Went in for an oil change and was able to book one easily online. Ron and his crew took really good care of my car. They even took out a nail from one of my tires, luckily they didn t have to patch it but the fact they checked shows how they go above and beyond.Ron in particular has amazing customer service. He is able to handle a busy store and still maintain a friendly demeanor.Overall I had a great experience.

I came in for a standard oil change. Upon further inspection from location mechanics I had a tire that had a nail in it that wasn't able to be patched because it was too close to the sidewall and a tire rod needed to be replaced. I agreed to drop my car off more than 24 hours before I needed to pick it up for work. They couldn't fix the issues and kept my car for an extra day because they couldn't complete the work order in time even though it was verbally confirmed by 2 techs days before. Upon reading reviews these issues are commonly told to customers and I think I've been scammed either as a woman or an unfrequent customer of this location. After my experience I would Go to any other box mechanic besides this Firestone location. They know they're in the wrong because they've offered discounts to me and multiple customers in front of me while I was waiting to pay because they can't complete the work they've guaranteed to their customers. 3/10

Very professional and honest auto care company. I needed an oil change, tires rotated and balanced before a long trip. When they inspected my tires, they actually told me that the location of my tires were in the best position, so no rotation was necessary. When they removed the tires for balancing, the tech actually broke one of my plastic center caps. Instead of hiding this fact, the service manager actually told me that he glued it back together to get me by until he could order a new cap. I drove all the way to western New York and back, and never lost the center cap. They could have easily rotated my tires to make more money, and I would have been none the wiser. They could have glued the center cap back in, and let it fall off after I left, and I would have been none the wiser. They chose honesty over profit, which is very rare in today s society. I appreciate your honesty. You have earned my future business.

Walked in yesterday with a nail and screw in my tire and desperately needed my car done before Monday so that way I could get to work. They guy told me they would try there hardest to get it done by today before they closed and did just that. They also inspected my other tires to let me know I needed new ones and was able to give me a great price for being walk in! Definitely will stick with Firestone from now on

The service technicians need to work on heir customer service skills. I called to ask a clarification question about the invoice i received and Migel immediately got hateful with me and acted like I was an idiot for not understanding the way the oil was itemized on the invoice. It said x10 for oil and I assumed it was charging me by the quart because the price was outrageous, apparently I was wrong and needed to be chastised because I am a woman and not a mechanic. Also over 10 dollars for an extra quart of oil is ridiculous when I could go to Walmart and buy I myself for 7.99. $95 bucks for an oil change, I should've just went to Mieneke where they are always kind and complement my vehicle, while doing things in a timely manner. Never again!

Had an appointment for 4 pm yesterday I left work early and drove from the westside just to be told they couldn't do it. Guy said to me that it was a 3 hr job to do an alignment??? And made a bunch of excuses on why it would take so long. I dnt believe half the stuff he was saying he just didnt want to do the job.. I called Firestone on southport Rd and they said they could have it done in 1 hr.. a courtesy call would have went a long way and I think that was very unprofessional of them

Only good for oil changes. Had my truck for 2 days and it still has the same problem. They fixed stuff I probably didn't need fixed.

These guys went above and beyond to take care of me and my psycho car's never-ending issues. The repairs were timely, the charges were explained to me, and the price was more than fair. You can use this location and trust you'll be treated fairly, and you'll get honest and professional repairs. Safety in the car is too important to trust some other shop that claims to undercut Firestone on price. Thank you E. Washington Firestone. You made a huge difference for me.

Came in for a coolant flush, they said to come back tomorrow. Came back tomorrow, they said they couldn't do it until Friday. Made an appointment for Friday, and when I came in, this time they declared that they can't do coolant flushes on a hybrid. Thanks for wasting my time, repeatedly.

This location provides excellent customer service. As vehicles age, things need to be fixed and maintained. I was quoted $800 for a repair that wasn t optional unfortunately. It ended up costing a little over $800 but they made sure to do the repair right and stayed in contact throughout the process. We will definitely use this business again.

Signed up for an oil change with one person, Then they arrived, unhooked the trailer on a pickup truck, arrived and said that I would not change it, that it was a lot of work. What is this business? What kind of unprofessionalism?The employees are just terrible, there is no mood for the employee. Why should he spoil the mood of the client who came agreed to leave unhooked the trailer arrived and says that he has a lot of work and does not want to talk, he leaves the conversation. What are these workers

I came to Firestone to have a break inspection/ second opinion. I went to Sincere Auto and spent $600 on new front breaks and they told me that I needed all new back breaks, which would be another $1,000. The guys at Firestone took me out to look under my car and told me that my back breaks did not need replaced and pointed out a few leaks to keep an eye on. I am SO grateful to them for saving me $1,000 I almost spent. I feel like they are honest and trustworthy, they will be my go-to mechanics from now on!Service: Brake service & repair

MIGUEL IS AMAZING AND A TRUE HUMAN ANGEL!Driving home from work and came to a section of road that was brick. There was a pothole from where the bricks had come up and a brick had fallen straight up and down inside the pothole. I swerved because I knew if I hit it it was going to wreck my front left tire apparently I was just meant to hit a brick, because there was one off to the side as well. I haven t learned to change a tire yet (definitely learning this week!) this week has been the worst. My cat of 18 years passed and it s been one thing after the other I called and explained my situation and Miguel came to help me. I honestly can never say thank-you enough.

