Had a great experience coming here for the first time. Customer service was great with everyone I interacted with at the shop. I had a bit of a wait time because I had walked in but as soon as they got my car back, they informed me of their findings and the service was so quick. They had given me an estimated time that it would be completed by and were on schedule which was great. I highly recommend this shop. 6/5 stars!

I ve come to discount tire for years for all of my tire needs(for our business fleet and personal vehicles). They ve always taken great care of us.Joel(manager) is always attentive and helpful. Thanks!

This place is pretty much terrible, customer service is hit and miss.1st appointment, said to take no more than an hour and a half. New wheels, tires. Tech struggled for 20 minutes mounting ONE, not one person helped him. Fast forward to 2 and a half hours later, me frustrated. One of the managers was able to stop holding the counter up. Got me done in 3 hours......with bad TPMS.2nd appointment, told it would take an hour to replace sensors. 30 minutes, to the minute, after my 10:45 appointment they're pulling it in. Tick, tock.Go to another Discount Tire, this is my last trip here and I live 4 minutes away. Hard pass.

I waited in line for about 30 minutes to use their free tire service. I had a couple of low tires that just needed air. I was told by the woman working that my tires were too low to air up. Seriously? Then she told me I could put my name in for service and they would check my tires (2 back ones) to see if I needed to buy new tires. When I told her I didn't want and couldn't afford new tires at this time, she began explaining their payment options. All I wanted and needed was air in my tires. So she ended up sending me away with 3 low tires. I am a 66 year old woman on disability. This was one of the coldest days of the year. So much for caring about people. All she was interested in was making her commission on selling tires. I probably not even go there now when or if I get new tires because of this.

Probably one of the best experiences at a tire shop. I was in and out within an hour. What was supposed to be a free flat tire fix turned into needing a new tire. I wasn t presented with the most expensive options right off of the start or had someone try to sell me 4 new tires. I was shown the damaged tire and lug nuts instead of someone just telling me they were bad. It was easy to trust their opinion. Feel so much safer now. I m so overly impressed. Will definitely be back.

If you have lower tire pressure due to the chilly weather watch them very carefully! Today was the first below freezing day out and my right rear tire threw TPMS into low pressure at 26psi. The other three tires were all at 28psi. I got there and the kid over fills my left rear to 47psi, my front two tires went from 28 to 23psi which the TPMS system now complained about low pressure. And the right rear went from 26psi now down to 19psi. All from the air the "tire tech" let out. The tire tech informs me that all the tire except for the right rear is now at 33psi. He also informs me that their air machine will not inflate a tire at that low pressure. This guy wanted me to wait to have the tire inspected for an impaled object or a bad TPMS sensor. The car is only three years old. My milage getting there was 58048, the photo included is 58068. This was after searching for a gas station air machine that was NOT out of order. I finally just called AAA and the guy came out and got all my pressures equal! This is a sham technique to get them to examine the tire and tell you that a new TPMS sensor is needed. A person off the street wouldn't know if the sensor is bad or not. Four hours later ... pressures are still all the same! In the photo the pressure of the right rear is at 31 this was after sitting at a GetGo inflating the tire for 10 minutes, I got tired of waiting.

Recently replaced 3 tires here with brand new ones. Major was helpful, prompt and very knowledgeable. Plus there were no high pressure sales tactics. I do recommend scheduling your appointment on line. It definitely helps with wait time. Overall experience was excellent. Good job!

I m never going anywhere else but here. They saved me in a pinch and even printed off some coloring papers for my daughter while we waited. I was told by BT that I needed a new wheel and tire but they didn t have it so I went to this Discount Tire. They told me my tire was fine and I just needed a new wheel. It s the honesty that I love.

My whole family have been loyal Discount Tire Customers since they first came to Indy some 30 years ago. As a company they continue to be just as loyal to their customers. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Love these guys and gals

I'm a fan of discount tires. I've gotten a full set before and I just went with my niece to get her a front set. They are always very courteous and helpful. They explain what needs to be done. Yeah getting tires suck, because they are pricy, but they are a good group of people

First time to this location, just came in for a scheduled rotation. Customer service at this store was great. Good attitude from the employees, especially given I was there around open on a Saturday.

