I had an accident and Brothers was recommended. The waiting room was so clean. Service exceptional. Received updates on work weekly. Work completed as promised and it looked great. Car clean when it was done.Great job Team Brothers!

Absolutely ZERO care or quality control. We used to love brothers auto parts customer service and Quality. Now as Fenix they decayed to the lowest level of scrap yard. From the best to the worse... Extremely disappointed =(

This establishment consistently delivers on their promise of good service. The sales team, including both men and women, is top-notch. The facility is consistently well-maintained, and the warranty they offer is impressive. The staff is friendly and incredibly well-informed. You can bet I'll be a loyal customer

Went yesterday to get a back window for ram. Said it would be done yesterday or this morning. Went today in the morning. To get it. Going out of town. Went to get it they said it's not ready and won't be until Thursday. I offered to tip the auto tech $100 cash to expedite it. The manager said no and all he could do was do a refund. I said do that then because I had to go find a window today. He told the desk guy to go ahead and process a refund. The guy then got up and walked out the door to the garage. I was confused by this and was not happy at this time. I said loudly is someone going to process my refund. The guy second down from the door looked at me and said hey chill out. That made me mad so I just turned and walked out.Update,Could find a window that day. After I got home I went first thing to go get the window since the refund wasn't process. No biggy when I showed up they said I could pick it up and send me out to the garage. The manager came out and said you put that bad review in, we cancelled your order.Talk about treating the customer right. Was going to take the review off until they did this. Some business just don't know how to say sorry when they make a mistakes.

I could write a book but let me just say this.Do not promise people a delivery date and time frame and then not even have the decency to call and let people know the part won't make it on time and get UPSET when I GET UPSET.This is not the first time delivery fails. Even when I mentioned it before placing the order on how delivery has been horrible in the past, I was still promised it wasn't going to be...yet again failed.Instead I was offered a "get in your car and come pick it up yourself." Do better.-Kari

Called yesterday morning and spoke with Cindy. Ordered a reservoir coolant tank. Paid with a credit card over the phone and Cindy told me the part would be ready in a couple days. Cindy called me yesterday afternoon and informed me that my part was ready. I picked it up this morning. I searched other salvage yards and could not find one. E-bay wanted over twice what I paid at Brothers. Very satisfied with customer service, the part and definitely the price. Thanks Cindy!

Definitely wont purchase from this business again. Make sure youcheck your invoice at least 5 times before sliding your card because they will try to rip you off. Speaking with the manager also doesn t help so here i m leaving my honest review from my experience.

I had the worst experience in the hands of Jeremiah Johnson, a guy who claimed to be the owner of the business. After making me wait for more than a week for my parts, he abruptly ended the sale just because I said his customer service agent - a guy called Jose, lied to me by giving me delivery dates that he could not honor. Jeremiah, the so-called owner came at me screaming with so much arrogance, unprofessionalism and anger that I couldn t imagine how he has been in business all this time. This is the last place I would ever recommend to anyone. Poor customer service and very hostile atmosphere shown to me by Jeremiah Johnson. The guy needs help because his emotions are seemingly abnormal.

Horrible customer service. Very rude every time I called. They act like your the problem when you call, when your choosing to spend your money with them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything.UPDATE: Owner seen my review and called to confront me about it. I stated the way I was treated and instead of addressing the MANY bad reviews and his employees he stated that he wouldn't service me and cancelled my order. Currently waiting on refund....

Dont go, they will show u a price thats very good online when u look it up. They will then run your vin#(something 90% of us do anyway when looking for parts to make sure we are getting something that works) then they state the part that u saw online doesnt fit your vehicle but in 3-4 days they can have one thats 10x the price mailed in that does fit. Then will not sell you the original one u found online either because it doesnt match your vin. So.. they want u to see an amazing price online then u go in and shut that down to give u 10x the price on one that will fit your vehicle. The staff are great and everything just the way they do business is a 0 out of 5 stars.

