texting them when they never come.

On time and quick to come get something out of the way if they are serving you as a client, probably hated by those who get their vehicles towed of course but as for a towing service these guys are second to none. If your a property manager I highly recommend using these guys.

Garbage company, trash employees, predatory towing company. They should be investigated for criminal behavior. When you asked a simple question they treat you with sarcasm. They are rude and unhelpful. The epitome of trashThey are scum of the earth.

If your out of state vehicle gets towed, make sure you know how to go online & get your registration. Never mind it being in your car; you won't be allowed to go get it or have anyone go get it or have anyone go with you to go get it. I don't know what the point of the big German Shepard was for then. Don't even understand the point in the lady & her daughter working in the office, with an attitude, not being of any assistance. Private property enforcement was $150 & storage (days billed) was $30. A total of $180 for not even a full 24 hours."Simple & easy process" is the registration in the glove compartment. You're welcome.& if y'all weren't in the business of stealing & having nasty attitudes, you wouldn't have to worry too much about safety.

The office is dark, and the lot is too. You are not allowed to inspect your own vehicle for damage inside the dark lot - must drive it off to their parking lot. Clerk wouldn't give me their first name - said she "didn't have one." Could be a complete stranger involved in illegal activity for all i know?Only one person is allowed in the building at a time. The person I was with had to wait outside alone in the middle of the night per their rules. If you're a woman don't go here alone, especially at night. There is no care.I would feel ashamed to work here.I wouldn't say this is a service. Never wanted to be a "customer."To the owner: How confident are you in the legality of the business?

Horrible place. My husband was hit and our car wrecked, and the gave him 7 minutes in the pouring rain to grab what he could from our car by himself. What the hell is wrong with these people. They also wouldn't allow more than 1 person at a time inside the reception area, so me and 2 other people were shivering standing outside in a storm with no dry spot on their porch. There was room, they just didn't want to let us in. Horrible, horrible service.

I know you were just doing your job, even though it was at 2:30 a.m. No one could tell you that I was legally parked, in front of my home, with the right credentials. I only wrote this review, ( 4 stars), because I know you're going to read it. You are definitely understaffed. Its one thing to make someone wait because their papers aren't ready, but quite another when you make people wait AFTER the process is done, because your driver had another run. This is America, and people have better things to do then sit at your establishment and wait for a driver.

Yesterday, this company posted a 72 hour notice on my wife's car for a flat tire and as an abandoned vehicle. I changed the flat tire and put on the spare donut. We drove the car a few miles thereafter and parked in the same spot. Another warning sticker for the same offenses was placed. This car is operable and was moved, so we did what was required and erroneously received another warning sticker today. This was in our apartment complex that does not require sticker permits. These are simply the facts, and I hope this car will not be towed erroneously. Please make sure your driver performs a more comprehensive check for cars that are moved next time.

These little rats came into our apartment's parking lot (that we pay to park and live at) and towed our rental car we used for Christmas travel while we were actively unpacking it. It had been parked for less than 20 minutes. We saw them hooking up the car and informed them we were leaving in 10 mins to return the car and the guy flipped us off and took the car anyway. I guess you have to be a piece of literal trash to work with a place like this. Happy Holidays.

I can't give the place 5 stars because they literally towed my kid's car. But to be fair, they didn't just arbitrarily tow it. Our apartment complex had her car towed because they suck. When we found out her car was gone and where it had been towed to, the process was simple. They were very efficient, & helpful about procuring whatever information they needed in order for her to get her car back and it was only $150. It wasn't the worst experience ever, and it pointed out to us how badly our apartment complex sucks.

Unfortunately our son went to visit a friend and neglected to park in a visitors spot. I called to find out the process of getting his car out. While getting towed is never a happy moment, we were upset at our son and not the tow company. Courtney was very professional and courteous when I asked why he was towed. She explained the process and promptly sent a text outlining the documents we would need. We were able to text a screen shot ahead of time and she prepared the paperwork. My husband accidentally cut off his name while screen shooting the DMV proof of registration online. She immediately caught the mistake and let me know. While no one wants to get towed, and I am sure she deals with upset customers daily, Courtney at least made the process very easy to get the car back and in a very professional manner.

