Initial phone call was awesome. Id been searching for a particular item to purchase. We agreed on the price and I placed money down on said item. It was said to me they would have the part pulled the following day ( due to the work load allowing so) and told I'd receive a call when it was available. Original call was on Tuesday, Part was suppose to be available for pickup Wednesday. Heard nothing from them. I finally call Thursday evening multiple times. I finally got an answer and was told the part had been promised to someone else by the owner....They already had my down payment. Long story short over half the day on Friday of back and forth phone calls was basically told I was out of luck.. I did receive my down payment back, but this was extremely unprofessional. The whole ordeal has left a bad taste in my mouth and I would recommend taking ALL business to someone else.

Called today to have our vehicle towed. Tiffany truly surprised me by telling me she could have a truck at our home in 90 minutes. Mark showed up well within that timeframe. He was pleasant and carefully loaded our Mustang on the truck. He obviously has had experience towing classic cars and we appreciate all that both he and Tiffany did for us today. Mark even called to advise us the vehicle had reached the destination safely. Another thing, the price was very reasonable.

Well, as far as wait times, I have no complaints, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. That being said, the staffs demeanor was terrible, and I left somewhat of a bad taste. On top of that, they definitely rip people off for pricing. I sold my catalytic converters from my pick up, with research and market pricing they gave me way under value for them. It's not a place for my future business and not somewhere I would recommend from personal experience.

Love this company everytime I call I get big perm whom is and absolute delight over the phone, and she sends me princess to get the vehicles. You guys are GREAT!! KEEP UP THE EXCELLENCT SERVICE!!!

A while back I bought an engine from this place. It knocking immediately when installed. I wouldn't buy motors or transmissions here. Seems like they don't test them and just call it good.

This THIEFS CHARGED PER UNIT but only towed one unit but they charged 450 per truck even tho all the units are connect. Still working in my small claim wich sucks but don t use them

We were traveling through Indianapolis on Christmas Day when we had a flat tire on the interstate. It was amazing to find someone who would sacrifice their Christmas to come help us . This company here is a really great company and they can definitely help you with all of your towing needs, lock outs, winch outs, jump starts and also towing. They can help you with whatever vehicle you need towed. No vehicle is too big or too small.

They don't deserve any star. Avoid them at all cost..They lied to me that stoops dealership won't accept my trailer. I found out that they have another parking lot for trailer while I'm waiting for my truck to be repaired. Also driver had to unhook the driveline to be able to tow. When I got to dealership I told him to reconnect driveline but he didn't want to. Dealership charged me over $400 to reconnect driveline which doesn't take more than 15 minutes. Hannas are horrible.

Broke down at 10 at night on the freeway. All other towing companies were giving me a 3 hour wait. Called Hannas and they were there within 25 minutes and had the cheapest price. Would definitely recommend. Professional, quick, and friendly.

Chris helped us when our daughter s car died at the State Fair. He helped troubleshoot (trying to jump car and tightening the connectors to the battery) before we realized it needed towed. The gentleman that towed me my vehicle was friendly, polite, compassionate, honest and went above and beyond just because. Do not use these rude and incompetent people! Called for a tow and was quoted 30 to 60 minutes. Two hours later and still not here! I ve called three times to check in and the boy/man answering the phone is extremely rude every time. The last time he just said he s on his way! in a very curt tone and yet here we still are still sitting on the side of the road waiting!!! Avoid this place at all cost!Service: Car towing

Lady behind counter dont care about how bad they hurt people financially! Paid a lot of money to get my vehicle out when it should have never been towed to begin with. Then because i wasn't gonna spend another 200 to get it towed from them told me i had 2 hrs to get it towed of was gonna tow it again when it wasnt even on their property. I paid extra 25 to get it towed out of their yard and put outside of the fence. She cant tow it again anyway just trying to have a power trip. Thanks to them my daughte doesnt get a birthday and my kids dont get school clothes this year

Driver was very knowledgeable .he described to me every single thing that he thought was wrong.He was on point, every thing he said exactly what the mechanic had to repair and replace. Very professional. He was dispatched and there within an hour.I have used them in the past,that is why i went with them.They won't be the cheapest out there.but you can trust them,they are reliable and prompt.I believe drivers name was Shaun.I highly recommend them.

I am eternally grateful to this wrecker service. Car overheated on the side of 465 in 91 degree heat. Responded very quickly. The driver Josh was so very nice. Highly recommend.

If I ever need towing services again, I will be calling them first. First, the amazing dispatch lady who took my call, didn't laugh at me when I explained how I drove into a hole on the side of the road while getting out of the way of an ambulance. Then I was told it would be about 30 minutes, the driver was there in 20, maybe less. Then the driver was clever and efficient and got me out of said hole in a flash. All around great experience. Except for the driving into the hole part.

Great company to work with! Hit a pothole today that took out both of my right tires. Called and they had a tow truck to me in 30 minutes, for a very good price. Would definitely recommend them!

Driver in flatbed BLEW and I mean BLEW a red light, once he got through it he stood on the trucks gas peddling after making the turn on the red light at 38th and Fall Creek blowing his horn with all the lights activated and no cars on the back while running the light. Then just pulls into the state fair parking lot hitting the breaks HARD to slow down to turn in, shuts the truck off gets out and just starts shooting the breeze with what appears to be friends. No accidents in the lot its completely empty with only what looks like 2 trucks parked in spots. If this was my employee driving my company vehicle like this and abusing the vehicle that way he would be terminated immediately. What a horrible company imagine! 1108 PM on Aug, 13th.
