After wrecking my 2010 Forester due to horrible winter driving conditions, I knew that finding a replacement vehicle quickly was my best option. Being that my insurance provider was backlogged with claims and I was starting a new job in Indianapolis within a week, the search for another Subaru was on.Fortunately, my search lasted all of one hour after arriving at Falcone Subaru. I took a short time to browse the showroom and Chase was there to answer any and all of my questions regarding a 2014 Impreza. He really is well versed with the product line and Chase s willingness to help and inform the customer should not go unnoticed.Without a doubt, Falcone Subaru has their act together. It was simply prompt and genuinely courteous service without any pressure on the prospective buyer.We settled on a very agreeable price, took care of the paperwork and sealed the deal. I really cannot say enough on how enjoyable my car buying experience was at Falcone Subaru. The staff really knows how to make the purchasing process a pleasant one.Falcone Subaru s stellar reputation is truly well deserved.

Falcone is definitely the place to get a Subi in Indy. Alex and Mo were excellent in getting my info ahead of time so that my visit was quick and painless. We also met Bob Falcone, the owner, you hardly ever see that at any dealership. This was the easiest experience I ever had in getting a new car and we love our new Forester Black Edition (which btw they looked at other places to get it for us)! We'll be a lifetime customer of Falcone!

John Fitzgerald was very very knowledgeable and the whole experience was very transparent. I was shocked at the no pressure-here's our product here's the pluses and the deals if you wanna but great if not that's fine too attitude at the dealer. John layed out all the scenarios and found the best that fit us. Gary the used car appraiser was great too he valued our trade and was very explanatory on why it appraised at what it did and what websites would appraise it at. All in all a great experience. We originally went to Falcone because of the no dealer or doc fee's like he says in the billboards and it was true. I feel like I can go back with anything or just to chitchat and I'll be welcome.

I bought a 2013 Focus ST from Falcone VW. At first I was impressed with their dealership and their were some pros as their finance department was amazing. However, what wasn't impressive was the commitment to excellence as I was lied to about several things.First off, the car was listed with a backup camera according to their advertisement on their website. This car did not have a backup camera, did not come in any 2013 Focus ST models unless it was installed aftermarket. Secondly, I was promised a second key fob. Almost a year of ownership and I still only have one key fob. Also, while at the dealership a piece of the trim in the engine bay kept falling off, and that issue was never addressed. I also requested a book with my vehicle which they said they would print one off for me. I still do not have this book. So it seems pretty simple, once they had my money they were not interested in fulfilling any promise made.I've also already spent 960 dollars on rear brake repairs with under a year of ownership. I had to replace the pads, rotors, calipers, and hoses on the rear of the vehicle. I know this is typical maintenance but I feel under a year of ownership I should not have to make that level of repair. I still really love the car, just disappointed by some promises that were not kept. You should NEVER make a promise you don't intend to keep.

Shopping on a Sunday and they called the cops on my mom and I. It turns out Mr.Falcone does not think the Indy police do there job and to me that is sad. If you don't want customers on your lot close the gates!

With regard to the Service Department I have always had a great experience with Steve on the Volkswagen side. Always polite and attentive to my concerns. However the advisors on the Subaru side leave much to be desired with their attitude and people skills. Talking down to you, seem bothered your there and leaving you hanging on the counter waiting and waiting and waiting. It truly is hard to believe that such a night and day attitude exists between the two all the while under the same Falcone name and roof. Personally dread dealing with Subaru service advisors. Volkswagen side gets an A+.

Love the staff here. Reached out personally to inform me of a recall on my vehicle well before the letter arrived. Went above and beyond to ensure myself and the car was properly cared for. Everyone was also great when I purchased the vehicle in spring 2016. It was a no hassle, no pressure, no bullshit buying experience. Sat with Bob Falcone to discuss my trade in, and we came to an agreement that left us both happy. It was explained and discussed by a professional, not a number from a book. Vehicle service was fast and professional. Will continue to return here for everything my Subaru needs.

My wife and I had narrowed our choice of vehicle manufacturers to 4 possibles. After test driving a 2015 Subaru Legacy, all others paled in comparison. We began talking to another Indianapolis Subaru dealer but felt we were being misled regarding the fair purchase price of the car. We decided to shop around other Subaru dealers and we are so glad that we did. Our salesman, Steve Lloyd, introduced us to a great way to buy a car; no high pressure sales, no hype, no BS and at a fair price. Everyone we have encountered at Falcone Subaru, including Mr. Falcone, has treated us like friends, not just customers. They answered all of our questions, offered us a loaner vehicle while applying paint and fabric protection to our new car, and made us comfortable with the entire car buying process. I happened to pick-up our car when Steve was not working. He had arranged for another salesman to help me when I arrived at the dealership. Mr. Franks was so nice you would have thought that I had purchased the car from him. As I was preparing to leave the parking area, another salesman, Mr. Fitzgerald, stopped me and asked if everything was OK and did I need anything else? My previous experience has been that my salesman would typically be interested in me but other salesmen didn't really have time for me. That was my expectation so this experience refreshing to say the least. I would recommend the Falcone Subaru sales TEAM to anyone.