Melissa was very disrespectful from the time I initially called. She made racial slurs and told me she would put me on the trespassing list for asking how long it would be before someone came to get my car from the back. She told me she owned the company ( she does not) refused to give me any of her higher ups information so that I could file a former complaint. She made me and children stand outside at 10pm in the cold for over an hour after paying and giving her all my information. Because she said we could not stand inside. When I told her there was no sign stating this she said she would make one just for me.Service: Car towing

Illegally towing cars...they do not follow indianas laws on tows. For 1, theres a 24 hour law. A car must be tagged for 24 hours and then towed. This company is predatory and scamming. They remove cars instantly no tagging needed apparently. The company will be sued soon.

I am only giving 1 star because I have to give something... The lady who works the front is the most disrespectful, rude, condescending WITCH I have ever had to deal with. When I first called the establishment to get information about my car, she was argumentative and rude over the phone. She sent a text to my phone with instructions on what to do. When I got there, she was nasty to me before she even asked who I was or what my car was. I was trying to ask a question about how to prove the registration and she was absolutely behaving in a disgusting manner. I simply wanted to know if that was what she wanted or not, but she acted like I was putting her out to come answer the question. When she asked me to send the info to that text number, i said to her several times that i had sent it. Yes, by this time, I was getting irritated. Basically, I understand that they have a job to do, but that is NOT acceptable to be so rude to people, and she is BEYOND rude. I feel for anyone that has to go to this place and has to deal with that nasty human.

I had a BAD flat tire coming home from downtown. It was late and the guys (Unfortunately I did not get their names!) saw me in distress. They changed my tire for me quickly and were professional. They didn t even charge me, just helped me out of kindness. I can t thank them enough. I appreciate a company and employees with this integrity. If I need a service like this in the future, I will call them!Service: Tire change

Worst tow company around. Although I was parked without a permit to deliver door dash to an apartment complex, the WITCH at the desk with the Perdue hat on is pure RUDE! Bad attitude for no reason at all I simply asked a question she was rude and acted as if asking a question was wrong! She then walked off while I was talking. She then was rude to who ever was on the phone. Hung up on them (not sure about the context of the call but this is a business no need to treat people that way) If your car is towed here be prepared to deal with this WITCH. She should find a job NOT dealing with the public. BEWARE!

I would have put zero stars if that was a choice. I dealt with the rudest lady I ve ever dealt with in my life, Monique! The most unprofessional person I ve came across. She was cussing, she hung up on me three times, and when I came in person she didn t even think an apology was necessary. I own a business and was looking to contract Indianas Finest for regular ongoing business but NOT now. She should be ashamed of herself and Indianas Finest should be ashamed for allowing her to work there. Trash!!!!

So as many have said in reviews before, nothing nice about having your vehicle towed. My Van was towed while I ran inside within a few minutes. I know it was about timing and my fault for not parking where I needed to no matter how long I was going to be. That being said, I think the people at Indy's Finest Wrecker were very helpful, professional, pleasantry, and considerate!! The Lady in the Office, Monique I believed is her name, not the lady in the office, shout out to her and all the staff! You guys are in a thankless job and the general public being so understanding makes you Jaded after a time. You guys I felt were doing what you paid to do. Everyone has a story to tell and you have a business to run, if you took the time to listen to all the irate customers you would never get anything done. Moral of the story, if you want respect, bring respect. Leave your attitude at the door. Life is way too short. If you find you have been towed, consider it a blessing if it's Indy's Finest Wrecker!

It s been a disastrous experience, customer service is horrible. Guy named CHAD is completely unprofessional. They towed my car from my parking lot saying the reason that I didn t had a parking tag. It was Sunday when I parked my car and leasing office wasn t open to get a tag as I m a newly moved in tenant. Even though I d all my renting supportive documents for the car. This guy wanted the owner of the car to get the car back. The reason for renting the car was to go on a business meeting but screwed up whole day in doing this. There wasn t a warning posted on the car to notify that it was unauthorized parking, they just towed it away overnight causing delay in my whole day plans. I m completely disappointed with this place because of the way they treated me, made me stand in cold for hours together. They didn t even have a curtesy to offer me a good hospitality.

Its never pleasant to get your gar towed, I guess they're doing their job but it doesn't make sense they don't allow you to go get the documents from your car, luckily I had copies but it feels like a way to get more money out of you. On the other hand the lady that answer the phone at night is very nice and gives you clear instructions.

