I m so impressed with this shop! Honesty and integrity with the experience to back it up! I don t even live in this state but I m willing to come here for my future tire needs!!! Thankfully I like Indianapolis and vacation here often.

Came in with a flat tire in the trunk and they were extremely helpful and fast with the service! He showed me what caused the leak and plugged the hole. From coming in with a flat and driving away with a fixed tire, it only took less than 10 minutes. Will come back here for my tire needs!

Got a screw in the back right tire of my Jeep (in the picture below). Got the spare on, made it to the shop. Called around 4pm, got it in to be worked on the minute we pulled in. He plugged the hole and rotated the tires for $60, and put the spare back on the back. (Took him 17 minutes!).Great customer service, nice people, and got it taken care of smooth and quick. Nice clean waiting office. They take really good care of their succulent. A good sign.

Fantastic friendly service at a great price.We were on our way out of town and got a nail in our tire. We happened to be nearby and saw other good reviews so we stopped in.They were able to quickly fix our tire for an exceptionally fair price. Not only that, but they entertained our antsy kids while we waited. We ll certainly be coming back for all our tire needs.

I was welcomed so nicely and felt so at home with the morning I was having his positive greeting and customer service and empathy was needed and the bathroom is very nice and clean this was the best and cleanest tire shop I ve ever been to and great atmosphere, great experience, great energy, great PRICE, fast and efficient my new tire shop for life he went above and beyond to find me the best tire best thread for a very reasonable price he definitely won me over with his customer service EASTSIDE TIRES IS THE BEST PLACE FOR TIRES

Had a nail in my tire. Struggled to find anyone who could get me in same day and help me so I could get to work. Walked in and the owner immediately went out and looked me up and brand new tire. Not only that, he personally went and picked it up so that I may be accommodated. There was so much appreciation for his kindness and speediness! Will be coming back for any and all of my tire needs!

If you're looking for honest, fast and reliable service for your tires, Eastside Tires LLC comes through for me every time! As a Realtor, I pick up screws and roofing nails while showing houses all the time, and I was able to get my car in quickly and have it repaired with great service and straightforward pricing. On my way to work one day, I got a flat tire. With little to no knowledge about tires, I was going to be at the mercy of the nearest tire establishment, which was Eastside Tires LLC, to steer me in the right direction. (No Pun Intended.) Lucky for me, the owner of Eastside Tires LLC, was very nice, informative, and treated me with respect. After putting my car on the lift, he inspected all of my tires, he explained to me that I only needed the one tire replaced at this time. But before he did the service, he showed me my tire options along with their cost. After I made my choice, he then mounted the tire, and I was back on the road and off to work. Leaving I felt assured that not only would I be returning for all of my tire needs, but that I would be telling all my friends and family about my blessed and grateful experience as well. #payitforward

Found a nail in my rear tire and needed to find someplace close and quickly that could patch it or replace it. The owner of the business assisted me personally and was able to sell me a much better tire that would last me longer than the patched one would. Never did he make me feel pressured to purchase the newer tire over patching the old one. Merely, provided me with the information for me to make an educated decision. Once we agreed on price, he installed it for free in under 30 minutes and I was back on the road. Owner was incredibly kind and an absolute pleasure to speak with and work with. I will be going back to this establishment for all my tire needs in the future for today, the owner gained a loyal customer for years and years to come. Thank you to him and his kindness.

These guys are awesome. Driving from NH to Summer Camp music fest to vend and realized how bald my tires were. Chris didn't try to upsell me at all he set me up with a brand new looking used set with excellent treads, for an extremely fair price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Awesome customer service and good vibes

I'll go here as long as I live in Indy. The owner is a class act and will take care of your problems as fast as one can expect AND for the best price. Had a flat tire and it was plugged, got a new air nozzle, put back on, and all the other tires checked and aired up in 30 minutes for just $30. I asked him to charge me more because he deserved it and he refused. My only complaint is that he doesn't do everything, because I'd come here for all my car related needs! Bravo

Easily the best customer service experience I ve ever had at any type of business. Taso is clearly an honorable and likable guy and went above and beyond in what seemed like just a normal reflex for him. I doubt you ll find better price and service anywhere else. I saw the other good reviews, called, he had us in and out in under 30 minutes and he s definitely got my patronage from here on out.