Went to get a quoted price for my car and they told me $200 for a car door. I told the guy is it new? He said you called a salvage place with a bad attitude. That's pretty high for a used door not new.

Spoke with Brandon, got a quote yesterday for $170.50 including a $10.00 core charge. I was ready to pay with a credit card over the phone - they wouldn't accept this, and demanded I send copies front and back of my credit card and driver's license, stating it's "normal" for them to request this.After talking with my card company - nope, not normal, don't do it!Next day, I checked their website - they take PAYPAL! I got back on the phone with Brandon - he won't take paypal! But now will accept a card over the phone. I got my card ready, and he stated the total was over $250. What in the world?! "Core charge is $100". Sir, the quote you gave me showed core charge as $10, and I expect you to honor your quote.Long story short, classic bait and switch, and you should never provide copies of your CARD and ID, unless you don't place value on your identity floating around.Maybe if you're there in person and do a cash transaction, it'd be a better experience - as long as they don't bait and switch the core charge on you! I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

One star is generous. If they have the part you need so does someone else. Call around and buy it from them it will be worth your time & effort to do so. This place doesn't even know what customer service is. I drove 2hrs from Cincinnati to purchase wheels & tires from them. I had them send several detailed pics of the items. We agreed on a price & I offered to give them $100 deposit till I got there Friday. They said they don't take deposits. So I told them I'd be there Friday it was my off day. They call Wednesday & say sorry man we sold the tires. I told them I'd still be there Friday to get the wheels. (It's what I needed most anyway). I call Friday morning and tell them I'm on my way and they say ok wheels are still here. I get about 20 minutes from Indianapolis and they call to tell me that on Wednesday when they took the tires off they damaged the wheels. ( they should have told me Wednesday or at least Friday morning when I said I was headed their way) I would've known not to go. So he says well we will give you a discount, I get there and they offer me $20 off. Which in my opinion is ridiculous when it's their screw up. So I decided not to get the wheels but wanted to buy a rubber tray that went in my console($5 on eBay ) and he says we have a $40 minimum. After they screw up my wheels they still try to give me the shaft. So needless to say I bought nothing. I did Google other yards in Indy and went home with with the same set of wheels cheaper and in great shape. My thing is we all make mistakes it's just how you handle it. I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere. If there is a rebuttal from them I have all the pics & texts from them so twist it how you want. I've told everyone I know and everyone I ran into in Indy how bad the service is. I hope this helps anyone reading this to go elsewhere. Thanks and good day too you.

I bought a transmission and installed it and it had a problem and I called Brothers and they very quickly took care fo the issue by sending me another transmission with lower miles and also they paid my labor for the reinstallation of the transmission, I couldnt ask for any better service, I often call them for parts now and they always have a competitive price and good service, My Shop is 2 hours away from them and they still get my business. Thanks Brothers! Best place in town.

I was sold a bad transmission. I called to make sure they had another one available and spoke with the manager. He insisted I needed a receipt for a transmission filter before they exchanged it. I had a family member that is ASE certified and is the manager at a shop tell me the it was bad. He did replace the filter with a new one. I had to go to auto zone and buy anot her one to replace it and had that receipt. When speaking with him on the phone he basically refused to answer any of my questions without seeing a receipt first. Of course I was anger and upset that a manager of a business treated me that way to begin with. Upon arrival after speaking with a few different employees they informed me that the situation was shady our mechanic burned it up without even looking at it. He told me he would exchange the transmission but to not ever come back. Not only did I spend hundreds of dollars on transmission and labor, but walked away not knowing if the transmission they exchanged was going to also be bad. After I pay to have it reinstalled, if this one is bad, you better believe I will see them in court. I won't only sue for the part cost but also for the labor of the mechanic and time spent worrying! Zero stars. DO NOT BUY ANY PARTS FROM THEM!!

