I love the service department here Aaron is a great service advisor along with many others (Paul) is great as well but I'm assigned to Aaron.It's a BMW and service is expensive but it's a BMW. Great service staff make it nice. Definitely appreciate them!

I took my husband s car in for bumper damage. After 3 hours they sent me home with incomplete work leaving residual paint from the accident all over the bumper & faulty sensor alert warning message. I immediately called the service department asking about these missed repairs. No apology. No acknowledgment for the incomplete work. No integrity about the shoddy workmanship. I would not recommend using this BMW service department.Service: Body & Trim

The team at Dreyer provides the really awesome service. It is what my car and I deserve! Derrick has been my service rep through two cars and over 14 years. Derrick is not only knowlegible but also prompt and personable. And it's rare that don t have a loaner waiting, and getting in and out is a breeze! are quick, I must say the video that is provided after your car is inspected is a differentiator. Within minutes of the inspection, you get to hear directly from the BMW certified service tech. In the video, he shows you exactly what he has found and talks you through each finding and recommendation. Truely first class!Can you service your beemer somewhere else for a few bucks less? Sure... but why? I continue to recommend DR to my BMW owning friends!

This shop is normally outstanding. We brought my BMW in for a diagnostic and it took them five days! I had an issue with technician Aaron there before so when I got him again, I requested someone else. They wouldn t change. So, they never figured out what was wrong with my car! So we gave up and just towed the car away.

Had some issues with my BMW's starter and battery - took a few days to diagnose and complete the work but they gave me a loaner car and Dean kept me updated every step of the way. If you take your car in, Dean will be sure to take care of you and talk through all your questions. Thanks again!

They have ruined my experience with BMW!I have always loved BMW. I know it's a facility issue. I am forced to switch to a new brand because they are the only BMW service provider near me and I will never go back nor recommend them. They could have made the difference but were stuck in their ego.Service center shows no integrity. They do not assume any responsibility for their mistakes or negligence. After bringing my car into their service center to have the experts take a look at my engine, paying $700 for oil change, air filter change, 2 spark plugs and a diagnostic test, and handing me my car back making me think it is "fixed", my engine blows up 48 hours later. Worst mistake in my life

Really bad attitude with me and all I was doing was my job. I think they have a problem with black people made my job of delivering difficult.I think that's why I was rushing to leave there and I made a mistake.
