Great first experience here at Elite Auto Image. They swapped out the dash panels of my Jeep. While the project was small, they were on time and delivered as promised! Thankful for Ryan s help & insight and the knowledge of their team to get it done! Process was seamless from start to finish. Returnee customer for sure in the near future! Thank you!

These guys are absolutely top notch! The professionalism and customer service was fantastic. Long story short, I wanted a remote starter as Indy is stupid cold, and a brand new stereo installed for my kids that like taking my ride around and think I'm lame most of the time :) . From top to bottom it was a crazy easy process and these guys know what they're doing. If you want basically anything done to your ride on a custom level that any dealer will definitely overcharge for, go to Elite. It's a base fee, you leave it, come get it and it's all done. This is not my first time seeing these guys, and definitely won't be my last.

I have to say by far the best place to go for tints, they spoke to me in a kindly manner they spoke to me and time they explain to me what they're going to do to my vehicle and they took their time and explaining everything to me. I came here 10 years ago for a 92 Ford Explorer and they did my tints perfect. This time I brought my GMC TERRAIN & they tinted my windows beautiful. I feel more satisfied now.I went to Extreme Auto in Plainfield and I had to get my tints redone several times cause they messed up so many times and left so much room for my windows that needed to be tinted bulky headspace on the top of the windows. I do not recommend Extreme Auto in Plainfield.I feel more satisfied coming to Elite Auto image and have them fix or put new product in my vehicle this is a win-win for me now I'm at peace.Thank you Elite Auto Image

Love Elite Auto Image they do an amazing job on all they touch! Highly recommend for the biggest and smallest builds. Bonus you get to see lady and storm the frenchies when visiting.

GREAT service and products! This is from the showroom customer service to the work performed in the shop! Each Elite team member is very knowledgeable of all products and is very helpful when you have questions regarding the products you re interested in! I recently had tint done on my 2020 Grand Cherokee and new 3D floor mats ordered for it as well! Smooth transactions and excellent communication when items were ready!! Thank you Elite team for being AWESOME! I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends and family!

Some buddies and I came out from Texas this weekend for UCC and we got ready to leave this morning, made it about 45 miles and noticed a tire vibration in the rear. Found my driver side outer dual was beginning to bubble and separate from the inside. Called 10-15 shops and these guys had the exact tire I needed but they were for a customers truck they were building. He made some calls and told me I could purchase the tire I needed! Then he let me leave my trailer at his store so I could go get it mounted as there tire guy was out running errands all day! Beyond impressive customer service and will recommend these guys again to anyone whose in the area or needs work done! Thank y all again

I recently purchased a Groupon for Elite Auto that is good for a remote start install for $139. With newer cars it will cost you an extra $100 for the security bypass. Still a pretty good deal. I called to schedule an appointment and got on the books.When I arrived on the day of my appointment at 3pm (the scheduled time) they told me they were 20 minutes behind. When 4:30 rolled around and they still had not touched my Jeep, I was concerned. Long story short, I didn't pull out of the place until 6:40pm.Once they actually had my jeep in the shop it only took about an hour for the install, so that was a plus. All I'm saying is that if you decide to give your business to Elite Auto, be ready for an extra long wait.Hope this saves you a few hours of your life.Oh, and this is west Washington Street so don't plan on walking around and killing time.Good burritos across the street at the Chinese/Mexican place though.

Elite always takes great care of my vehicles. They are top notch if you have a nice vehicle and want to make sure it s done right and well taken care of take it to these guys.

Went to have my two way alarm transferred to my new car they had it done in a timely manner. Just went back this past weekend to have my Windows retinted the had it within an hour. If you want the work done right go to BEST.

They done a great job on installing leveling kit on my 2017 Chevelet Silverado 2500, will definitely go back to EliteAuto Image for them to do more great work, customer service was great from Sam, really nice guy

Wonderful friendly personal service for the first phone call, to the follow up call, to the end when he showed me how to use my remote starter. The shop is clean and organized as well. I didnt have one bad thing to say. They worked wity my times I gave them and were finished even 10 min earliest because they knew I needed it at 3. Would do business again in a heart beat.

It s been a year or so but I must say these are some real professionals took care of my Maserati and had me sounding nice , next my Bentley Gt needs head unit and speakers ttys Gio with that Red / Black Maserati

Quick, easy, and cheap. Solid installation of remote start in my Mazda. Will be going back most likely for window tint. Definitely recommend!

The best shop to go to for window tint , remote starts, great selection of audio electronics installed. Easy to get to 465 and W. Washington st.right off the exit. AWESOME TEAM

They gave me appointment for 9 am & said will take two hr for windows tint . When I get there at 9am same gay who talk on phone said we r not able to start untill this afternoon u should leave the car. I just left that place and found outher shop and get done on time

Called to see about getting a radio installed on my 07 Silverado & was told they weren't interested in doing it because the radio I had was from China...they are a joke dont waste your time here!

Went for window tinting service. Like the person underneath said, it does take a very long time....I came at 3 and didn't leave until 6 but they did a good job.
