I booked an online appointment and it was not available so someone called me and rescheduled for tomorrow which has been confirmed. Today I received a call saying they don t have anything until a week from now so I m going elsewhere. We ve had great service from them in the past, but their communication needs improvement.

Excellent and timely service. Friendly people at the counter. Thorough and accurate work. Only shy of perfect because the prices and fees are about 10-20% higher than anywhere else in the area.

Customer service was great this time Been going to this location for years and this was the first time I was able to get out in a timely manner and the guy that checked me out gave me some great advice on switching from regular oil to synthetic oil or synthetic blend .Great services !!

I had an 2:30pm appointment and it took 2 hrs for them to change my oil. If they were running 2 hrs behind, they should have let me know, since I was staying in the store waiting on my vehicle to be serviced.

Had an appointment for an alignment at 11am I was told it would take an hour, 2 hours later they pulled in the car into garage. What is the point of making an appointment if I still have to wait over 2 hours. And just to make things better they only did tie rod adjustments and left the camber in the red. Awful experience.

Had one good experience here with brakes for a car so I returned. Unfortunately this time my service resulted in returning for brake work a second time. Both visits combined for $1800+ In repairs. Got oil change on this vehicle somewhere else and discovered the brake fluid oil cap was missing and had been driving for three months without it. I should have checked the work that was done. Will not return. They have no answers or concerns for complaints.

Awful . Took my vehicle in for a brake job. Rear brakes were squealing. Well, after $467 problem was not fixed and the staff member who checked me out was like speaking to a fence post.Took it to another place and they looked at the ticket and started laughing and said they knew exactly why the brakes were still squealing.However, I was still out some labor and the new shop was puzzled why they did not do what was suggested in the first place.

I have been having my cars serviced here for over two decades went in for a oil change and a day later engine light is on called was told have to wait until Friday this is a major concern I'm missing money from work I can assure you Jessie should have adjusted the schedule to allow them to address the issue. Was told to go to another Firestone .This is the only one that i go to. Logan would never! The owner needs to reach out to me

On 10/17/2022 i came to this location because my tire was loosing air. I purchased a set of tires and made a 1pm appointment for installation. Even after all the tire on ur site that were on sale were unavailable in store or state of Indiana. First sign to turn around and leave! They put my tires on looks great. Doesn t do a safety check before returning my vehicle to me. I only had a tire light on coming in. Soon as I start my car up the dash lights up. Tire light engine light and traction light all came on. They really wanted me to leave in that condition. Like my life isn t important like the money I worked hard for to pay for this service was nothing to your company. I can only imagine how many times this has been done. The manager didn t want to speak to me after he checked my car cause he knew they was wrong. Tired to bribe me in the store on camera. Saying I will give you your money back and keep the tire but the rest is on me damages , or drive off and come back tomorrow and I ll fix everything on me. Are u serious! It snowed that same night an on my way home from work to pick my children up I almost crashed. I couldn t stop properly. I pulled over and cried. Because what is your customer safety policy. Why would the send me out like this. I never would of thought a company firestone would do a customer like this. I could of went to the corner store tire shop for this! Poor customer service I will never refer u to anyone I will never come back your warranties are worthless as was the service. I ll go to good year from here on out. The community will here of this. Thank you for the comfort and security I never felt or got!Jessi and Kevin were kind an could understand how I felt, they went over and beyond to comfort me I do thank them for that. It meant more than u know. You need more staff like them!

Took my truck with nail the tire. They could not fix and put the spare on and broke my bumper pad. They offered to pay for it so I scheduled an appointment to get the oil changed and 2 tires put. That to over 2 hours with an appointment. I then noticed oil drops in my garage and took the truck back to get fixed. I was told it would be over 2 hours before they could look at it. Called customer service and they were useless. There is more but not enough space or time to list them all

I took my truck to have its oil changed, they a change the oil as if it has a V6 in it. The truck has a V8 which requires 3 more quarts of oil. I drove the the truck home (70 miles away). When got home I picked up the receipt to put in the glove box and realized the problem. Hoping its not destroyed!

