They should totally have five stars overall. I absolutely loved the service I received from them back in July. Mike Lopez there is on top of everything. He is someone who is very passionate about what he does and very caring as well. You bring in your vehicle very frustrated, of course, with whatever car damage you had, and he ensures that everything gets fixed on a timely manner with no flaws. My car was completely rear ended a big time and he ensured that I am satisfied with the whole fix and replacement I am getting. I was very busy, with a demanding work schedule during the visits, he even gave me updates through text and voice mails with the copy of receipts and the status of the car. This collision center is absolutely the best one I've ever been to, as far as Mike is there to take care of us!! Thanks again, Mike!

They did an amazing job on my mothers car after her accident! They helped with a loaner vehicle and even though did take about 3 weeks (because of insurance) it was well worth it when I got it back. They had cleaned it and made it look wonderful!! Always kept me informed and talked to me like a regular person and not just a girl. Not one complaint!! Thanks Ed Martin!!

Took the car in on January.10th to be fixed.. $900.00 worth of damages. 5 days later, figuring the car would be finished, they state they hadn't received the estimate from State Farm...No call or anything.. They hadn't even started on the car...The manager talked over me when I explained I needed my car done for work... He is very rude and arrogant, then I was told it would be ready maybe that next Wednesday. A lady called me back and said it would be ready on Thursday morning..as of Wednesday morning it was in cleaning.., well, it wasn't ready until Thursday at 4:45... , So I guess it was in cleaning for 2 days, right ...After almost 3 weeks of waiting, my $900.00 damage was completed...Never again will I use them... I have brought 3 cars now from Nissan and have spent a lot of money there..I ever have any problems at the service department, Jillian and P.J. have always been real professional and nice and take very good care of their customers, unfortunately Collusion does not!!!

I took my car here for a collision repair. It was not one of the pre-approved shops for my insurance but I preferred to have the work done at a dealership and they made it so easy for me! Ed Martin employees worked directly with my insurance to take care of everything and kept me updated by super-convenient text messages. The final repairs look like new!

Mike went above and beyond in seeing that my car was returned to excellent condition. He and his team detailed my MDX and even helped cover my deductible when a part was delayed in shipping. Outstanding work and will definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs done!!

They did everything to be sure I was completely satisfied. Car looks nice...like $8800 in damage never happened and it's running great too. They even ran it over to the Nissan store to get the oil changed and tires rotated before I picked it up.

They did a good job at repairing my vehicle back to the way it was prior to the wreck. It did take a little longer than expected, but they stayed in communication about it. The staff was friendly and very helpful with the matter. Overall a good experience.

Ive been visiting repair shops searching for the most reasonable price with the best quality of work to replace the damage on my car due to an car accident. The staff were respectful, friendly and assured me all work would meet my standards as we discussed. I haven t had any problems with the work done and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Great job !!

To rate this company you have to give them a star if I could rate without a star they would not received a star. I dropped off vehicle due to an accident they call me to let me know my car will be ready when rim comes in after my 5 times trying too call and by the way you need a battery when they have had my car for two weeks. Which they blame the tech for not informing them. When i got car back nothing was reset turning light wasn't working and front desk stated. "Yea by them taken off the front bumper they might forgot something. Talk to Mark he didn't care stating they have over 100 of vehicles and they didn't take off the front bumper.. With them and the customer service.. You won't know what's true and you might not get your vehicle back the way you drop it off.. Thank God for Acura on 96th street they fix all my problems and stayed after 6 o'clock to get my vehicle back in order... Never will I take any of my vehicles here.. No customer service. No care.

Great service! I really enjoyed their friendly service. They made my daughter's vehicle look brand new.. offered my daughter a full detail with no charge! Awesome will be taking my vehicle back! Great work, thanks a lot.

I have my life worst experience by going to this place. These guys are really careless folks. I met in accident wit my new car, it was just 2 months old car, these guys didn't repair on time and when they called me to pick up the car. I saw the call and it was all mess. was looking like 10 yrs old car, they didn't clean the car at all. All the broken parts where in side the car. Car was full of dust. I was crying to get it repaired. they took again several days and gave me the car with so many scratches. VERY CARELESS folks and made my car all mess. I would simply say they don't know what they are doing, all the repair on the car not up to the order. I am not at all happy and please be aware from these folks. DON'T go even if u have this as last place to go on earth. my rating is biggest negative number. IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR CAR DON'T GO HERE.

Need some serious organization at this place. They had my car for more than 3 weeks and they were keep telling me that they will work on it and middle of 4th week that they had my car they said they can't look at it for another 4 to 6 weeks. I was calling them every 3 to 5 days to check on them. I have a rental car price racking up. They should have told me right at the beginning that they can do this. I did called there Management and all they had to say is they are sorry.

Terrible work. Bumper had to be repainted after a week. Clear was resprayed twice. Panel gap and alignment had to be adjusted with gaps 3x the manufacture spec. A year and a half later the paint chips are more numerous than any car I've ever had. Insurance nor them will stand behind their work.

I went there with my friend to pick up her car. It wasn't done on time. Very rude manager who likes to pat himself on the back. I wouldn't recommend It to anyone. We are going to have the car looked at by another shop. You can see scratching in the paint and looks like bad work.

I had a minor bumper scrape on my honda. I took it there to get an estimate and while I was there I witnessed worker's getting high on the side of the body shop. You could smell the pot. I said something to the manager and he blew it off. With that happening i decided not to get not to have my car done repair done there.

Couldn't asked for a better collision shop. Seemed to car about the work that they do. I would highly recommend them for repair work!! Seem to car about how your car looks when finished.
