Had been a loyal customer to indy honda till they screwed me over BIG TIME. My civic a/c went out again (after indy honda "repaired" it) and even though it took awhile to get it in, it was fixed by same day and the air had never been so cold. They've got my business for life.

I wanted to say the folks at Ed Martin Toyota did an OUTSTANDING Job in helping me purchase a Toyota LandCruiser. The easiest car buying experience I had in a very long time.I purchased a used 2016 LandCruiser from Ed Martin Toyota during the Thanksgiving Break (2019). We were shopping online from San Antonio, Texas and reached out to Eric Sarjeant for some additional information. I was a little nervous buying a vehicle online over 1200-miles away. Eric walked me through the online buying process, helped review the vehicle and even sent me videos of the vehicle. Sam Smith helped with financing options, found a low interest rate and walked me through a few different warranty items we wanted to add. I really do appreciate all of the efforts given by the Ed Martin Automotive Staff. One Final Note - The vehicle was delivered extremely fast and as promised.

This is my 2nd Nissan Purchase from Ed Martin on Shadeland and I'll continue to purchase or lease my vehicles from them. They make it way too easy to spend your money. Called about the car this morning after seeing it online, Ken had the car waiting for us when we arrived at 430 and we were out the door by 600. Fastest and most pleasant experience yet!

We needed to buy a car for the wife. Did a little research online and found one that she liked. Went to the dealership, did a test drive and made the purchase. The process was pretty painless and their staff was friendly and very efficient. No hard sell and we pick it up this Saturday.

I ended up at the Ed Martin Service Center due to a tire issue. It was late in the day, but they made sure they had someone there who could take a look at my tire before I signed any paperwork. I appreciate that! They take really good care of me and my car. I cannot speak for anyone else! Love my Ed Martin Service Center Family. Ask for Mr. Steve, Mr. Redd or Kyle. Also Mr. Jesse; he is in the sales department.

I needed an oil change and couldn't make the appointment they'd previously set for me. They took the car right in and serviced it while I waited! Nice waiting room with Wi-Fi, charging station, cold drinks, coffee, snacks, etc. Very pleasant experience! And now I've had my 2nd service appointment and I'm still delighted. The service department is amazing!!!

I have bought 2 Honda Accords Brand New at Ed Martin Honda. On both of my cars, I exclusively use their service department for all maintenance. I love it here! The service department is top notch and always is faster than expected. Their service advisors rock! Will be returning there again for my next car!

Went to the dealership to look at a car for my nephew. It was an extremely cold day. They took the car inside the service department for us to take our time inspecting it. I asked about a couple concerns with the history. They immediately put the car on the lift. We were able to inspect underneath the car. They weren't pushy at all. When we went to take the car for a test drive, the battery was almost dead, I'm sure from the extreme cold. They instantly decided to replace the battery. I am impressed with this dealership, and wouldn't hesitate to purchase a car for myself from there. My nephew purchased the car, and is extremely happy

The Nissan Service Dept is awesome, all the mechanics are top notch, friendly, and extremely thorough. Plus you can get a free car wash every time you come for any reason. And in the Nissan new car Sales Dept the man to see is Adrian, he's Outstanding, friendly, and very knowledgeable & experienced!

I needed to have a little service done on my vehicle. I used the website to schedule service for a time that worked with my schedule. I arrived at my appointed time pulled in and was greeted by Steve. He asked if the keys were in the vehicle and said he'd be right with me. As a former service advisor I know the routine. I had a seat in the very busy waiting room and within minutes there was Steve. I put my headphones on and disappeared in my thoughts. While I was waiting I saw several minority salesmen. This is the first time I've seen this at Ed Martin. Yeah Ed Martin ! Minorities are buy more and more imports the big three have been loosing us. I didn't see any female salespeople but it could be because my vehicle was done. My service advisor came with my paperwork; I settled up with the cashier and I was on my way. I even got a follow up call asking how my service was. Look at you Honda making me like the brand even more. I few years back I had issues with Ed Martin we are now back on speaking terms . Great brand and dealership. Continue doing what you're doing.

The service experience was okay. I leased my car from Ed Martin and they told me I was neglecting my car because it had been 9500 miles since my first oil change. But I had my first oil change done at 5000 miles at a different Nissan dealer. They should probably check on that before they start telling me I'm neglecting my car.

I wanted to take the time to thank Chuck Hobson and Jason Upham for their wonderful help and follow-through in the car-buying process. The car that I was looking at (unfortunately) was sold. But Chuck and Jason both were not only supportive and provided just the right service to me, but congratulated me even when I didn't buy from them directly. They were great to work with and when we're back in the market (which should be in another 2 years), we'll definitely be back to Ed Martin and with Chuck and Jason. Thank you to you both!

Great place to buy a vehicle. The whole staff took the time to make my experience easy, fun, and memorable. The GM Dave Sonneman even took time to help us personalize the event by visiting with us during and after our buying experience. A class act!

Let me first say that this is anomaly for me. I hate writing reviews, good or bad. However I feel that if someone goes out of their way to provide an extraordinary experience then it is warranted.In searching for a Charger for my son we ran across Ed Martin Dodge and more importantly Derek Barker. I have never before experienced the level of professionalism and courtesy we were afforded. The car was awesome, the deal was great and they made it seemless and easy. Derek even delivered the car to my home! I can t say enough good things about the dealership or Derek. Highly, highly recommend!

Just an fyi for anyone buying here we purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon we had it for close to a month and had to put a set of brakes on it 540$ now a few weeks later it s developed a tick in the motor take it to a gm dealer and now it has to have 3500$ worth of motor work which includes a cam shaft, 16 lifters , as well as a push rod and possibly new valves

Customer service is top notch. They made a mistake when selling me a car & ended up giving me a car without a must have feature.