I have never been disappointed with the East Washington St Discount Tire since I have been their custom for a bit. Bill, the manager, has been a great help with anything I had an interest in of wheels and tire.

Had tires under road hazard warranty. Hit a huge chunk hole on way home in the dark. Destroyed one tire and cut the side wall of another. They treated my wife very well and replaced both tires without question. That's why I continue to buy/replace tires at this location and have for 15 years or more.

Went and got tires great but l decided to buy rims a few days later I get a call saying there IN that I could come in at 11am to get installed not only did it take over a hour to get my car in but it is the wrong rims not what I payed for I'm extremely upset. They say they will make it right but I'll see

By far the best Discount Tire in the country. I mean it. Bill the manager deserves a raise and a promotion. He installed a pair of custom rims on a 2022 Polaris Slingshot with 700 miles with ease.I trust Bill and his team with all my vehicles.

Great people that are very friendly. Unfortunately they do not set proper expectations. I showed up at 930am and they checked me in and asked me to come back at 130pm. I come back at 130 and it s now 3pm and have not even looked at my tires.If proper expectations were given I could have made an appointment or left my car for them at their convenience. But now I have wasted my entire work day to have a tire looked at.This is a much different experience than my normal discount tire in Noblesville. Very disappointed!

The front end staff was friendly and helpful, but I was pretty disappointed that after paying $50+ in labor and fees for one single tire change that they couldn t bother to properly stow the spare tire, just threw it in the trunk.

I ordered four wheels online, DR-37, two weeks ago for the East Washington Street location in Indianapolis, Indiana. I received a call from the store on October 19, 2023 that they didn't have an ETA as far as those wheel models ever arriving, to come in and maybe choose a different wheel. So, I came in on October 21, 2023 and order some new wheels with Kenneth R C, salesperson 23; I received an invoice and receipt and he set a new appointment for me to come back at 8:00 A.M on October 28th. I come back today on the 28th and I am told by a different employee that he couldn't find the wheels in the back, nor did it show that they had been ordered through the system. I am furious, because that was poor business that one no one helped me despite being in a long line of people who didn't have an appointment, and none of the employees asked if anyone has an appointment. My appointment was set right at the time store opens and I was the last to be helped. That is poor business and I will let everyone know, including corporate. I requested a refund for that disrespect.

Very friendly staff. I called to make sure the tires i wanted were in stock and they said they were but unfortunately when I came to have the tires put on my car there was only one when I ordered 2 of they upgraded my tires and they paid the difference.

Well I had a very nice experience with this location. So I was going out of town and I wanted to get new tires. The tires where not in stock ( the ones I wanted ) but I was encouraged to buy a different set. I agreed but wasn t quite sold on them. But anyway I rolled with it. Well the manager of stores reached out to inquire about how my purchase went and I explained that the team was fine I just wasn t in agreement with the tires I got and you know what he said; We want to make sure you re satisfied with your purchase so please tell me what tires you wanted to buy; I told him and you know what; he had those tires in there by 4:00 pm the same day. I was able to switch out the ones i bought with no pressure or money for the swap. Excellent Service by Discount Tire. I m happy now and this company will always get my money. Special thanks to the rep Branden for his part in making sure I was in and out. Thanks Discount Tire

Not particularly impressed. 100$ add on for a warranty I didn't ask for. Okay. Fine. I'll take it. Then you break my lug nuts and tell me you'll replace them for 50 bucks? Nah. I used to do business here. Not again.

Didn't like Pendleton pike . They would not put air in my tire because it was below 15 . They wanted me to talk to manager. Hmmmm. I went to one on Washington st. No problem he aired it up.

A few years back my truck had a flat. Took it there to repair after about an hour wait (it was busy) had it fixed they said rust had built up on the rim causing it to tire to lose air. They had ground it off and tire was fine. Was getting ready to pay and they told me no charge and just to keep them in mind next time I needed tires. And so the other day I did with my GF vehicle. One tire had been losing air. Turned out rim was cracked and needed new. Showed me tires still had a little life to them that they could just replace rim and use old tire or get new but one tire would have different rim. Given the past curtasy they gave me I went ahead and got new tires and rims. They showed me different price levels and didn't steer me to buy most expensive. My GF Mustang now feels like a totally different car driving. Much improved. Although there were two cars ahead of me vehicle was finished in less than hour .
