I had car trouble while driving a few days ago so I pulled into the nearest Firestone. Josiah the manager greeted me outside and checked my car quick before they were about to close. That s not all this guy had done. He was very flexible and let me bring my car in a few days later to get it thoroughly checked out. When him and his team were done with the inspection, he actually brought me out into the garage to show me what the issues were with my car. My favorite part was that he was honest with me and stressing that these issues do not need immediate fixing. I decided to have the work done anyways which I will be going back for in a couple days. Plus I asked if they could do a last minute oil change and they were able to get that done for me. GOLD STARS ALL AROUND!!

They told me I had a bad belt. My axle was not broken and all I needed was a new tire.They got me in fast. I had to leave one location to go to another one. The manager made a call to the other place and I was there to get in faster.When I got there, I was told they were over packed for the day. I said I called. The manager who I talked to said yes, he did call. He told me he would have us inside within a couple of hours.Yes , so we went to pig out at Kings GyrosIt's crazy because I am about to rate King Gyros next

Friendly, courteous, patiently and completely answered all my questions. Very accommodating for my schedule. No one likes needing to spend money on repairs but I felt like the service was top notch.

Called to see if they could get me in with no appt. They did since all i needed was a new tire. Fast, knowledgeable, never had any issues at this location. Keep up the great work!

I was traveling in Indianapolis from out of town on a Sunday and had damage to a tire that required an immediate replacement. I called 5 shops and all were either closed or booked. Then, I called this Firestone location. Josiah said one of his guys called in sick and he was booked. When I told him my story, he told me he would work me in. He got my daughter and me out of there in about 90 minutes and he was very busy with phone calls and other customers. He is very customer focused and takes an extreme amount of pride in what he does. We had a great experience! Thank you, Josiah!

Nisha was very friendly and helpful in setting up the exact service that I needed. Suggested other services but was not pushy at all. Alignment was done in short time and car drives much better now.

TL;DR brought car in for a tire change due to a slow leak. This location, headed by Crystal H., did not take proper care with a specific piece of the tire causing the piece to go missing one day after they finished. Fast-forward 5 months and FireStone still has not replaced the piece, despite taking accountability for the piece and lying that they ordered the piece.This particular Firestone location headed by Crystal H. truly upholds the brand s reputation of Great Products, Horrible Service. I brought in my car for a tire change because it had a slow leak. The long wait time with one person in store was insane but Crystal apologizes and states she is the only one there and after a couple hours they complete the tire change.***I assume*** they either break the tire lug-nut cover or do not place it back correctly, because I notice the next morning the lug-nut rim cover is gone on the tire that was changed, despite it being there the day before. I show up to the location three separate days to resolve the issue. The first day there was no manager and I was told Crystal would be there the following day but massive surprise she wasn t. By the third time I showed up and am finally face-to-face with her again, it is the next week. In brief, she agrees to take responsibility and accountability for the absent lug-nut cover on the rim for the tire her location changed. Additionally, she agrees to supply the part and put it on at no cost to me, as the mistake was the fault of FireStone. Admittedly, the piece was expensive, but I was adamant about having the OEM product as I bought the car within the year. Fast-forward a couple days and Crystal calls me to say she found a dealership and can order the piece but it will take 2-4 weeks, so if I wanted to get it myself and then bring a receipt to her to reimburse me I can. I tell her to order it as I do not care about the wait time, despite her subtle objections, and she says she orders the piece. Fast-forward another couple weeks, as I said wait time was no problem for me, and she tells me that the piece is going to take another few weeks to get there but I make her confirm it is OEM and that the piece is ordered. She confirms both and I tell her I am fine with the wait and we hang up. Now, here we are about 5 months later and I have not heard anything. I am hoping with this review I can get some information or the actual piece for my car that Crystal s location broke and will not replace.Service: Tires

my friend got a flat tire the other day in the parking lot a little bit down from the firestone and we couldn t get the tire off to put on the flat on. we walked over to the firestone and the guy working, Josiah walked back with us to help take off the tire. he then put the spare on and we walked back to the firestone and he got us in SO QUICK. honestly the best service ever. he was so nice and kind to us. highly recommend this firestone and Josiah!! thanks so much!!

Had bad battery. Walked in without appointment. An hour later all taken care of. Josiah was great. Kept me informed the whole time. Waiting area much nicer than in the past.

We got stranded just up the street from this fire stone due to a flat tire and showed up there 10 minutes before closing time with car that is very hard to work on. Shorthanded and ready to go home. These guys still got right to it without ever blinking and I. They were more than helpful, more than friendly and an absolute blessing during an otherwise stressful time. We were so grateful to them, and I would absolutely recommend them 100%. We were in from out of town, but if we lived here, they would be our forever fire stone! Thank you so much for being guardian angels!

Fast, Professional, Clean, Opens earlyThat is exactly what this shop brings to the Game, professionalism is at every inch of the store and cleanYou dont wanna know how manny times ive been to a shop dirty and really poor customer services but not at this firestone location for sure.. i recommend this store you will not regret coming here

I have not been back to this location in quite some time. I had a really bad interaction where they tightened my wheel locks on so tight that they could not be removed and had to be broken off. Fire stone did nothing to remedy the situation or help me in any way possible it was a terrible situation that I'm still trying to recover from years later still stuck with the vehicle that had the issues at the time. I have since had to run a vehicle for the past 2 1/2 years through Entterprise. I was told this morning that Jiffy Lube is no longer a partner with ENTERPRISE so that I would have to go down to fire stone. I was very reluctant and switched companies. After walking into Firestone and speaking with Nisha. I was super excited! I absolutely despise fire stone because of what happened thousands of dollars and damage after I had committed my life to getting my service done there. I personally will never return with a personal vehicle just because of the experience I had. Unfortunately, I will have to take my rental car there on Thursday for the necessary oil change. This review is strictly for Nisha She is phenomenal. I feel the good energy flowing from her in every way possible she is way better than anything this facility could ever provide her in a career. Definitely the best!!! I will always go to Firestone first. Went to 2 jiffy lubes. The first one down the road "had one bay and a brake job on the lift" and asked me to go to greenwood. I drove all the way down there and they were gonna charge me 500 to swap out my tires and tried to make me buy all new wheel nuts because they were "swollen". Instead, I went to AutoZone, bought them, and went to Firestone. Firestone didn't even use the ones I bought. They gave me 4 original (that's all that stripped) for free!!!!! The price was still the same and even with the issues they didn't ask me to pay more. I really appreciate them, their honesty as mechanics, and the ladies in the front are very polite and attentive. The shop as a whole has great customer service!!!!

They'll quote you things you don't need and when you call them on it they make excuses and lie to you! She told me that they have to replace the valve stem in your wheel no matter what, "So I need a new black valve stem?" they wanted $7.49ea. for the valve stem and $3.14ea. to put it in! I don't know when this new rule/policy come in to effect but 2 and a 1/2 years ago they weren't charging that it was only $2 for the valve stem.You would think that when you buy new tires that they would be installed labor free since they already have the tire off the wheel! Watch your invoices! 1:15pm on 2/15/23

They were nice and helpful; however, they were unsure if they could inspect my car even though I had made an appointment.There was an issue with one of the workers dropping my car s lightbulb, and when he couldn t find it, he suggested that I purchase a new one across the street since they were out. After I found it and pointed it out, he knocked it into the car s bin, and they had to remove a panel to get the bulb. It has been making a weird noise when I make sharp turns since then.
