I would NEVER RECOMMEND THESE STRANGERS TO ANYBODY THAT I KNOW AND DON'T KNOW!!! SCAMMERS!!! THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR BRINGING THE TRUCK INTO THEIR BAY KEEPING IT FOR HALF HOUR AND PULLING MONEY FROM YOU FOR NOTHING.

Avoid at all cost! They will lock your truck inside and will charge you 2 hours of work for writing an estimate!

I do not recommend these people, they lied about parking safety, they said before lease agreement will put cameras , gate and such securities, we were there for 2 months and they didn't do anything, from our trucks stolen diesel, truck computer, headlight and fog light. That area full of thieves and owner doesn't do anything about it. worst parking. Owner is rude and just worry about money instead completing promises for truck safety reasons. park in your own risk.

Austin and all the guys at ideal truck service are top notch. I took them an older truck that a lot of people didn t wanna work on they fixed the problem, were extremely thorough and professional, fairly priced, and got it done when they said they would .the truck runs great. I would highly recommend these guys.

Had brand new turbo installed. Driver went 100 miles Air intake Hose going towards Air Cooler popped off and oil coming off from the hose. Job was around $6200 for turbo. This is an honest review.

We have a 2015 Freightliner and found ourselves in a bind with our oil pressure. I was able to call Ideal, spoke with Matt, and he was able to get our truck in that morning, run a diagnostic and fix our issue in one day! Saved us time and money. Matt was very knowledgeable, great energy and really helpful for a young authority trying to get on it's feet.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Squeezed me in for a quick fix and was done very quickly. Professional and nice guys. Very much appreciate the help with no advance notice. These guys saved my butt. Will be coming back if I need work in the future

I came sad and I left very happyBefore I came to Ideal truck service I visited some shops in the area!!Some of shops gives me high price to fix my truck!! some of them wants to do an extra job to charge me more money!!With Ideal truck service :1- The price is fair for What are they going to do with my truck.2- Customer service is the best3- the guys are very friendly and trying to help me saving some money which is I really appreciate it.4- I highly recommend this place to put your truckThank you very much Ideal truck service.

I've used these guys 3x and everytime these guys got me in and out the very same day although they was very busy. Once a main front seal took 6 hours, today a fuel line replacement and clutch adjustment 3 hours. I waited approximately 3 hours before they got me in, compared to 3-4 days at other places that over charge and misdiagnose things, that is some extraordinarily spectacular work! These are genuinelygood people before they are great mechanics and salesmen. Fair prices and no desire to gouge at your wallet. I'm very pleased with Matt, Brian and thier team of mechanics who work 2 shifts from 7am-Midnight. I highly recommend these guys. Go in or call and ask for Matt (Master mechanic) or Brian ( expert sales and parts guy) to get you back rolling right.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

these people genuinely care not only were they good mechanics they were quick and relativaly low cost. we came in with a broken belt in our rv something most shops wouldn't touch but we told them our plea and they got it installed very quickly keeping there lower price the lowest we could pay for good service, we have brought it to shop to shop only to find one truly good service

You have to record every conversation that you have with these people. They will try to get as much money as possible out of you as they can. They will fix things you didn t authorize and say you have to pay