We bought a 2018 Subaru Outback. We really appreciated our experience at Falcone. Years ago, I purchased a Saturn. This experience reminded me of that time. Your price was reasonable and there was no pressure to purchase on the spot (or pressure at all for that matter). Everyone was helpful and able to answer any questions we had. Matt was wonderful and explained all the features of the vehicle in a way that I understood it. Overall, it was a great experience and I will recommend Falcone to anyone interested in purchasing a Subaru. Thank you so much, I love my new Subaru!!

While getting my 2013 Outback serviced I approached Matt Bartelson about the new Outbacks. He answered my questions, filled me in on what's new and left it that I would contact him when I was ready. About a month or two later we stopped by again, a bit more serious about a new Outback.Matt helped us find the model and color we wanted, even to the point of calling us when an Outback with an interior we were interested in came in to see if we really liked the color or not. And on top of it all, when we decided on the car we wanted, Matt held it for us a couple of weeks until our funding came in. He got all the options we wanted installed and made the whole process easy. I told Matt I would shop his price, to which he said, "Please do." His confidence was founded since no dealership came near enough to make go anywhere else.Jon ran us through the paperwork quickly, with no pressure or hype. He presented our options and the whole deal was done quickly and professionally.Thanks to both of them and Falcone Subaru for a great experience getting a great car! You guys ROCK!

Truly a great experience here at Falcone. I was searching for a very specific pre-owned car within 500 miles of where I lived, and Falcone, only an hour away from me, had the best car I found. My sales rep Justin was nothing short of fantastic. Extremely prompt and helpful with all of my questions, and even in the negotiation process.I brought my own financing on the day of purchase, and arrived to see Jason and the car waiting for me. The car was SPOTLESS inside and out (Seriously, one of the best detail jobs I've seen from a dealership) and I went on a quick test drive. The car was exactly what I wanted. After that, I wasn't in the business office (A short talk with Jason, getting the keys, paying for the car, and finalizing all the paper work) for more than 15 minutes. I arrived at something like 1:30 and was leaving at 2:10. Falcone made my first dealership experience literally as pain-free as it can be. I'd recommend them to anyone of my friends or family, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back either.Well done.

Absolutely painless. From walking in and being greeting in a normal human manner not hounded. Finance was friendly and not pushy like other dealers, at another dealer, the finance manager was actually rude once we refused GAP and other options. Not here. Moe was great. Justin our sales person was awesome. Had an amazing conversation and you can just sense his love of the cars and product My wife almost couldn't stand how we were like teenagers talking about our cars, and options, add-ons, sounds, videos, and everything. It was just perfect. Even better was the follow up phone call to make sure there were not any issues. Lastly, I found out two other people I know have purchased not only from Falcone but from the same sales person. So many compliments on the car and asking how the process was. Don't waste your time at other places that won't work with you or be upfront. Go to these people, it is absolutely worth it.

I recently brought in my 2001 Saab 9-3 SE Convertible for transmission work. I was happy to hear that there were Saab technicians there with over 15+ years experience. I felt confident leaving my car there in the care of experts, especially since they would be working on such a vital part of my car. When I dropped off my car with Patrick, he was very helpful and professional. While I waited for my car to be fixed over the next couple of weeks, he returned every phone call to make sure I was aware of any and all issues BEFORE they did any of the work. I appreciated knowing what needed to be done and how much it would cost ahead of time. When I picked up my car, Megan at the Customer Service desk was also very polite and professional. A few minutes after leaving the dealership, I noticed a potential problem with my interior climate control knob (the same problem I had before coming into the shop), but after coming in and explaining the problem to Patrick, he got one of the mechanics who worked on the car to come over and assure me that the problem was fixed. He also showed me how to alleviate the problem in the future and explained the mechanics behind it. I was very happy to hear that I didn't have to wait another week for my car to be fixed. The car drove great all the way home and I couldn't be happier. Thank you for a job well done.

