I only get serviced at this location. Every time I come, I have a good experience in service. Norman is my guy! However, in the lobby they were not stocked with coffee water or snacks. The few snacks looked old. Service was going to pour me cup from their pot and offered me a bottled water.

Norm in service was a great help. The technician quickly diagnosed the mechanical issues on my Jeep. They repaired my Jeep well before the completion date & time quoted. I would highly recommend.

I have been coming to Eastgate for almost 30 yrs for service. I live in Cicero and will only use Eastgate Chrysler for my service and purchasing my vehicles. Norm Thompson is an amazing service writer/manager. He is honest and treats his customers with the utmost respect. He is the reason I drive so fat for all my service.

SAME DAY SERVICE EXISTS at a DEALERSHIP?? My Ram tried overheating on me this weekend. I called Norm and left v/m. Spoke with Norm @ 11:30. Requested AAA tow, waited 1hr 39min for tow truck to arrive. Rick & Norm both returned call request upon arrival. By 2:30 Rick called with diagnosis, cost of repair total and advised could pick up in @ 1.5 hrs!! The longest part of the entire process was waiting for tow truck and initial vm reply... Great Job! Thanks a million Norm, greatly RESPECT and TRUST your ADVISE and JUDGMENT. Much Respect! Awesome Experience! Awesome Dealership!! Awesome Service!! Awesome People!!THAT IS... Eastgate Chrysler!! My Pacifica was brought in for general maintenance. However, I had an issue with my right rear view mirror. The mirror was looked at and the necessary parts were ordered.Everyone at the service area was extremely nice and professional. What a great service experience

My new vehicle had a major issue and the service team did a great job. Mark worked hard to get it repaired before the estimated time. Shelby was a pleasure to work with, she went above and beyond to help me. She even stayed late one night when I was stuck in traffic so I could get the loaner vehicle. Went in for an oil change and the great customer service started with my agent. I can t remember his name but he was very engaging and super helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and gave me helpful tips to maintain the life of my vehicle. Also, although the oil change process is walk in based, I did not sit and wait for an eternity which is appreciated. I will be returning here for an maintenance on my vehicle!

Help me sort out an electrical issue. Very helpful in getting the part in advance, quick to book my appointment do a radio swap.Was battling this issue for years and the service advisor knew exactly how to help me and leverage the warranty I had purchased through Eastgate.

My Jeep had the starter go bad three days before I was supposed to leave on vacation to go to the great Smoky Mountain jeep invasion. Norm and his team had my jeep up and running the next day and I was able to go enjoy the Jeep invasion. Will always have all my service work done at Eastgate Chrysler.

This place has horrible customer service. I purchased a vehicle from here (brand new) and an extra warranty. I've been told something different about my warranty coverage by everyone I've encountered here and they all seem to get agitated when I've asked questions. Overall, my experience has been terrible and I'd never purchase another vehicle from this dealer or refer anyone here. Staff is rude

My experience was great. I sat outside at the picnic table & waited and every employee that came outside & walked by asked me it they could check on my Jeep for me. I had to get a new key fob and have it programmed. They got it done in the same day and fixed 2 recalls I didn t know about so I would not have to make a second trip. Very professional and all around great service. I will definitely use them from here on out for all my vehicle needs!
