Great team working at this Firestone location. They did a great job. I was impressed how well the manager interacted with the techs. Also, how well the techs interacted with each other. Great working environments make for happy customers as well.

Angel, Ali, and Dylan were very polite and helpful. Great customer service skills. Also dropped off one day, and car fixed and repaired the next. Quick and easy.

I was inconvenienced this morning by a flat tire. This location not only took my walk-in appointment, but got me back on the road quickly. Their quick service even allowed time for an overdue oil change. Incredibly happy with the service I received today. Staff was helpful, communicative, and efficient. Thank you!

The folks at the Southport Firestone were incredibly kind. They did all they could to help fix my car issues, and when it turned out to be the transmission they did not charge me for the extra steps they took and offered good references for local transmission shops. I will definitely be back!

This team got my tire fixed immediately even though I came in 15 minutes before closing. Dylan was very understanding and didn t upsell me on services when I didn t know the tire could be repaired instead of replaced. Thanks for not taking advantage of me! I ll definitely be back.

I had to send my car to another shop in town to actually get my issues fixed. Firestone just kept having my FIL come back for issues they could be easily be fixed in one sitting. As if that isn't bad enough - they returned my car without oil in it!!! I had oil going into the shop but I'm have never had a company drain my oil and then not replace it but still charge for it. Also, someone needs to have a conversation with the red headed man up in the front office. He's a rude and unhelpful employee who literally refused to return my keys .... I never go to Firestone and now my in laws won't either! 0/5 stars

The two individuals I worked with were very helpful, respectful, and informative. Neither tried to push any unnecessary upsells and simply served me appropriately. I respect this a great deal as this is not the typical experience I have when dealing with any kind of auto repair shop. Auto shops have garnered a reputation for a reason. I'm thankful that my experience with Firestone didn't fit the stereotype.

Very disappointed in 'Firestone Policy' to not reset check engine light at customer request -"unless work was done".Vehicle had been in storage eight months and misfire could have been caused by an injector gummed- up by old fuel.I bought a Code Reader and a couple bottles of Injector Cleaner. With additive added to the tank, I reset the code and drove the vehicle for over six hundred miles - the code has not reoccurred and the check engine light has remained dark.As I said, I am disappointed and have lost confidence in the Firestone team.

I noticed a puddle of oil/liquid on my garage floor a week ago. I took it to the Firestone Complete Auto Care at Southport Crossing on Saturday October 28. Dylan is a great service manager. He listened to the description of my symptoms and made arrangements for Steve, a very skilled technician to look at my vehicle. Steve noticed an oil filter was defective, but also noticed my water pump was leaking. All of that was replaced and I drove off very pleased.I had driven my Jeep Grand Cherokee for a couple of days and it was great.A couple of days later, I noticed a very loud whining and decided to take it back to the team at Firestone Southport Crossing. They worked me in. Once again, Steve, identified the problem, a bad bearing in the idler pulley, which the belt. Steve replaced the idler pulley assembly and belt. It's as quiet as ever. Wonderful job!I have found this Firestone Complete Auto Care at Southport Crossing to be a fantastic service vendor. Dylan and team earned my business a few years ago. He cares about his customers, is professional, treats everyone with respect and courtesy. This is a great place you can trust to service your vehicle.

Dropped my car off to them at 11am for just 2 tire changes and when I arrived at 5:50pm the car was lifted without any of the tires changed. This place is garbage. The downtown Indy location is sufficient and better at their jobs. DONT GO TO SOUTHPORT LOCATION.

Had four tires done at a firestone in greenwood after I got a flat tire. Drove home and one of my tire sensors stopped working. Figured Firestone should honor Firestone work. So I stopped by My local store. Well they took my truck in verified my sensor worked but don t know why it s not connecting to my truck and told me to take it back to the store that s completely out of my way cause that store mounted my tires. It be to much of a pain sense they didn t install them

I took my car in for an air pressure check, and when I drove off the lot after they gave the keys back, both driver side tires came all the way off the car. I believe some mechanic must have gotten distracted midway through the service. They then inspected it and said nothing was wrong with the car, but we took it to the dealership which found significant damage. I can forgive an honest mistake if it isn't a pattern, but it felt like they were being intentionally dishonest with the post-incident inspection in order to try and avoid a fight with my insurance company.