I literally came in at least 30 minutes before my appointment time my appointment was at 12:00pm my car is just now being pulled in at 1:00 pm if I have appointment why do I still have to wait a whole hour before my services is provided I think it s really outrageous for someone to wait over an hour for just a oil change with appointment this place needs to do better if I have appointment I should be in and out not still waiting for an hour it s no point of appointment if I m still waiting

We've been to this location many times and always see the same worker (Chad?). He's been very helpful and even showed us problems with the car and spoke to us like actual humans so we can understand the issue.My only complaint is even after scheduling appointments, we wait at least an hour. Once a scheduled oil change took 3 hours! They would get 5 stars from me if they had better scheduling.

I just had my oil changed, all brand new tires put on and an alignment done. They also did a brake inspection and courtesy check. The service and staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional with the whole process. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and gave me recommendations on things in the future that will need replaced, but now now. I felt they were sincere with great customer service. Everyone worked together, had positive attitudes, greeted everyone that entered the door and was very respectful of everyone's needs and concerns and had great team work and communication. They explained everything right down to every exact detail what was being done with what I needed for my vehicle and was very through, which I can appreciate. I've been to so many different auto care centers for maintenance on our vehicles and this one is probably one of the best ones for customer service and professional, extra caring vehicle maintenance. Will definitely be going there again when my vehicle needs serviced.

I do not recommend this site, I had an appointment at 9 in the morning and they attended me at 1 in the afternoon and on top of that it tells me that the back part cannot be aligned and I changed that part a year ago, when the other mechanics were never there was that problem but since that boy was alone the problems started, they should pay more so that the mechanics don't leave there, I don't trust that mechanic, the previous time I took the car it took forever and it had never happened, if my piece is damaged, they will have to pay me for the repairI had always aligned my car without problems and it didn't take that long but with this glasses mechanic the problems started, I took my car to the workshop and my mechanic told me that the part we changed is fine and doesn't need replacement, it cost me 300 dollars and I He says it is impossible for it to be bent, I check it and he tells me that it must be that he did not want to align it, perfection does not exist friend and for this minimum it cannot be that he cannot align it, he recommended that I take it to another place, I went on Monday so that the mechanic who works for you could explain to me what was happening and he refused, the guy at the reception was very kind and went to ask him and he refused, the guy who was at the reception of Hispanic origin, refused to speak Spanish understanding this what I was saying, I would like my $100 to be returned to me because I have no intention of going back there with that disastrous staff they have, I pay for a good service, not forI am treated badly and as I repeat this site I do not recommend it to anyone, before they worked well, not anymore, I hope they pay the employees better so that they do not go to other places

I noticed a bulge in one of my tires on a Saturday evening at 5:30, before leaving on an eight-day trip the next day (Sunday)! I called this Firestone location (which Google told me was the only tire store near me open!), and Claire told me she would get me squared away no matter when I arrived (they close at 6 PM). By 6:10 PM I was driving away with my brand new tire expertly installed and balanced. I appreciate the excellent customer care delivered in an "emergency" by John and Claire!

Terrible experience with trashy staff. Wanted a basic oil change, booked an appointment for 10AM, didn't get my car back until 4:30! I had to call multiple times and still couldn't get my car sooner. What's the point of appointments if walk ins are priority. I've also never had to walk around an auto care facility to the back lot to get my car before (everywhere else brings it around as a courtesy), but this is their standard of professionalism. Won't go back highly do not recommend.

Super pleased. Extremely thorough diagnostic. I left knowing everything that was wrong with my car and a printout. I brought my car back for the repairs that I approved for them to do. They were efficient, engaged and easy to communicate with. They called me to tell me as they found a few more things to see if they could proceed with my approval and really worked with the pricing. I felt they did an excellent job and that s coming from a girl whose family are all in or has been at one time in car repair and customization who all also build Harley s. I knew exactly what they were doing and they did an EXCELLENT job!!!!