I have no complaints about the front desk. I do have one about the "manager" or guy running the parts section. He was very unprofessional with dealing with a problem. He said "Hit the road!" No man should ever speak like that to a girl specially at their business. With no explanation on what happened and leaving me hanging with questions , he got in his black truck and hit reverse. He could of ran me over. Very rude guy and that's not how business is handled. Wasted gas (40 minute drive twice) to get treated by crap by that guy.P.S: thanks for the response.

I liked everything except when I asked if someone could wait 2 mins past the time they closed because I was coming from noblesville to return a non-working part and they refused stating "we are out the door at 5" I explained that I was already on the way and the GPS stated I would arrive at 5:02 and there had been an accident slowing traffic down on 69. He again said "no one will wait, we all leave at 5" I said well that's horrible business towards a first time customer there and it will now definitely be a last time. I have already taken over 300$ worth of my business to someone else. I hope the 5 mins someone would have spent helping me return my part was worth the money it cost them in business. It cost me alot of gas money to drive there that day and then had to turn around and come back 2 days later when they were open. Was just a bad business move on there part for sure!

I wish I could give no stars. Rude,I was hung up on by a man I couldn't even understand. When I get there the Manager was nonchalant, and treated me as if I was slow,cut me off why I was talking. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE. Maybe if I was a man I would of been treated different? DON'T RECOMMEND!!!!!

They had the part I needed for my car and it was difficult for me to find what I needed. I searched and called everywhere and was happy they had the part I needed. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for salvage parts for newer cars. Great customer service and I appreciate the time they took to make sure the part I was purchasing was the correct part for my car. :)

Had an unpleasant experience this morning with the owner. I was working on my order with the parts professional and the owner interrupted our conversation to make sure that I knew that I was wrong about my opinion about who his competition is. I stated that I did not want to hear any more and was promptly kicked out of the establishment. Very rude to interrupt and unprofessional to cancel the sale just because we do not agree on an unrelated matter.

Brothers had a fender in the same color needed for my vehicle. Everyone in the process was friendly, from Rudy at the front desk, the yard employee who took me out to inspect the fender to ensure no damage, and the person who processed the payment. They had me out of there in under 30 min. with a fender ready to bolt on my vehicle for well less than a new fender plus paint/body work.

Needed a steele wheel for a dodge neon and brothers is the closest place that had two in inventory. Purchased the wheel, and had a new tire mounted and balanced the same day. Tried to place the wheel on our daughter's car and the lug pattern was not matching. Took the whole thing back to them along with an original chrome wheel. Manage said that it is possible that someone grabbed the wrong one. They brought the other one in inventory up, and it was the thing. They used the vin # to see if it was a different wheel size. Their finding was that the wheels where in the back seat of the dodge so they where cataloged incorrectly. Our money was refunded, but they refused to reimburse me for mounting and balancing. Their reason was because it was a mistake. Yes a mistake which we all make, but not my mistake. Not a way to run a business at all. This is the third time we have dealt with this business, and the second time we have been given either a broken or wrong part. We will never do business with this business again.

Tried to buy a door they told me $267 I thought that was kinda high I paid, guy told me after I paid it be ready Monday, I called back to verify the features on door to make sure it matches the guy had an instant attitude wouldn't even check to make sure the features match the vin, Monday came then he said Tuesday i told him you said Monday he got another attitude then I talked to the manager he had an attitude wouldn't even let me finish my complaint I asked for my money back he said it be 3-7 days and I said no you got your money the same day I want mines back the same day they are extremely rude no customer service skills at all, I went to another place found the same door almost $80 dollars cheaper

i worked with eion one of there sales people and he was a total jirk. There prices are high too and because i wanted to check out more in detail this rearend i wanted he got irate with us. Do yourself a favor shop around because i don't trust or care for there work ethics at all

Bought engine from them no compression. They insisted on trying to start it and waste supplies then no rebursement. Got another engine 2 bolts broke off in head from exhaust manifold. But "they deal with this all day long" A Guy works there said. This is not good. BAD BAD BAD. 2nd engine leaked from the bottom half of block after we reciever it back. The only good about this experience was the refund.