We are from Fort Wayne, but drove to Indy to purchase our Subaru (2015 Outback 2.5i Limited) at Falcone. The Costco relationship drew us here, but the staff and personal attention sealed the deal. John Franks was excellent to work with, and when he was not available other staff stepped in and answered our questions. The orientation to our new car was unlike any other car purchase we have made, and greatly appreciated. We have already told our friends and recommended Falcone for the personal attention and service they provide. Thanks again for the excellent experience!

Your story:I had done my due diligence and checked out other dealers. They told me they did not have any inventory on what I wanted and Subaru's were selling just that fast. Their prices were high and they told me they are not very negotiable. That told me I really did not want to do business with them. I even checked out a dealer I have purchased now 3 cars with and they had 1 used Subaru that turned out to not what I really wanted. They though were not willing to work with me on getting me in that car. I called Falcone and got in touch with Alex Moffitt. I told Alex what I wanted and right away he had options. He promptly sent me an email with options. Ironically the other dealer finally sent me an email on a car I told them I did not want a day late. Alex and I talked further and I came to look at cars and some options. We came to a conclusion on the car purchase that I think was fair for both of us. Falcone stands behind the no hassle program. I feel like they wanted to do business with me and not act like they were so stand offish and too good to make me feel like a customer. I am in sales and they treated me like I treat my customers. I will recommend future clients to Alex.

Falcone Volkswagen Subaru and Saab provided me with a great car buying experience. I was looking at cars and they held one for me so that I could take my time and not feel rushed. They never pressured me to buy a car. The sales team was very personable and attentive. Once I narrowed down my search they were able to answer all questions and address any issue I had. I have since serviced my car which was another wonderful experience. The service team knew the exact issue and were able to provide a timely fix. Not to mention, my car was washed and vacuumed when it was finished! I can attest that they do not charge a dealer or doc fee. I would highly recommend Falcone to any friends and family for an all around great car buying and service experience.

My husband and I had been looking at Atlas's for about 2 months. Falcone was the last VW dealership we visited and the experience at Falcone was exactly the opposite of all the rest. They were no-pressure, allowed us to test drive the car without a sales person in the back seat babysitting us, and no hassle with our trade in. The best part of the whole experience was the negotiation of the "bottom line" numbers.. no poker-face needed, no hard-ball.. they gave us their best numbers right off that bat and those numbers were much better than the other dealerships! Dylan, Chase and Moe were wonderful to work with and made this a painless experience! My husband and I highly recommend Falcone!

I bought my 2011 Saab 9-3 from Falcone and have used them for all my service and repair needs for five years. This was my 60,000 mile maintenance. From Shelby, who scheduled my visit, to Ryan, who walked me through every step, it was a great experience. Since my car needed to stay all day and I worked 12 miles from the shop, I was given a loaner to drive. Ryan called to let me know of an additional issue that I decided to have fixed now rather than later. My car was clean and ready when I came to pick it up. Great people and service!

When i bought my car here last May, I was shocked at how well I was treated because I have not had good experiences at any other dealership I have been to. Falcone gave me the deal of the century and I still love my car. I had a few issues that needed the service department to correct after I bought the car that I wish would have gone a little smoother, but ultimately this is the place that my family will continue to come back to for all of our car buying and servicing needs. It's so nice to finally find a mechanic and salesmen you can trust! :)

I have been to Falcone to buy a new Subaru Forester, and Steve helped me on this purchase. I must say Steve was very helpful, he searched the inventory from nearby stores and got me the vehicle with the specifications i wanted. I was very happy to deal with Steve. I traded in my car for the purchase, Duke appraised my old car, he was very helpful and took time to explain me how my car cost is calculated and how the new car cost will be changing.The auto finance and complete purchase was hassle free and fairly simple. Jon Wilson helped me completing the purchase and deal, he was very helpful and gave me enough time to explain everything and helped me to understand all the aspects of the deal.On the day of purchase Steve took lot of time to explain me the features of my car and explained how to use them, something which i appreciate a lot.One thing i will say, i called around 10-20 times to Steve for clarifications on small things,if he was not able to pickup the phone at the instant, and at some times, i left voice mail, and i got a call back every time irrespective of the issue or questions. That is what makes my confidence about Falcone.My overall experience was excellent and i am glad that i chose Falcone. I appreciate the efforts from Steve, Duke, Jon Wilson.And yeah.. The last price was the one which was quoted, no hidden fees.. i liked it. And everyone in the showroom staff was down to earth and talks to you with a smile, which makes it a pleasant experience.

This was the best service experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. John Clark was my service advisor and he did a wonderful job. Falcone Volkswagen completed the recall on my Passat and had me going in no time. They were fast, friendly and appreciated my business. Did I mention that they also had free Long's Donuts in the waiting rooms? Wow! I will definitely be back! Thank You!

