Glass America has fixed my windshield and the drivers side window and has done an excellent job both times!!! They are quick and their work is very good quality. They were also very accommodating to my schedule and fit me in quickly.

Glass America single handedly ruined our brand new car. 2018 Honda CRV with 3000 miles. They bent up the roof moldings, broke clips, left misc clips out (found some under the car), put dents in the roof and fender from prying clips and moldings off, and left the car completely filthy with dirt, windshield glue, and body sweat. I have never experience such unprofessionalism. After my call to complain they gave me and my insurance company the run around and it was like pulling teeth to get things fixed. Here we are a month later and the car is finally fixed. They said they would get back with us about compensation for our time and troubles but when I called "i cant find your information in our system". I DO NOT RECOMMEND them. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

Nov 2, 630am..driving east on 79th in my small car, being relentlessly tailgated by a large vehicle with bright lights...when I turned onto allisinville I discovered a big van with the 'Glass America' logo...and I thought it was a place I will never use!

My insurance company referred me to Glass America. First impressions were good. Quick, professional scheduling and good follow up. I waited about 90 minutes, and the car was ready. Perfect. Nope, there was a giant ripple in the glass on the driver's side, and the eyesight system in my Subaru was freaking out. I called to explain, a new windshield was ordered, and an appointment set for the next week. I show up, and nope, they hadn't received the glass. I reschedule again. The next windshield appeared solid, but the car was still throwing errors. I spoke to a manager who was very apologetic and helpful. He stated that they often use third-party glass, and that he would order the OEM Subaru glass. Two weeks later, it came in. The car is perfect now, but there was an awful lot of time wasted. The service wasn't terrible, and I'm sure that they were just following protocol, but next time I'll probably go elsewhere.

Simply put these guys are the best. I've unfortunately had to use their services 2 times in 2 years from having to completely shattered windshields (one due to a rock and one due to teenage vandals).Easy enough to get the appointment set up, dropped it off and in exactly an hour, it was ready to rock.I've appreciated their service on both occasions, but I'd be lying if I said, I hope I don't have to see them again!Thanks again and we really appreciate your dedication to your craft.

Just finished building a desk with my daughter. Called G2 (Glass gurus) spoke to Beth mid morning. Gave her the measurements. Beth created the order and addressed some questions -very professional . Received a call later SAME DAY. Order ready. She stayed later for us to pick it up after work. They packed it up very nicely. Just finished installation. Looks great! Delivering glass with a lot of class! Give them a call you will be glad you did. They do mirrors and frames for bathrooms too. Know where I am going when I need a shower door! Thank you again G2.

I absolutely recommend Glass America they were very friendly and their cost is very reasonable they were fast and efficient. Extremely happy with our experience with Glass America. We had a back window of our truck busted out, and I called another company (Let's just say it's the one we always hear commercials for with the super catchy jingle). They were outrageously priced and charged for coming to us AND wouldn't be able to get to us for an entire week. So, I found Glass America. Got on their website to get a quote. They called me within five minutes to make sure I wanted to continue. They called to make sure of the type of glass and give me an appointment time...I originally talked to them about 8:30. My window was fixed before noon. They were timely, professional, cleaned up their mess, and extremely reasonably priced. Will DEFINITELY use them in the future!Service: Auto side window replacement

The technician arrived and immediately said he didn't have the right windshield or the trim and would have to order both and call back next week. I followed up the next week having not heard from him and spoke to customer service who informed me the tech found rust and they couldn't replace until it was fixed by a body shop. Took a close look myself (I'm an auto insurance adjuster) and found no rust. I feel the technician simply didn't want to do the work because the glass had been replaced by the previous owner and it was a bad DIY job which is why I was replacing. Anyway I called Abra - they were less expensive and replaced on the first appointment - found no rust.

Used them in the past (a few years ago) with a good experience, however, tried to work with them again and the poor customer service I received from them made it difficult to work with. Rather than being happy for me to give them my business the customer service rep tried to make me feel guilty because she'd have to open a new account to work with my warranty service. Would rather take my business elsewhere.

Just took my wife's Prius here. Took less than an hour and I was back on the road. I've had three windshields replaced there over the years on three different cars and never had any issues. Usually I can get scheduled for in house service quicker here than I've been offered elsewhere.

I had used another company to replace my windshield on my Audi Q5. The dealership wanted too much money. Well, fast forward a year and my rear view mirror fell off! When I took it to Audi they said that the bracket that was used on my new aftermarket windshield wasn t factory and they would have to replace my windshield. Well, that was bad news. Since I couldn t remember who did the replacement of my windshield, I came to Glass america hoping he could help me. Ray is my hero! He took a look at my rear view mirror situation and got it fixed in minutes and didn t charge me. I offered to pay him and wouldn t let me. It was so kind of him to take time out of his day to help a complete stranger. Thank you Ray!!! You are a life saver!

Great service, excellent customer service and kept me in the loop each step of the process. Even with labor day weekend, they were able to get me in quickly and the convenience of coming to my workplace was very appreciated. I would definitely reccommend!

Your drivers should not be driving down the interstate or any road and talking on their phone. I was in traffic with one of your vans. The driver was having trouble merging into traffic even though i left him plenty of room. The van then crossed over lane lines straddled lines and acted like a drunk driver. When we both got off the interstateand stoped on the exit ramp I looked and sure enough there is this young man talking on the cell phone but he is mad at me ... I guess for looking at him and he knew he was in the wrong in a company van on the cell phone. I motioned for him to put down his phone and drive the van and he thought that was the funniest thing he had ever seen and drove off laughing... still on his cell phone. This is illegal for a reason. People die because of driver inattention every day. I hope this young man never has to deal with the fact that his foolish selfish actions have cost someone something he can never repay... But hey at least it is hilarious until that happens right?

Man came out to repair my windshield, seemed unhappy when I told him I didn't have a garage he could do the work in. Then, proceeds to tell me there's rust along the seam of the windshield edge- so now hes really not gonna be fix it. No bubbles, no pulling away paint/bodywork- literally light surface rust on a seam that IS NOT PART OF THE SEAL on a 22 year old car. Give me a break, really? You guys ever heard of a wire brush? This windshield had already been quoted VISUALLY to be replaced by two other companies. Unbelievable.
