Robbie and Valerie were awesome. Bought a used Dynamax Motorhome yesterday, spent the night 1 hr away at a KOA and this am we went to leave and the leveling jacks would not come up. Called the sales man we bought it from, he came out with tools , manually got them up and he made a call to Robbie to see if he could help us out . Robbie got us in as soon as we got there , figured out the issue ( bad leveling motor) happened to have a motor instock and replaced it so we could get on our way home to Kitty Hawk, NCValerie and Robbie were super friendly and very professional! Highly recommend coming here if your in need of repair ! Fantastic service !Service: Electrical

I'm very happy with the service I received. Although the part to fix my camper didn't come in before my trip, In-Motion did everything to try and get the part sooner.I really appreciate all the effort they put in to resolve my issue before my trip. My camper is fixed now, and I feel confident that I will not have this issue again before my next trip.

My experience was great. The service was great. The owner and his wife were very helpful. I will be going back to them. He even showed me how to complete a job. He could have done it and charged me for doing the work.

Absolute Lifesavers. I was driving from GA to IN to attend a rabbit show with 31 Netherland Dwarf bunnies and my brand new 2022 Class C Toy-hauler broke down just south of Indianapolis. In-Motion went above and beyond to fix my RV and ensure the bunnies and I were safe and warm despite below freezing temps.

I was blown away by the excellent customer service here! The entire staff was nice and knowledgeable. I own a mobile grooming business, and brought my grooming van to them to have the water heater and furnace fixed. They got it back to me as fast as possible knowing that I couldn't work without it. Justin called me every day to keep me informed, and the pricing was very reasonable. Most RV places I have tried to take the van to have tried to run up labor charges on me, and never seemed to understand the urgency of my situation. I am just so thrilled to have found a company that does good, honest work with amazing customer service. Thanks to everyone there!

Needed to check out a repair or replacement roof for a RV. Also wanted the brakes checked out for any possible problems. They don't do any chassis repairs.

Excellent experience with this company! Needed a new inverter and panel installed as well as two additional lithium batteries in our class a motor home. Robbie and Justin did the installation and had us out in three hours! They did an excellent job! Very professional and extremely friendly from first phone call to last. We would highly recommend them for service on any RV. We will be back here to see family and if we need more work done this is definetly where we will go!!

Very friendly, honest, and thorough. I had some water damage to the floor under the linoleum. Robbie fixed it like it was his own. Floor is nice and strong and you can't even tell where he made the cuts. All this for a fair price. I will definitely return for future service and I've finally found an RV shop I can trust!

Robby knows his stuff. Attentive to detail. Friendly. We are on our 3rd Class A I've been bringing to him and never been disappointed. I trust him and his team to take care of all routine maintenance plus troubleshooting & fixing any problems that pop up.

I recently brought my travel trailer in to get some warranty repair work completed. I bought it at Camping World, but preferred to take it for service somewhere closer to home and with a shop with better reviews. In-Motion RV Service did not disappoint. They were able to work with Heartland easily to get warranty coverage approval, and got the work done in a timely manner. Justin was great to work with and communication was easy.

I had some puzzling electrical issues with my all solar class B. Robbie was great to consult with me and help determine the issue. Very knowledgeable and professional. I am glad to find a RV repair shop in Indy that can provide great service.Service: BatteryService: Battery

We had an excellent experience at this facility. A 12 volt issue that blew fuses instantly. The motorhome was under warranty and the manufacturer honored them to do the work. It was there for only a week and has been repaired. Everyone we dealt with was more than accommodating and friendly. They did all the communication with the manufacturer as well as the billing. If any other issues arise ,(warranty or not) I sure we'll come back to In Motion RV.

Robby went out of his way to help me out with an issue with the slideouts on a RV. He came to the RV and told us what failed and we helped find the part and he returned late in the evening to install a new electric motor for the hydro system. Top notch service. And the bill was not what I expected. Cheaper than I thought considering all the time and travel. The best shop to go to. He will fix it and not rip you off. Thank you Robby

Recently, I took my R-Pod to In-Motion RV to get winterized. In addition, I had them replace the frosted glass in the door with a tinted glass to match the windows. (It's nice to now be able to see who's knocking at my door!!) And, I also had them remove the useless sink from my wet bath. Excellent work and at a very reasonable cost. Robbie and Justin are friendly and knowledgeable, answering my many questions. The BEST RV service shop in Indy!!!!!!!

In Motion RV Service in Indianapolis came highly recommended by my coach manufacturer, Newmar. I had a problem with the slide over the weekend. We had another trip planned for this weekend, and In Motion was awesome enough to get us in today and had my issue fixed in about an hour. Robbie obviously knew what to look for and fixed the problem. I highly recommend them! The traffic getting there at 7am was horrendous, but getting this issue fixed was well worth dealing with the headache traffic.They get 5 stars from me! Thanks Robbie and Valerie for getting me in today!

After a couple of years wrestling with non-responsive and tediously slow dealership service departments, I found these guys, and it has been an unbelievably refreshing experience. They are friendly, professional, responsive, and highly competent. On several different occasions, they got me in quickly, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and had me on my way expeditiously. I had them replace our refrigerator recently, and we were in a time crunch to get on the road on our next trip. I could see they were very busy when I brought the rig in to them on Tuesday, but I asked if they could have it back to me on Friday. "Worst case," they said, "we'll come in Saturday and finish it up." They called Thursday afternoon, and it was done. That's service. And these guys are pros at that too.

These guys were our life savers. The frame on our 5th wheel was cracked on our way from MN to KY. We found them at lunch and by sundown they had us back on the road. Amazing customer service! I don't know what we would have done without them!

Super great and friendly service, we came with our rented RV around 9.30 AM, our heater did nt work and there was a problem with the fuses. They could help us asap and found a melted wire and fixed it quickly. Half an hour later we were on our way and they advised us to get the ..... out of here because a snow storm was to be expected this night .

They are crooks. I was quoted $4278 for a base plate install. This is with me providing a Roadmaster tow bar. What really got me going is they quoted $1555 for a Blue Ox Patriot 2 brake controller that is $1063 on Amazon with free shipping. Plus they wanted $25 for shipping and $35 for shop supplies. if you you have money to burn they might be your place. I really felt they were trying to take advantage of me.

I would highly recommend In-Motion RV Service. We have had excellent experiences with their service and repair work on our previous travel trailer, and now our RV. They have handled a check list of repairs for us on our newly purchased RV, including a lengthy and detailed documentation process. They have completed the work in a timely manner, and have gone above and beyond in attempt to handle all the issues.

I am a mobile groomer and my mObie salon had a water heater issue. I Calle Robbie. Got in on Saturday at 9am. He fixed it right then as he had the part. I would definitely recommend and the best part is he recognized that I wise my salong as a business. I don't have weeks to let it sit and wait. I so appreciated that. Thanks Robbie!

After being disappointed with several of the large chain RV shops I can say InMotion RV is far superior. They are quick, professional, attentive, honest and the price is fair. I won't take my RV anywhere else!!
