Worst Tow company in indy my Roadside Assistance scheduled for these people to come out and they NEVER SHOWED UP. I called them numerous of times and NO ANSWER. They needa be shut down or NEED better communication. I miss a appointment lucky the dealership let me reschedule for the next day

My insurance picked this company to tow me. They was supposed to be there in Noblesville around 5:37. I called them at 6. He said he was towing someone and would call me when 20 minutes out. We waited until almost 6:30. My bf's Dad called guy to see if we can leave keys in gas cap and he hung up on him. I called my insurance to see if it was okay to leave keys. They left notes for tow company. I called at 9 to check status of my car. My insurance called tow company and they canceled without telling them. They said they was out of network to take my car to Muncie even though they was getting 300 dollars. Now my insurance has to get another tow late at night.

Extremely poor customer service. was literally told "I was five minutes away, but I'm not coming anymore" couldn't even help but laugh out loud to that. Hope that man has better days and doesnt come across the wrong person next time.Service: Car towingService: Car towing
