I got a very good job at a reasonable price on my 2018 chevrolet colorado. Front end alignment, tires balanced, rotation. No fuss, no mess! Thanks Jamie, you're the best.

Customer service was good. I needed to get two steer tires replaced on my truck. The total turnaround time was about 45 minutes.

Gem City Tires is a very good local service center. They we r able to take care of my companies needs Wirth vehicles we had and a reasonable price, compared to another fleet company that almost double what we paid at Gem City Tires. It was also done in a timely manner.

Must have had the same driver go by me. Tailgated me around the ramp off the 465 to the I70. Then went next to me as close as he could get without hitting me and then crossed halfway into my lane. Didn't know I have rear facing mirror cameras and a dash cam on my 79000lb semi. Got his license plate and will be forwarding the footage to IN State Police and DOT. Bad representation of your business. He could have killed someone!

Good work, good people. Only gave 4 stars because it was company vehicle and I didn't pay and I don't know their pricing.

One of their service trucks had flown by me going 80+ on the highway and a bump caused something to come out of the truck bed and crack my windshield. After contacting their manager Scott and insurance company they say that the driver said he wasn't missing anything from his truck bed and they will not be paying anything at all to hep replace my windshield. Which is just absurd to know if you are missing a stray miscellaneous object. At least be a business professional and take responsibility for your careless employees.

Had a flat tire and needed it patched. The were friendly and patched the tire quickly. Definitely recommend!
