Me and my father were on our way to Kentucky from Chicago when our transmission blew. We were able to make it to their parking lot by the grace of God. However, when we went in they refused to see us without an appointment. Which I get. I'm a mechanic. You always need an appointment. Unless it's an emergency. I don't know what else qualifies as a an emergency if being stuck 3 hours away from home isn't one. They refused to help us in any way.

Unprofessional guy at the frontdesk. I called in before taking vehicle for battery replacement along with terminal. Over the phone it was mentioned as between $150 - $200 as a rough estimate. I do understand that would be just an estimate. After going in I was asked to wait for ~1hr to be looked at the vehicle & patiently waited. The guy checked the car & asked me where do I get my oil change & I told always at Honda since the vehicle was bought. He then told it would be $279 for replacement. I politely asked him that over phone it was mentioned lower price & then he suddenly got offended & gave back my car keys that he doesn t want to service my vehicle. I then repeatedly asked him to go ahead & service my vehicle for the new price he quoted, but he still denied & asked me to go to Honda & get it there. I am not sure what really went wrong & it all looked so unprofessional.I wouldn t recommended this place.

Have always done a great job when we use them to repair our service vehicles at work. There was a spell when I first started where they were so busy the couldn't take on any more work which lead me to go other places but I've been using them again recently and I have zero complaints.

This garage gets 5 stars and would be given more if I could. Their service is honest and they go the extra mile. I took my car in for a labor intensive repair. It was done early, absolutely spotless inside, and they even replaced a light that I had out and did not charge me. We are always skeptical about car repairs but after just one experience with this shop I fully trust them. Thank you so very much!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

It s always customer first experience for me. They are not trying to replace parts and make money but genuinely looking into what and how much repair is really required. Very knowledgeable and practical.

Incredible service from Grewal and his team. Honest, skilled, patient, respectful and went the extra mile. Managed to squeeze me in and help me out last minute as my dealership was charging me extortionate rates! Excellent value. Exemplary customer service. They will always have my business. Other businesses should take note of how Amreek and his team treat a customer. Great job guys!

I was new to this area , read reviews others posted about this auto care company. They restored brakes on my Toyota Sienna and the found & fixed an electrical problem on my daughter s Honda Pilot in a timely and at a reasonable cost from certified mechanics

Great place and honest. I will be back when I need work done again. Thank you for being honest and timely Don't expect them to use your parts. They can only warranty part's they supply. If you want your part's installed to save money, you're better off finding a backyard mechanic.

This guys are good at what they do. The pricing is reasonable, and their turnaround time is excellent. I have had them work on 3 of my cars. From the water pump timing belt to a simple oil change and brakes.

I had replaced my rear brakes on my Ram 1500 but didn t and needed my front brakes done. Same day service and they charged basically what I paid to do my own. Absolutely incredible!!! Very friendly, quick, and great price. I only wish I had found them earlier because now I m moving. I at least want everyone else to know this might be my first good experience at a mechanic!!!Service: Auto brake repair

Worst service, overly priced alternator service, my tank was full, but when I got my car back, it was half , my headlights did not work came out that fuse was taken out. Scamer for innocent people.

I have been going to Grewals exclusively for my automobiles for 10+ years. Major and Amreek are the owners, they have been very honest with me, their costs are quite competitive if not better than most mechanics I have been to, and they do not push work that does not need to be done. Which is a far cry from many of the other mechanics.Again they are honest, and have even done several small cosmetic things, without charging me for the work, just because it was something they could do quickly while they were doing another job. They are genuine and friendly people, which is becoming scarce in today's business world.They also do their job professionally, quickly, and quite well.

My Dad took one of our cars to get the fan on the air-conditioning fixed. We were very surprised by the estimate which was hundreds of dollars lower than a particular chain store on US 31 in Greenwood. They were honest and did a great job in a timely fashion. I subsequently took my car in for service and once again received super service at a fair price.I have already recommended their services to quite a few people.Chase

Good service and nice people a little on in the pricey side. At 80 dollars an hour which I'm no mechanic but the job was more than half done and I gave them all the parts other than the gasket. I can't complain to much they had it back to me the same day. I called a mobile mechanic off of offerup which was my first mistake. Either way good place to take your car for minor repairs nothing major though they don't have the equipment for it.

Happy with the service. Reasonable pricing. No gimmicks like those who claim to offer 40% discount on 60% pre-increased price. It's better to call ahead but they try to accommodate walk-ins too. The owner is a nice lad. The store isn't visible from the Emerson Rd, so using direction on gps is advised. The waiting room is small, and it can be well lit. You can't bring your own oil , you need to purchase what they offer which is Valvoline. But overall less expensive than Valvoline stores.

This place has always been fair and trustworthy. I have used them since they were located in South Greenwood. The building interior and waiting room are very nice. The staff are always very friendly and patient. I'll continue to use them any chance I get. Honest service like this is very hard to find anymore unfortunately.

This is a dual review. The first experience that I'd had here was for an oil change that I called about an hour before and they made it happen! Can't promise that every time but was a huge bonus. The interaction and the work performed were both excellent. At the end of the interaction they recommended that I get my brakes done soon which I knew and even had a price quote for me. No pressure though which I loved. My next experience was a few minutes ago when I called (once again the same day) to schedule my brake job. #1 they knew my name as they had looked it up by my phone # as he was talking to me, efficient. #2 they had the brake job estimate from my previous visit already up and could re quote me the price and all. I decided to write this before my brake work as I am that confident in the workmanship they will provide.