As most people know, you aren't normally in the best mood when having to go get your vehicle out of impound first thing in the morning. With that being said, Thursday (7/23/20), the woman (I can't remember her name) at Indiana's Finest was such a sweetheart! She was in a good mood and was willing to work with me on everything. When I arrived, she asked for my license, insurance and registration and I told her that it was all in the vehicle so she willing drove me back to my vehicle on their golf cart, which I thought was super nice of her! She definitely made my morning better by being so nice!

This company will do everything in its power to keep you from getting your vehicle back after they tow it so that the vehicle can become theirs. selfish, evil, and greedy, recently my father died and left me a car, they towed it and refuse to give it back because it s in my deceased fathers name. even though i proved that the car is mine they still refuse, even though other tow companies have understood in the past. whoever runs this company and whoever is responsible will be judged by God.Service: Car towing

They were absolutely great, they sent me a message and said this is what you need to get your work truck out. I sent them everything they asked for and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Woman at the counter was so polite and helpful. Experience was great!

BE AWERE. FRAUD BUSINESS. This place doesn t deserve to have a license and operate their business. If for some reason your car was towed with this guys, be prepared to see your vehicle in an auction. They will not release it to you whatsoever. Every time it will be something new missing. A word in you paper or policy or they ll tell you that they accept only cash at very last time. They will be laughing and hanging up on you every time you ll try to confirm with them a paperwork. Those people do not care anything. They will charge you as many days as possible. If they towed your friends vehicle or a car that belongs to another person or company you have no choice. Be prepared to have notary letters, power of authority, a will etc. from President, CEO or whoever own that company. Literally they will not release it to you, if your credit score is messed up. I hope that with my claim and many other people who left same kind review, your business will have less and less calls. You are not helping people, you are robbing them.

The people were very unprofessional and rude. They steal people's cars for money, telling you something is wrong with it and it really isn't. They make you stand outside with no relaxing area to wait for any assistance. They threaten to put more money on an unnecessary balance just to get your car. They give you no options on how to get your car out, if not their way its no way, plain and simple. These people do not deserve any stars or customers at all because their customer service is very very poor and they have no structure in how to run a business with good intentions for people to recommend them to anyone. I advice for anyone that has a car impounded by them beware of what may happen. Pay close attention to the $75 added to $25 then $30 plus your towing fee which may be $150 or $180!! This place needs to be shut down immediately. Indiana's finest, what a laugh, Indiana's towing from the deepest part of hell!!!

Great experience with this company. I had never had to have a car towed before, and the woman who helped me on the phone was very kind and efficient. She found a nearby auto garage to have my car towed to for me to get a new tire. Allen (Alan?) was my tow truck driver and he was very kind. He asked if I had any errands I needed to run while we were taking my car to the garage. 100% would use them again.

This company is terrible! They illegally towed my car from MY apartment complex. My sticker was in the window the whole time! Somehow the person who towed my car only managed to take pictures of the front of my car and not the back where the sticker was. Then they refused to return my car back to me because of a mistake they made!!! The manager there is rude and doesn't care how he speaks to people. They need to learn how to train their employees better! To the owner: I wasn't parked improperly...I was parked in front of my apartment with tags properly in the window

This is the worst towing company I have ever run in to. They said they put a sticker on my daughter's car about her flat tire and expired plate. They didn't because if they did she would of realized about her plate. She replaced the tire the day before it got towed. When trying to get the car they said her tire was low and they couldn't let it off the lot like that. They wouldn't let her see the tire or to take it off to take it somewhere to air it up or even use a portable air pump. She had no choice but to pay them $35 to air up her tire because that is what they charge. This company is nothing but lier's and thieves. If you encounter any off the wall issues please please please report them to the BBB and if it's serious enough take them to court. Unfortunately these are things we are having to do.

Figured out my car got towed before it even made it back to the shop. It sat in their lot for less than half an hour and cost me $175 to get it out. There were 5 other cars right next to mine that weren't displaying parking passes either. The restaurant I was at was busy and there was no where else to park. I feel robbed and would never do buisness with this company if I could avoid it. The only part I enjoyed was watching their tow truck driver try to figure out how to put my 6 speed in reverse.

Wow. I have never worked with more incompetent money hogs in my life. My cars tire fell off on the interstate. We were in an emergency situation. We had to have the police tow it. They used this towing company and we had no choice. They refused to just drop it in the parking lot. They had to take it in their yard. They then would not give our car back because our insurance card was expired... just the card, not the number. They then said we owe them $215 to get it out and it will be another $75 to hook it up to get it out of their yard. They were not friendly about any of this at all. So over $300 for a few minutes of their time.
