I called in advance to check on a used vehicle asking if they could tell me the condition of the vehicle since I have to drive an hour and half to get there. I made an appointment to see the vehicle at 9:30 the next day however when I arrived, the vehicle was on the hoist being repaired. I had assumed since I called in advance and made an appointment the vehicle would be ready for me to look at and drive I was wrong. No apologies from the dealer. No apologies from the salesman. I drove 90 miles, an hour and a half to get there only to find that I could not drive drive the vehicle. Very disappointing zero

I had a GREAT experience thanks to David & Sam. Extremely helpful, understanding and professional. I have terrible credit and they worked with me, were very patient and listened to my wants and needs and found me the most perfect car for my 2 girls and I. David went ABOVE & BEYOND when I tell you this, I mean it. He could have given up but was the most patient person I ever met. Thanks to him and Sam I got the car of my dreams. Thanks again guys.

I can't say enough good about my experience at Hubler with Caden.This young man did an excellent job! He was easy going, friendly and kind. His demeanor was phenomenal and truly exemplified customer service.I will buy here again...if I can buy from Caden!

Had a Great Experience with Bill Webb! He went above and beyond for me and my Wife yesterday and deserves a FAT RAISE! Finance took 4+ hours just to call my wife back! But overall 5 stars from us! Go in and ask for Bill! Thanks Bill Webb!!!!

My Mother was in the need to replace her car so when we arrived Uriel Brito was our sales consultant . He took care of my mother like she was his grandmother . after about 1 1/2 hours we were leaving with her new ride a 2022 Chevrolet Traverse . If we could give a 10 star review we would have Thank you Uriel . I will be back Steve Garwood your New Loyal Customer

I traded in my old Equinox a few months back for a Jeep. So far so good! I love my Jeep! Dragon really had my best interest in mind while trying to find the perfect car for me. Highly recommended! I also went for an oil change and they answered all of my questions. The mechanics were super helpful and patient.

So far they have been great. There was a misunderstanding with some paperwork. I'll update/add to this review when all is resolved.... Yes they have resolved my title issue. I would recommend anyone to buy here. Great people to deal with.

Sold my vehicle to them, they kept the same offer even after a week. Their offer was the highest and 2k over carmax. Great honest ppl even in tough automotive times.

Salesman and sales manager were nice and helpful. We felt pressured to buy an extended warrantee in the finance office. They never once explained that it was optional and gave us the payment amount of our car loan with different insurance products and never with just the loan itself.

Jim Quakenbush was phenomenal! Helped get us my dream car, even had it shipped to them at no charge, 5 free car wash gift card, oil changes for a year. He sends weekly email checking up on us, reminders for oil change, just a fantastic guy and great place, plan to buy our next car from here!

I went to Hubler after hearing a tax time jingle after tanning. I met with a a really nice salesman... Wayne. He was more than helpful to show me around the lot. We laughed and shared stories as my credit was ran. I took 3 vehicle's I liked that were budget friendly on a test drive. When I went in to let the fiance department know which one I chose... This man (Jeff) I believe. Told me I was approved for the vehicle I had chosen but he would prefer if I wod take and Equinox. He really started to get frustrated with me, I told him I was uncomfortable and I was going to leave. Wayne walked me out the door and I fainted. I hope that the next person this man tries to make take a vehicle to the point of stressing them out. That he think's about how his actions work on other's stress level's.

My husband and I went there to trade our car in. We had a great experience. Brad Cooper is a great salesman. After a previous bad experience with their service department. He made up for it today.

Great service and very helpful sales team. Nick was very helpful to show us a new Silverado. The numbers didn t work for us at the time but we definitely plan to come back.

I didn't buy my Civic from hubler but they fulfilled their factory warranty with my A C. Issue. Very pleased with the service department on their timely response. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Their entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and ready to make your car buying experience easy and fast. I was in and out in less than two hours (including my test drive time) in exactly the car I was looking for.

Hubler is the worst place to buy a car. Bait and switch tactics to get you in then last minute they will switch the agreed upon price on you. Wasted close to 6 hours of my families time. I ve never been treated so badly by any business. Someone should report them to the FTC. What they do is illegal

Used Hubler Napa service for oil change and tire repair. Great service had appointment at 2 and tech was ready to work on it when I got there. Great service

Make sure you get a full inspection before you buy one of their cars. Sold me a car with messed up parts and refuse to fix it for me

Don't make any appointments with these guys they sold a car out from under us we drove 2and a half hours down to see it and the guy that we had the appointment with was no where to be found they're not worth doing business with
