Kris is not only knowledgeable but very fair & honest. I have had my car worked on there twice by Kris & his father. Please know that Kris & his wife will take great care of you. His dad was awesome & he will always be missed as well- RIP Gus .

They checked all the boxes. After writing their estimate for my repairs, they scheduled my job. To save time, they pre-ordered the parts. Communication was tops. Sarah called the week ahead to remind me of my appointment. The work was completed sooner than expected even though the Ravenswood area had recently experienced flooding and the shop had been closed a couple of days. A stellar experience.

I recently had my 2016 Ford F-150's bumper replaced at Glendale Body Shop and I couldn't be happier with the service and experience. Kris was extremely communicative and transparent throughout the entire process. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Definitely would recommend his shop's services to my own friends and family.

I used Glendale Body Shop 10 years ago for bumper and rear-end damage. When I picked up my SUV you could not tell there was ever any damage. Fast forward 10 years and I had headlight and fender damage on the front of the same SUV. Chris and his sister were on it. Chris ordered a new headlight which was delivered to him that same day. The next morning Chris installed the new headlight assembly, he had to use some parts he luckily had in the shop and had my SUV fixed by noon, WOW. These people know what they are doing and the best in the business. 5 STAR all the way. Thank You.Service: Body & Trim

I spoke to Chris about some minor body damage to my car and needed to get in ASAP as I was due with a baby in two weeks. He told me to come in that day to take a look at the damage. He provided preliminary repairs to my car so that I could continue to drive it until the part that was needed came in. He called me a few days later and was able to get me in to have repairs done. All was said and done in 5 days and I could not be more appreciative of the amazing customer service by Chris and Sarah!Service: Body & Trim

Kris and Sarah were incredibly friendly, supportive, hilarious and I feel like I could have reasonably paid twice what they charged me. Kris fixed an issue during the estimate while I was standing there without charging me. He was prompt and professional. I called into the shop & spoke with Chris about a unique problem with my car that I was having difficulty getting fixed. He was kind & knowledgeable over the phone & told me to bring my car in that day for a quick lookover. When I arrived, he inspected the issue & took care of it on the spot.I appreciate not only the level of care & service given to my vehicle but also the thoughtfulness shown to me. I will be recommending this shop to everyone I know in Indy.

Roy and Chris fixed my air conditioner drain problem at a fraction of the quote I got from the dealer. They also did some body work and I was pleased. They are great!

Was not able to get his name over the phone but the gentleman I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and upfront with what my repair pricing would look like. He helped me so much in just a 5 minute phone call! If you re looking for expertise, this is the place to go!

He is wonderful! I keep scraping my car's front fender on the cables in my carport despite foam pipe wrap that won't stay put. Went in for an estimate and he touched it up for me since he still had the paint. 10 minutes. No charge.

We are very thankful and pleased with the work Chris did on our two cars. His work was beautiful, removing two large dents in the bumpers. He was very courteous and efficient and his prices wowed us. We have been long-time customers and have always been very pleased with the service, advice and results. None better.

Looking for a local place that is not going to cost you an arm and leg to get your vehicle repaired? Also looking for transparent pricing and high quality work? Look no further! Give Kris a call at Glendale Body shop and he will take care of you. I brought my vehicle in for a new grill and Kris only took a few minutes to look at the vehicle and gave me an estimate on the spot. He was very upfront with the pricing and kept me well informed on the status of my vehicle. Once the vehicle was done (repaired same day) it looked like new again! In the end, I cannot say enough good things about Glendale Body shop.Service: Body & Trim

Great service at a very reasonable price. Even saved me a lot of money by giving me my options. Because my car is older I went the less expensive fix. He told me he could get out at least 90% of the dent and he did. He also polished out some scratches at no cost, just because he could. Highly recommend!

Roy and Chris were very informative, kept me in the loop on my car, and finished in the time expected. And, my car looked fabulous. They went a little above expectation, shining up the headlamp that they didn't need to replace so it didn't look as noticeable that one was new and one old. And checking for my tire sensors to be sure it wasn't on the damage side. Would definitely use them again but hope I don't have a reason to!

Got run off the road and got my front end cover crushed. Kris replaced the front end perfectly and overnight! The cost was well below what I expected and he even fixed an unforseen light issue at a fraction of the dealer's cost. He drove me home when I left my car and did not hesitate in offering to pick me up to retrieve my car if I could not find a ride. Kris and his wife, Sara, are really great folks. While I hope I don't need to be in regular need of body repair services, Kris will be the obvious choice and I highly recommend Gendale Body Shop.

Chris Did a great job replacing our back door on our Sequoia. Chris went out of his way to facilitate drop off and pick up around our schedules. Honest and very reasonable on cost. Great to work with and will go back again.

This ia bar none the best place I've ever been for my car! I've been coming to this body shop for a while now, they always give me the best deals, shortest wait time, no BS service. When I thought my bill was going to be outrageous, I can breathe a sigh of relief when I walk in to the shop knowing that they will take care of me. This is a local family owned and run shop that really does care and understand how running on a budget effects day to day stuff. LOVE these guys!

I took in my 1999 New Beetle to get the rocker panel, front and rear bumpers repaired and re painted and Roy and Chris did a beautiful job and got it all done in just 3 days.The price was more than fair for all the work they had to do to the bug.Beautiful job and the paint matched great.Dan H

I ve had two cars worked on by Chris and both times he did excellent work. Worked directly with our insurance company and finished work on time. Detail oriented and keeps you informed on the progress. I will never go anywhere else

I don't think there is any body shop that will treat you so fair and honest. Kris is the best there is! It's amazing how he can make a car look better than it did before an accident!! Don't go anywhere else!!

Roy and Chris have worked on three of my vehicles over the years. It's obvious that they care about what they do and want to provide a fair price for it. I wish I had no need to return, but when I need body work, they're who I turn to.