Unlike other times this time was just not a good complete job with them for me there's no communication between them and myself regarding the works on my car and and such and just wasn't good but I probably will start using them maybe at a different location

I ve been going to this Firestone for the last several services I needed completed as well as I have purchased tires from them. The first couple times I had the best experiences and even recommended my family take their cars there. However the last two times I have had my car in we re not good customer service experiences. Dylan is ALWAYS awesome. However, the last two times I have picked my SUV up once I had oil all over the car handles and on my interior of my SUV. This last time I was told my car should be done by 9am, and when I called they said it s still up but we will call you as soon as it s done (it was a simple oil change and tire rotation because they said they had already completed the inspection). I had called them at 8:15 in the morning. Then when I picked me car up it had been done for hours and I hadn t received a call and wouldn t have because I had to go into the building to find out my car had been done awhile. The man was apologetic, but having to wait hours more than you were told and never even receiving a call that it was done it s not good customer service. The only reason I gave a 3 star rating is because other than these recent encounters they have been great and their service on vehicles has been good.Services: Tires, Oil change

They have always gave us excellent service, with the upmost curteous treatment, explaining everything to us. They always get us in and takes care of what ever is wrong with the vehicle if possible.

Always waiting. At this location. Other firestones tend to be more efficient in my experience. Waited 20 minutes in line to drop car off. Been waiting 20 minutes in line to get car paid for. Go somewhere else if you value your time.

Overall a positive experience. I knew exactly what I wanted when I showed up and made an appointment. I arrived half an hour early and my car was taken back right away. New tires and an alignment took about an hour, this should be expected. No complaints, Tyler and the team did an excellent job.

Me and my friend where visiting Indianan for the first time.Five hours away from our home. My car broke down the first day we where there in a Walmart parking lot. I was able to get it towed to Firestone ( we picked them because this happened on a Saturday and we needed a place open on Sunday ). I was stressing out that I was gunna need a car rental. Fast forward to Sunday morning - I m woken up by a phone call. 10 min before the shop was even open a mechanic called me to get an understanding of the situation. I explained what had happened and our situation. He said he d look into it ASAP and call me back. About 60 min. Later they said they found a stone between my break pads and already had my car torn apart and put back to together. Me and my friend went for coffee than got a Lyft - when we got there the mechanic explained everything ( in a very kind manner ) and gave me the stone- we laughed about how tiny it was to cause such a huge issue. After all of that they only charged me 10.00 for the entire time they put in and the efficiency they had 10/10 would go there again if I lived closer!

These guys did a great job mounting, balancing and inflating my winter tire and wheel set. As always. The lounge area is so comfy and they had a mini fridge with soda! Just wished they had driven my bmw to reset the tire pressure monitoring system, but my next drive to work will take care of that. I m sure they don t have time to do that, and for the low price they charge compared to the dealership, I ll take it! Thanks!

4 new Firestone Transforce AT2's, smoother riding than my old Continentals.Had an overall good experience at this location. The warehouse screwed up and sent the wrong tires initially, but they gave me 100 off the price and a free oil change, so that made up for it.

I would not recommend anyone getting their vehicle serviced at this location. Generally, the employees there were polite, but that s about it. I took my car to get serviced about a noise coming from the engine. They didn t fix the issue, and instead fixed other things that were functioning just fine when I took my car to the shop. They never called and kept me posted on the status of my car. My car was there for a week longer than what I wanted, until I went to go pick it up after it was deemed ready. And when I did, I had to get it towed back to the shop because it refused to start. The employees I interacted with the most were Dylan and Tyler neither one was very helpful.Services: Electrical, Battery
