Really bad customer service, they don t care about your time. They cancel the appointments you make online and reschedule them. I had to go twice because the first time they canceled my appointment. The people working there have a negative attitude and are arrogant, two different guys attended me in different days with bad attitude, just a lady working there is kind, but the rest never recommended.I have an insurance with them that I bought when the were at greenwood. Now I m not gonna keep that with them. I gonna change to Firestone.

Scott (front desk) was friendly & helpful. The service techs completed my work in a reasonable amount of time. Although not quoted ahead of time, the costs were what I expected. The waiting area & customer restroom are clean & well-maintained.

I have always been a Good Year customer for years. My closest place was speedway, but it closed, so I had to change stores, they recommended that I come to this store, this is the first time I have come to this store and I can really feel that it is the first bad experience I have had with my date, it was At 9 am. So try to be 15 minutes early I like to be punctual though. I have been here for 5 hours and they have not attended to my car. I must say that the staff is not so friendly and I am really very disappointed in this store. As a customer I think that the staff can be friendly since it is a service they are providing for which they are paid and we do not have to put up with bad attitudes when they make us waste time and patience for 5 hours for an oil change is not fair.

i ve only really dealt with CJ when going to the store and she s always kind. i had thought i needed 4 tires replaced and had already paid for it but she let me know i only really needed 2 so i got a refund for the other 2 i feel like other places would just let you replace all 4 tires

Fantastic, diagnosed the problem with my car 15 minutes before my appointment time was scheduled. Completed a 4 hour labor project in 2.5 hours. Car was ready to go at pick up. Won't take my car anywhere else moving forward.

We just stopped in and were treated like absolute ROYALTY by the kindest woman named CJ, who opened the garage and summoned us in with a smile. We had a tire that was low on air, and she brought us in and filled/inspected ALL FOUR tires. Who does that?!Thank you for your selfless display of kindness, CJ. The world needs more of you.

I'm really shocked by all the negative reviews. I've been coming to this location for years and never had a problem. I came in today to get a tire repaired and I had a 430 appointment. I was in at 430 and 515 I was out the door. No problem no issues. They explained what the problem was and I was on my way. Hopefully no one else has a problem with this location. They are very professional and courteous.

Had a really good experience here. I made an appointment to get my tires replaced, they had my tires in-stock and were the same price in-person as they were online. The overall cost was the same as my online estimate. My technician and the front office staff were friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean, with plenty of elbow room.

I scheduled an appointment online and the gentleman stated it would be 2hrs or less. After about an hour my vehicle was ready. However, if all of their oil changes come with a tire rotation I m not sure why my tires were not rotated.

I come here now that Madison is closed. CJ and Freman are absolutely the best I would follow them from store to store if needed. Never had a problem they couldn't fix. GoodYear has been good to me for the past 10+ years

Gas station air pump over inflated my tires- they helped me out with the issue and explained the resolution if it happened again. Thanks guys. Excellent service

I would give them a 1000 star's. If I told u how many times they have saved my a$$ u wouldn't believe it possible. STOP looking and go here. Tell them Chris the caddy guy sent u. Love these guy's and they SAVED MY BOOTY .....again

Very unimpressed. I usually use Firestone for my oil changes downtown, but I thought I'd give Goodyear a try; I made a reservation online for first thing the next morning, but the guy at the counter when I arrived told me that didn't mean anything and they might not be able to get my car in that day at all. After checking his computer for a few minutes he decided that he could indeed fit me in, but it would be several hours after my scheduled time.I left the vehicle there, against my better judgement. The oil change wasn't finished until several hours after the promised time (which was, as noted above, already several hours after the time I had reserved). When I got back into my vehicle I discovered that the battery had been disconnected for some reason, resetting the electrical system. The steering wheel was also visibly dirty and grimy to the touch.But the worst part came the next day, when the oil light came on unexpectedly. I checked the oil levels and discovered that they had underfilled it by almost two quarts! There was no evidence of a leak in my garage, and no evidence of burning oil in my exhaust.If I'm going to have to finish the job for you, I doubt I'll be back. Firestone, only a block or two away, respects reservations, gets it done faster, and actually finishes the job.

