Stephen at the Falcone VW Service Center has been so great to work with. I have come in a few times over the years for service on my car and Stephen has always been so nice, upfront and communicative every time.The shuttle service has also be a life-saver for me. They are also really good about communicating any delays and it's just a really great option to have.

Breath of fresh air! After being given the run around by another VW dealer service department, drove an hour to Falcone based on online reviews. Brady was so pleasant and reassuring on the phone. Steve helped me on the day of and was respectful, listening to my concerns, and said "of course" they could fix the problem the same day as diagnosing (not my experience with another dealer). Not only did Falcone reassure me that they weren't finding the problem that the other dealer claimed to see, they guaranteed that if it does become an issue within a reasonable time after my warranty expires shortly, they will honor it as a pre-existing condition under warranty. They also charged me $300 less for brake service than the other dealer quoted!! Falcone VW Service is awesome to work with, and I would definitely use them again.

Walked into service center to schedule an appointment to get two lights fixed that have went out on my vehicle lights trying to see when I can schedule an appointment to get the lights repaired without looking at the vehicle without typing anything he told me it was going to be a $300 job because it was going to ibe a 2-hour job and their service fee is $150 an hour the thing about it is I've been here before to get other work done left my vehicle here for multiple hours and was never charged a service fee of $150 an hour when I questioned him about it or asked him for to write up that order he refused to do it this man's name was Steve assistant service manager so I called Andy Mohr Volkswagen on the other side of the city tell me about the same situation they said the total job would be 180 and they would be able to schedule me the next day

2nd Visit needed a new car battery. They got my car fixed up and I got to work quickly.

They forgot to put our oil cap back on after an oil change. We went an entire week before we realized then it only took about 20 mins to correct.
