I highly recommend Glass Doctor! Ryan, service tech + Karen, operations manager + Kathy, scheduling were each personally professional and a breeze to work with to complete the replacement of my garage side door window that had been broken and needed replacement asap. They were all seamless to work with and highly coordinated as a team. Of the 4 other Indpls glass companies I called, Glass Doctor was the most responsive, organized, helpful and professional - the other 4 had a 3-4 week wait time before they could do an estimate. Kathy/Glass Doctor was professional and schedeuld an estimate that same week, Ryan/service tech did the esitmate - he was friendly, clearly an expert, and arrived right at the time scheduled + Ryan ordered the replacement with Karen, operations manager, who was highly repsonsive in her calls and emails. The glass replacement arrived the next week and was ready for Ryan to install it. Again, Ryan was obviously an expert during the new glass installation and ensured that the shattered glass was fully cleaned up both on the interior and outside the door. My THANKS to each of you!

Received a quick response when I called to request an onsite quote. The technician arrived witin the given time frame and was congenial and very professional. After getting several other quotes, we did go with Glass Doctor and were extremely pleased with the completed installation of a frosted double paned glass inset in a back entry door to our church.

Recently had to replace the windshield in my minivan after a large crack expanded beyond repair. Glass Doctor was fantastic to work with. Quick to respond and provide a quote. Answered all of my questions. Best quoted price but great quality. Had my vehicle in and repaired quickly!

Price was reasonable though the install date got pushed a whole week the day it was supposed be done. Then the installer left broken glass all over my patio and in the door frame which I had to clean up myself. I would think cleanup would be part of the job. The patio door window does look good, just wish the smaller details were handled better.

A technician came out to do an estimate for 2 large windows. The price was was very reasonable and a couple hours later two trucks with several technicians came out and did a professional job!One of the technicians has been with their company for so long he was so experienced he even tweaked the door so it would open more smoothly.Would recommend them!

They replaced broken double paned, insulated glass in a bedroom window. Very good quality workmanship. Helpful from the first call to the office to the installation of the new glass. Only negatives: Seemed to take a long time between ordering and getting the glass in, but this may be a supply chain issue and out of Glass Doctor's control. Also, it all seemed a little pricey to me, but I've never had to have a window like this one fixed before. I recommend them and would use them again for window or auto glass repairs.

Quick and efficient, able to fix my car window within 24 hours of my call and did a nice job. Estimate was given when I scheduled and that was what I paid. I would absolutely use Glass Doctor again.

Got a quote, called to schedule an appointment and they got me in the next morning. Excellent customer service! They were very polite, answered all my questions completely, and were super efficient and had me on my way in an hour. 10/10 would use again.

My initial contact with The Glass Doctor was the receptionist (I did not get her name) she was very nice and quick to get someone on the phone.The Glass Doctor gave two options with a detailed price listing. After, discussing the matter with the owner(purely my accident)Tim the owner talked me through both repair process. He was very kind and understanding. I was in a tough place. The Glass Doctor is the place to go when you need prompt service at reasonable pricing and excellent quality. Thank You- Receptionist(Sorry for not getting your name),Tim the owner. I will use your service anytime.

We used Glass Doctor for a frameless sliding shower door purchase and installation for a Master Bathroom demo we completed. They were easy to work with, very professional and communicated well. We had a usability issue with the doors and they quickly responded and corrected the issue. They proved that customer service is a high priority for them. Great job!Service: Glass installation

Called to fix a small chip in my car s windshield. I don t know how I got it but it is there and I know I need to fix it ASAP before it grows up/out.I looked online and I found a couple of places that seemed reputable and with glorifying reviews. I called and spoke to Karen, she explained that the chip will not totally disappear but at least it will be controllable. Karen was very professional and helpful, she offered to get me in tomorrow, but I opted for a later appointment due to my availability. Karen emailed me the work order showing the car make and model, the work to be performed and the price. I emailed Karen back and forth regarding changing the appointment time and I ended up doing it tomorrow as she suggested from the beginning : ) She was very prompt in her replies.I knew what I was expecting since I did this repair previously many years ago at another business and for another car. Yet, the results from Glass Doctor were a tad better, since when I examined the repair site it was super smooth to the touch. The repair process took 30 minutes.There are no gimmicks in their prices for my situation, no hidden fees and no bring it in and will quote you a price I like that the price is $79.99 for a chip repair, which seemed very reasonable. I also liked their availability, and that I get to take my car to their shop not a big fan of mobile repair businesses since they couldn t have the best environment and tools to work in. I wish if they had after 5 PM appointments for customers that can t make it before 5. Other than that, I believe I won t hesitate to contact them again for my glass repair needs.

I needed emergency window repair on my home after moving out of state while the home was being prepared for showings. I spoke with Karen and she and her team could not have made it any easier. I was extremely pleased with how fast the job got done and how they made what could have been a very stressful process very easy!

I was thinking that I would have to have a new 3 panel sliding glass door door installed at quite a hefty price. I didn t think that there were any other options available.After some investigation I came across the Glass Doctor and the rest s history. I contacted their office and from there everything went along as planned. The installers were professional and knowledgeable. Everything went along without a hitch and I am quite pleased with the results.I would defintely use their services again.

I had a quote from a window company of 1300.00. You all came through and did what needed to be done for about 1/3 that price. You worked around my schedule. The tech s were nice and knowledgeable and fast. I would say it s one of the best companies I ve ever done business with. Thanks for the great job.

Team had great communication in advance of when they'd arrive and what work needed to be completed. Office explained the process well and presented different options / pricing. I would definitely work with Glass Doctor and recommend to other citizens too.

Great company! They really stand behind their work. We had the Glass Doctor install a shower door for us which had a minor issue and they installed a totally new shower at no additional cost! My wife and really like our new shower door and plan on using this company again for our next shower door replacement.

The technician was professional and knowledgeable. Answered all questions and quickly performed the work. The office was available and responsive to scheduling the initial consultation and the repairs. Everything was thorough and organized. Email with estimates and invoice sent same day of service. Great company!
