I love this place and highly recommend. They always have the tires I need in good condition at a very fair price, are very quick, and do quality work with a warranty. I don't go anywhere else in Indy for tire repair or replacement cause these guys are that darn good! They have two shops so don't be surprised if your tire isn't at one shop for them to have you drive down the street to the other shop. Most employees speak both Spanish and English. They take both cash and cards but charge a small fee for card purchase, like most places do these days.

I had came here 2 weeks ago & gotten 2 used tires & today I came because one of those tires were pretty bald after 2 weeks. I didn t have my receipt any longer but the lady at the window name Kat was generous enough to not charge me much at all for replacing the tire. I gave a 4 star review only because it was a little inconvenient to me , but grateful I didn t have to pay full price. I come here often & services are usually always great !Thank y all for y all service !

Right when I drove in, one of the men looked at my horrific tire and said he could change it out for me for a REALLY FAIR price. I will be going back in a week to get two of my other tires changed and to tip the younger guy that put on my tide. I was not expecting them to change it for me. Great business to support 100%.

HORRIBLE service. I called this place the yesterday morning and the lady told me $30 a piece for tires. I told her I got off work at 5, and when I got there, she was telling me a totally different price. One of the workers were telling me $80 for both tires, and another said $84. I then called for the manager, which was the lady I spoke with that morning, and she began to be so rude, not only to me, but to my mother who was with me as well. She was extremely rude, calling my mother out of her name. VERY unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I haven t even finished with my service yet and I had to leave a review! This place is literally the best! They treat you like family here and make sure you leave with the best deal possible. I am so lucky to have been helped by this wonderful family! Definitely recommend please support them!!

I recently visited this tire shop and had a terrible experience. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced, and they overcharged me for their services. To make matters worse, they did not even balance my tires, even though I had paid for that service. I cannot recommend this place to anyone and advise others to be careful if they decide to go here. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not return to this tire shop again.

I won't be returning here, I came to get a tire and one of the employee's kept calling me baby , I'm never returning back to this place, I was a regular here and I always had a easy time when my husband was with me. But my husband was not with me this time and I felt uncomfortable

Stole my credit card information after using card here. Dumb move when your family members are federal agents. Do Not Use A Card Here!!!! Got my money back in 48 hours. Fraudulent charges in Florida when I was clearly in Indianapolis. Paid for tires 5 min later fraudulent charge for $69.50 Big Joes Restaurant in Florida.

60$ for a used tire? Everyone had different prices for the same service! Still tried to charge 90$ for supposedly balancing the car throwing extra charges that has nothing to do with what they did to my car. Lady definitely had no type of customer service that is not how you gain customers.

Great place, always gets you in/out! Nice, courteous, and professional. Affordable prices! Just an all around good business. ONLY RECOMMEND EL BRODY, for your tire needs! A-1 with service and good quality work and used tires! Five NO DOUBT!

They treated me very well! They did not over charge me. I paid with my card, so it's nice that I did not have to go get cash. I have not had to get air almost daily, so they did a great job sealing my tires. Thank you!

Every tire i got from here popped within days. Times are went back they added a card fee, wasn t told there would be one or wasn t given one on my last visit. One day I came with my friend to get my wheel lug nuts changed cause one was stripped. One guy said $5 for each nut, while another said $10. When i payed with card they tried adding a extra $10 for labor lFor removing a stripped nut? Asked for my money back and gave it to me in cash. If you choose to come here, Seriously, peep out what you re paying for if you pay with card. Personally, not coming back. If you want good service, try the other spots down Lafayette rd over the bridge towards downtown. I know these guys open early, but I d rather wait an hour with people who can get the job done without trying to seed out extra cash out of you Like tire fee? Really? Come on dude.

From beginning to end this shop looked out, from water for the kids !! Only spending 60$ On a Sunday, the Lady with the two beautiful kids I didn t catch her name followed us down the street to let us use there jack & tools !!! Extremely great energy & they went out there way for us !!! I appreciate you guys and I willll be backkkk !!!!! Y all check them out !!! S Times 5

Love these guys! Fast, inexpensive, and excellent service. I've had repairs and full replacement done on 3 different cars. If the car will make it here... This is what I go every time!

On Tuesday I got all four of my tires replaced here. Two days later while driving on the high way , one of my front tires began to shake and not even two minutes later the ENTIRE TIRE CAME OFF.This shop did NOT tighten all of the lug nuts on ALL tires completely. After getting the tire back on I was advised by a mechanic the soon enough the other tires would have came off as well.While up here , I witnessed another customer pull back up and complain that they sold her a tire with a knot it in as well.They are currently fixing my entire front fender because there is a lot of damage due to the tire coming off while driving .I do not recommend this shop to anyone if you value your life.

This establishment ALWAYS take good care of my car...I got my tire plugged and I was out in 10 minutes...customer service is really good as well and if you need a new or used tire, it's very cost efficient...this IS my go to place in Indianapolis!!! Appreciate you guys...

Been doing business with them for over a year now ,Have not yet found another tire shop that is as honest and reasonably priced as this one would recommend anyone in my family to do business with El Brody's .