The Lady at the front desk on Sunday June 24th at 9am was super rude and very uninterested in my issue with my tires. She asked did I have an appointment and I stated no but told her the simple issue that would of took no longer than 20 minutes to complete. She stated that she had one mechanic and 6 cars booked already and stated that she could take a look at it tomorrow sometime ( I think not). Horrible customer service. I recommend PepBoys on E Washington st.

When I first came in, some guy tried to tell me my rim was messed up and would take days to repair.. My rim is fine, they were just trying to upcharge me for being a woman as all terrible and unprofessional mechanics do. The second time, the lady at the desk was absolutely MISERABLE. Customer service here is lacking!

If I could give zero stars, I would....I'm not the type to write negative reviews, but I have never had such an awful experience with a legit business before. I get that everyone is short on staff, but they had my car for two weeks. During that time, the problem was not solved. They told me they thought it might be an electrical issue. It was a mechanical issue. They also installed a new battery without tightening down the connectors, leaving me stranded and not knowing what was going on with my car.Well over $300 completely wasted. Had my car towed to a real mechanic and he found the mechanical issue in less than an hour. And in less than 3 days my car was running again (only delay was on getting the part). Will never go there again for anything.

The people that work here were nice and they did fix my car. The reason I m leaving a poor review should not reflect the quality of their work, only my own experience.My car was dropped off on a Tuesday, knowing that they wouldn t be able to look at it until the next day. It was a relatively simple fix. The problem is that my car was in this shop a total of four days to replace two relatively simple parts with no explanation as to what took so long.As well as being massively inconvenient, waiting that long for a straightforward part replacement becomes expensive after paying for rides anywhere I need to go.I suspect this location is understaffed, and I hope they get the help they need, but I won t be going back. Had I been told it would have realistically taken three days to even look at the car, and another day to fix it, I would have bought the parts and replaced them myself the same day.

They were very helpful, I only needed my tires checked and air, but I'm high risk on oxygen. So I didn't have to get out they came right out and took care of me. I've been a customer there for many years, buying tires and other things. They do a great job and take time to answer questions and make sure they take care of your vehicle in a timely manner.

I never have a bad experience here. They are very nice and friendly, and they are very transparent (they explain your invoice in detail, and I never feel nervous to ask questions.) These guys do good work at a pretty fast rate. brought it in at 10:30, and it was done by 2:30. I won't go to any other place for tires.

Guy at the front counter does more complaining than helping. Needed a tire repair and was told just to leave my car and MAYBE he ll get to it today. There was literally no customers there being helped it s 10am and you close at 5pm No one wants to work anymore, sad.

We were driving through the state from the east coast and popped a tire on the interstate!! These guys had our tire mounted and back on the van in no time!! Thx for keeping us moving!!

Two days for a tire rotation and alignment. Good thing I was in no dire need of my vehicle. Perhaps understaffed that particular day!? I scheduled appointment online and it was accepted so I dropped my vehicle off the evening prior so they could have the 7:00am appointment time which they scheduled. I didn't hear anything all day. I called the following day early in the a.m. and then was told a technician would be performing the work that day. 5-6 hours later work was complete. I arrived at 5:03pm, they closed at 5:00 pm. Okay, so I was late this time but I made attempts to speak to cashier through the window and she rolled her eyes and was annoyed that I couldn't read her lips through the window 20 feet away. Either way, customer service was very dry, employees were not in the best of moods and explanation of work was never explained, just given the report document and was told all was in the green. Last time visiting this location for me. I'll drive out of the way like I do anyway through our city streets, lol.

Firestone has been put down a lot by a few people I know due to their previous bad experiences. I've usually had good experiences at all Firestone locations. They seem to have cheap tires, good service and customer service. The only down side is that usually (at any location) the work is done slower than at other companies but this location makes up for it by offering discounted service. I love this location because there is a great cultural and gender mix and everyone appears to work together well!

I like this place. They have always been friendly and do a good job. My one issue is that it is very rare to get a same day appt for them to do even an oil change. Usually have to schedule 3 days out minimum. Its because they do good work in my opinion. But if you need a quick service, this place is probably not the place for you. But if you are able to schedule then I certainly recommend.

Jennifer at the front counter was very helpful, and great personality. I had some special instructions on the tire change I was getting, and they did it perfectly! Price was great as well, they gave me a quote including taxes over the phone before I even brought my car in, which beat a couple other places by over $10, and the other places I called only gave me before-tax estimates! They stuck to the quote I was given, as well, and didn't try to sell me any crazy extras.They were also open on a Sunday, when I needed a tire because mine had gone flat. Wasn't too long of a wait, and Jennifer did a great job of explaining what the warranties on the tires covered as well.