Eastside Tires is a good place to take your car for tire repairs. The gentleman, named Tasso, took good care of me. He was very kind and generous with me, and I appreciated that. There's not a lot of people who take a genuine interest in your well-being and who will go the extra mile to help you with your vehicle like he did for me. I greatly recommend his services.

Very quick. Was on a business run to Indy and hit something coming onto 465 from 74. Pulled off the side of the road because my tire pressure alarm came on, and found a small leak. Pulled off Washington St to find a tire shop, and found this gem. He had the tire plugged and back on the road in 15 min.

Had low pressure tyre warning on my wife's car on my way down South to trucking school, so had to pull off 465. I don't know the area, but tried to inflate at the Marathon and realised it was serious, as the air was going out as fast as it was going in. Quick search and luckily Eastside Tires was just over the road. Unluckily, it was 6:45am and they open at 09:00. Ultra-luckily the owner turned up at 7:30 that day (and I apologised as I was in his parking spot). He looked at the tyre, asked if I wanted old or new, opened the shop and I was on my way within 30 minutes with an almost new $60 fitted tyre.Without a doubt, the best customer service I've had in the USA, and the best tyre shop I've ever used.

Great service and friendly people. Replaced two tires quickly late in the day on a walk-in. The owner was up front about pricing and went out of his way to make sure I understood what I was paying for. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. After a day of travel, we were a half hour from home with a van filled with 4 tired kids and two women, the tire inflation light indicated a problem. We called and stopped there as they are right off 465. Somehow the tires were overinflated, so the owner helped us out. We tried to pay him, but he wouldn t take our money. He has a great work ethic and, as an immigrant, he loves America! Cannot say enough how much we appreciated his service and kindness to us and the 4 little ones who enjoyed the candy treats as well!

Went in today to Eastside Tires LLC and felt real comfortable about making a purchase today. I spoke with the owner who indeed made the initiative to explain things in way to where I could understand the process and did not feel like I was being ripped off. The owner seems to be a professional, polite and knowledgeable guy who makes you wanna continue to do business with him.

Stopped in several months ago and got tires for our little Honda. Great guy and the best prices. Not to mention fast and knowledgeable. Came back for my new Wrangler and was given the same service if not better. Hands down, the best around!!!

Great customer service. My son was sleeping when we arrived the gentleman offered him a snack for the inconvenience of waking him up. Love the thought that is put into each customer and the welcoming feeling u receive when u enter the building.

This is the best tire shop I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Both the father and son was very polite, professional and informative about the tires they offer.Most places try and rip you off especially when you re a women not these guys! The BEST in town. If you ever have tire needs please visit them.

Needed a tire plugged that I already had off the vehicle. Went to all the big named tire stores on East. Washington and they all tried selling me a new tire and when I refused buying one since the tire I had was almost new they then quoted either an outrageous price to have the tire patched or a very long wait to have it done. I happen to drive by Eastside Tire and pulled in not knowing it was a totally new store, with a new owner that just opened up.. But I'm glad I did. They patched my tire without even trying to sell me a new one first and charged me a lot lower than the other places quoted.The owner is very honest and will get what you need done at a cost you can afford.. Definitely my place to go when needed.

I blew my tire out the day before leaving for a cruise and not a tire shop on the east side had the right wheel and tire combo! Eastside Tires helped me locate a wheel in Indianapolis and get it to the shop, for a reasonable price on such short notice. Great local shop that goes above and beyond for its customers at a great low price! They earned my business!
