Switching dealerships for service was the Best decision! Fast, courteous, and coffee plus after THREE YEARS of being promised a car wash at the old dealership, Falcone had BlackBeauty cleaned and ready without me even asking! She really felt like it was Spa Day at Falcone VW.

Normally buying a new car is a little concerting, especially when you re expecting pressure from the sales person I found that Ermir was a concern person concern for his customers and also there needs and problems. I just came into look at a vehicle. He gave me price on the vehicle, but put no pressure on me because I wanted to bring my wife who is handicapped back into look at the vehicle, and sit down, and, we can make a decision together that was no problem and then now once we found out that that s the car we wanted got in touch with Ermir and arranged a day to come in there. Got everything taken care of. I just had a best salesman experience that I ve ever had in buying a car hats off to you Ermir I do appreciate everything you did for me and hopefully will see you in about three years when my lease runs out and you can give me some more quality sales rep representation. Thanks a lot.

We had an amazing experience at Falcone Subaru and Eric was great. Everything went smoothly and we even enjoyed a cup of coffee and a donuts while waiting for the paperwork. Eric took his time after the purchase to go over the vehicle features with me. We love our Subaru!

My tire pressure light unexpectedly went on. Falcone took me in right away, shuttled me to work so I arrived on time, and picked me at lunch. My tire had a hole and was repaired at a minimum cost, and my car washed! But more importantly, everyone absolutely everyone was friendly, kind, cheerful, and helpful. Subaru is a great car. But one of the reasons I will keep buying one is because of the excellent service I get at Falcone.

First and foremost Eric ROCKS!!! He worked with me after I contracted Falcone looking for a Subaru Forester. I saw one that I was interested on the Falcone site. He sent Carfax reports on 3 other Foresters also. At the end of the day, I was able to get my dream car!!! Thanks again Eric!!!

Tony with Falcone service is always excellent. He s very straight forward about my options when it comes to Subaru. He values my time and always gets me out within my quoted time when I have an appointment. He also values my money and does not push expensive repairs that aren t immediately necessary. You are in good hands at Falcone service!

Just purchased a 2024 Subaru Ascent at Falcone Subaru. Sales professional Steffon Young assisted us in the process from looking at and choosing the model through ordering, financing, and taking delivery of our Ascent. Love my new Subaru! Ermir was the best sales/leasing agent I ve worked with, was upfront and honest. Gave me loads of additional info, and made sure I was taken care of at the best price point. Falcone as a whole goes above and beyond on customer service, but even Ermir is a shining spot, a cut above the rest.

Cody squeezed me in for an oil change before a trip! He was so friendly and kind and even coordinated a shuttle to pick me up from my job to get my car. Everyone at Falcone is beyond friendly. I love getting my car serviced here just because of their awesome customer service!

Pretty easy to schedule and get service online, waiting area is pretty comfortable/has decent amenities if you want to wait. Staff are experienced and helpful, always pretty informative in explaining services and why they should be done. Try to stick to routine service schedule, and my car has been running great, haven't had any issues so far!

Scheduling the appointment itself is easy enough by calling if you don t see one you like online. If the Saturdays were on there this would have made it to 5 stars.Actual appointment (PMS) was quick for my case less than an hour. Donuts would have been awesome but they don t stock them on the weekends. Booooo

I had an amazing experience working with Andrew! The level of thorough communication that I received was incredible! The dealership by far was one of the most cleanest and well taken care of dealerships that I have seen in a very long time! I purchased my Subaru at a different dealership and actually ran into some serious issues that I wasn t expecting but I m extremely thankful to the team over at Falcone Subaru. They not only helped guide me through this process, but extremely surpassed my expectations by being able to fix the issue 100%! I look forward to working with this team once again in the near future, when my Subaru is ready for its maintenance Interval!

Tony is great to work with! Talks before service about what they are going to do and approximate time car will be ready. When it's done, usually ahead of schedule he comes and gets you. Very easy process, nice waiting room.

I had a great experience at Falcone Subaru. They were flexible with my schedule when I had change drop off dates multiple times, hassle-free, and for my car aback to me in a timely manner. It was cleaned inside and out so returned to me better than when I dropped it off :)

Had my 2012 Outback serviced at Falcone for the first time. They replaced the torque converter and engine gaskets. They re fast and professional and Cody and Andrew (service writers) kept me well informed. I have my own mechanic but maintenance like this (driveline) is best left to factory trained technicians like those at Falcone Service

Tony was able to get me checked in as soon as I got there for my appointment, gave me a realistic time for what needed done and how many people were ahead of me. When my car was done, he broke down any upcoming preventive maintenance that will need done soon. Tony and the guys in the garage were fast and courteous. Definitely will be back.

Great experience! My 6 month old Outback was due for an oil change and tire rotation. Brought it in on a Saturday morning. I was in and out within an hour. Andrew was wonderful!

Love this dealers service team. They are honest, do great work, and don't push you to fix things that aren't needed. They will apply every discount they can, even when you don't know about them. And their prices are much better than their competitors prices on the north side (Tom Wood). I left that VW dealership service center bc they were consistently pushing me to fix things that didn't need to be fixed. Falcone feels much more honest, and frankly is much more human, and less driven by the big system of the dealership. Would highly recommend!

I m a hard person to impress when it comes to car dealer service centers. I m very leery and twice shy from previous experiences at several different places over the years of car ownership. At Falcone, I genuinely felt comfortable from my first impromptu visit to my actual scheduled appointment made when my impromptu service was not possible. Ryan T. and a gentleman from the service team whose name I do not know were humanly kind, understanding, attentive, not at all pushy, or trying to pull the wool over me. I ll return to Falcone Subaru and make them my new service center of choice for my Subaru Legacy. Anyone I came across was pleasant, courteous, and helpful. They even had coffee and donuts in the waiting area.

Bought a car from this dealership over the weekend and can t say enough wonderful things about my experience. Justin worked with me via email over the course of several days to answer every question I had about a specific car. Not once did he pressure me to give him my phone number or come by the dealership to see all of the other options (both of which I was pressured to do by other dealerships). The process was seamless and accommodating. I appreciate the zero pressure approach that this dealership takes and find it to be refreshing and a respectful way to treat potential customers. It made them stand out from their competitors. Thank you Justin and Falcone for my car and the no hassle experience. I would 100% recommend shopping here.

I recently took my 2017 Outback for a number of services. Including oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter replacement, and a surprise front brake job. Was it cheap? No. Do I trust this dealership and the work that they do? Absolutely. When I eventually replace this car, I will be buying my next one from Falcone, and having the service done there every time. Their body shop also does excellent work, and I would not take my car anywhere else.

Used Falcone many times, had an unfortunate experience when I presented a discount coupon I received on a service flyer. I read it as multiple items for one price and was told it only applied to an oil change. The service advisor was unwavering. I paid the full price and elevated the issue to the general mgr who was understanding and gave me a full credit on my next visit. I will return but will fully confirm all pricing before proceeding with service work. All work is alway done well!

Our shopping experience was pleasant and successful. We never felt pressured or rushed even though we couldn't decide between models or even if we wanted to go with a new or used car. We appreciated private test drives giving us time to talk about and fully experience the vehicle. Eric was really easy going and fun to work with. We knocked off one star because even though the car we bought had only 14 miles on it, we waited for over 2 hours for it to be "detailed" before we could leave with it. And then found that the foam jack organizer under the cargo mat was broken and not reported to us. Otherwise it was a great experience - can't go wrong with a SUBARU!