Saved me big time last Friday (4-28-23) when I was in from out of town for a wedding. Brakes gave out! Got car there at noon. They called at 3 with quote for new pads and rotors. Car was fixed by 5 pm (for a reasonable price!) and drove us 4 hours home safely Saturday, Dustin Honeycutt Service Manager was terrific throughout the whole process. Can t thank them all enough!

Kind staff, but they didn't appear to manage their time well. Called ahead to drop my car at 4:45 on a Wednesday, they said they might be able to get it done before they closed at 6. When I arrived, they said they wouldn't get to it until tomorrow morning--no problem. I left my flat tire with them and took my car home. They said they'd assess the tire first thing Wednesday morning, call if there were any surprises, and scheduled for me to come back at 1pm the next day to put the replaced/new tire back on the car. I arrived at 1pm and they told me it should take about 30 minutes. I did not hear from them beforehand, and they didn't seem to have looked at my tire at all. I sat in the waiting room for about 40 minutes before they explained that I'd need a new tire and that they would go ahead and put the new tire on my car.All in all I waited almost 90 minutes in the shop for them to assess and replace my tire. I'm not sure why I left anything with them if they didn't manage their time to get to it before I arrived and I still had to wait in person for 90 minutes for the work to be done.

The staff at Goodyear downtown are all very helpful. They always check the air in my tires if I need it.Last Sunday evening my tire pressure light came on. Since they weren't open I checked the pressure and found a screw in one tire.Monday morning if went to Goodyear. I couldn't leave it so he set a late afternoon apt to plug the tire. They checked and aired all the others before I left.When I came back for the appointment. They plugged that tire, checked for other leaks and checked all the other tires. All others were fine. NO CHARGE. What?! Customer appreciation he said. Well yay! Definitely staying my go to service place. They also have bottled water for customers. Nice touch.THANK YOU GOODYEAR TEAM!

Goodyear and its employees were nothing but the best to my girlfriend and I when we had a tire blow out on the highway in the middle of downtown Indy. I have taken two of my vehicles to this location over the years. The employees are always friendly and help me get the best deal for what my car needs (new brakes, tire replacement, leaks, etc). Overall great communication and prices, I ll continue going back.

I ve been getting tires and basic maintenance performed here for over 10 years through three different vehicles. This week CJ went above and beyond to make sure I got back on the road as quick as possible. She worked through some issues we had with finding the right tires and matching up a previous replacement. Thanks again for all of your help.

I was on a day trip to Indy with my 2 kiddos traveling from Evansville and my brake fluid light came on. I stopped in and Fermin took amazing care of me. He walked right out to my car and checked it over and filled up the brake fluid right away and even spoiled my kids with candy Thank you so much again Fermin for taking prompt and amazing care of us!! Your kindness will not be forgotten!!

Had a welcoming environment and was able to get my tire fixed very quick. Was able to sit on the study desks and enjoy my online class with no issues. CJ at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.

Everything about this experience was positive if you need an front-end alignment for your automobile I cannot recommend them highly enough

I ve used this Goodyear a couple of times now for tire services and have always had a pleasant experience, especially the most recent time. I had a frigid valve stem that somehow snapped completely off, so I brought my car to them to repair. Got a call an hour or so later not only saying that it was done, but also done at no charge! Definitely not something I m used to when getting my car serviced! Will be going back for future needs.

This team at Goodyear in Indianapolis was fantastic. We were visiting friends in town last night and woke up to a flat tire. We live in Michigan, so needed the tire fixed versus driving on the spare tire. Within an hour, they had our tire fixed (at no cost, I must add). We are back on the road, feeling blessed. Thank You Goodyear team!

My day began less than perfectly when I discovered a completely flat tire with a nail punctured through it, rendering the car non-operational. Triple A came to my rescue and escorted me to the nearby Goodyear, who made room for me without notice during their already crammed schedule. The wait time was long, however; when they notified me telling me the car was ready, they had completed the service for FREE as an apology for my wait. The staff were all very courteous and went out of their way to make the situation brighter. I am so thankful! In my experience, the customer service here was paramount.