I took my vehicle in to have the windshield replaced after it was hit with a rock. After talking to Safe Lite Glass and first trying to schedule the replacement with them, they alerted us to the fact that Subaru has a 5 year warranty on glass on 2015 and 2016 Subaru's. We took it to Subaru thinking that it was a long shot that they would cover it especially since it is 100% covered by our insurance. Shockingly, the manager (Shelby) said that they would cover it. They told me that it would take 3-4 hours to complete the job, which it did---3.5 hours. About in the middle of the time period, Brady came to the waiting room to check on me and make sure that I was doing okay. Luckily I am knitting a baby blanket for my nephew, so I had plenty to do. But it was nice of him to check. About the time my vehicle was done, they had a surprise presentation and award made to Mr. Falcone, which I stayed around to see, as I saw all the Falcone personnel gathering in the showroom. Pretty impressive award. Was glad I could see it! The presentation brought tears to my eyes and I have never even met Mr. Falcone---only seen him on TV commercials! Nice to hear all that he has done and makes me feel good to support such a fine business! Very pleased with service at Falcone! Great job!

We first contacted Bert in February of this year. We visited Falcone, test drove two different vehicles, asked tons of questions, took up a lot of time and then left without buying a car because weren't quite ready to buy. When I returned alone in May wanting to test drive the Ascent and the Outback Bert was very accommodating. He answered all of my questions in a straight forward and friendly manner and we made a deal that day. I ended up buying the Ascent, which I am loving. I highly recommend Bert as a courteous, helpful, straight-talking, top-notch salesman.

Matt was so helpful and made the car trading experience as easy as possible. He was friendly, not pushy at all, focused attention on us (despite the showroom being very busy), and gave my family time alone as needed to talk things over. He spent a lot of time with us, walking through all the options and functionality of what would become my new car, making sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove away. Very grateful for such a great experience -- I don't do this every day, so I'm glad to have a salesperson treat me with such kindness.

Incredible service from Gary and Alex. I was incredibly nervous because of my negative equity on my vehicle but they made the entire process easy and stress free. They were quick to find a vehicle that could carry the weight of my previous vehicle and I would be happy to drive.And let me tell you, I am beyond happy with my car. We started looking to lease another car in June. We sent emails to several dealers. Alex emailed back and answered all of our questions and found what we wanted at the price we wanted. Chase also communicated with us several times and was very helpful. When we went to get the car we were so impressed with everyone. Chase and Alex had everything ready. Moe in Finance was great. They took care of everything and got us out of there quickly. Would definitely buy from them again. We usually dread buying a car but this was a great experience!

I came in the first time after visiting another Subaru dealer in the area. I left there concerned but when I sat down with Bert I quickly knew this was the place I was going to buy from. He never pressured a sale today, was very respectful and was always very helpful in finding my perfect Subaru. I really liked how they focus on family and how buying a new car fits best into our family. I also did not have to barter for a good price. Bert gave me the bottom dollar for the car which when priced out to others in the area can't be beat. I will be buying my fianc�'s car from them and will always do business here. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

I own a Subaru Forester that I purchased in Sept 2016. I love this car! Just brought it in for maintenance. I have had zero problems with it. I waited for it to be done and was there only 1 hour. The staff at Falcone are very nice and courteous. Brady helped me today. Highly recommend them.

I purchased a 2016 Legacy Premium after having driven a few other cars from other companies, my salesman was far more knowledgeable about the Legacy than any other salesperson at any of the other dealerships I had test driven at that weekend. The buying experience was fast and haggle free and everyone I have dealt with at Falcone has been friendly and professional. There are a couple other Subaru dealerships in town but their online inventories seemed to be filled with nothing but fully optioned models with features I didn't desire. The Falcone website had excellent photos of their cars and showed a broader range of vehicle options than their competitors, something for every budget or requirement. Not only do I now own an affordable car with only the options (and color combination) I wanted, I also have had the most pleasant car buying experience of my life. I will definitely be recommending Falcone (and Bert Nickelsberg, my salesman) to all my friends.

I recently had my 60,000 mile service performed at Falcone on my 2012 Outback. Everyone was very friendly and when my ride fell through (since it's a several hour job) they were able to loan me a car even though I hadn't reserved one. I was also emailed a coupon prior to my appointment which really helped save me some money. I mostly appreciate that every time I've been there, I've never had anyone try to sell me something I didn't need. They also get things done by the promised time. I really recommend their service department.
