Today I came to this discount tire because I needed a new tire because my front tire kept losing air. I knew I couldn't put off getting a new tire any longer because I was feeling resistance while driving and Both my front tires were in really bad shape. financially it's been a struggle so I could only afford to get one tire but the nice gentleman who works here really cared about my safety and gave me a really great deal on two front tires and I was able to get two. I can't recommend this place enough if you need tires please come here! Great customer service.

Got a bolt in my new car tire over the weekend when hitting a pothole. Was able to schedule a visit early Monday for an inspection and they were able to remove and patch it on the spot. No charge even though I had not bought the tires from them for this car given it is brand new. Great experience and another reason they manage to keep my business.

I bought a new pair of rear tires there a couple weeks ago and had a good experience, but hadn't taken the time to write a review. They got me in and out very quickly and efficiently with very pleasant service. But what has really prompted me to write up a review was when I had to go back today with a low tire (not one of the new ones). I was on my way out of town and they went out of their way to provide me service that got me out the door quickly and safely. I really, really appreciate the time they took to assist me. I would definitely recommend them and they have my future business for sure.

They tried to hard sell me on four Hyundai tires when I nicely asked the tire guy to plug my tire or put on my donut. They did not even call me to tell me they could not plug the tire. I got a text alert my car was done and had to wait to get to the shop to find out they just put on the donut. I highly do not recommend. Very rude technician. I am buying four new tires next week just not at Discount Tire at Castleton.

Have issues with 2 tires that are supposed to be under warranty. Last time I bought 4 tires because my tire size is hard to find. Today they're pulling the same scam!!! I have to buy 4 new tires because they don't have my size.

I'm going on a road trip in a couple days, and needed new tires asap. They had the tires I wanted in stock, so I booked an appointment, and they had me in within a few hours! When I pulled up, Kevin came out to my car and greeted me by name. Excellent service, I wish every place was like this! Kevin deserves a raise! Will absolutely be coming back!

Wasn't happy with the service I received. Had 2 tires replaced. Noticed after replacement My rims were damaged. I called to report the damaged the same day. I was told to bring my vehicle in so they could take a look. I live 25 minutes away, so I did not go back because I didn't think they would do anything about it. Also I didn't want to hear any excuses.

Bought a set of tires from them a bout two years ago, with the tire warranty. One now has a slow leak. Made an appointment at opening and they treated me great! Brandon, the manager actually met me at the door upon opening and had all my information pulled up. Took my car into the bay and they got in it promptly. I shared I was heading on a 3,000 mile+ road trip. He told me I could have service at any of their roughly 1,200 shops nationwide under my warranty. Great for road trips! My family uses Nationwide and I highly recommend them. I also have not found a tire better than Michelin. Tires are one thing a person should not take the cheap option! Your life may depend on it and it makes for a smoother ride in my experience.

Rarely do auto repairs or maintenance go as expected, but with this location it was as smooth as could ever be expected. Purchased my tires online, booked the appointment after purchasing tires. Was notified in three different ways (email, text, and phone call) when my tires arrived and confirming the appointment. Pulled up and a bay had been blocked off with literally my name on a sign. Pulled up to the bay, pulled in they took my keys and 30 minutes later it was done. Everyone was friendly and not overselling. Just an overall good experience. I would suggest that if booking online to buy the tires before booking the appointment. I wound up booking 2 appointments because I tried to book the appointment THEN buy the tires, which didn't work right.

Incredibly honest, and great people. They were able to repair my tire for no cost and saved me from buying a set. Not a lot of places would do this. I will definitely come back in the future for business from them.

After being denied at three other competing stores these guys had the equipment, space, and time to replace my tire. The workers were more than accommodating and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. They got our work truck in and out within an hour. Overall I was impressed and satisfied with how efficient and effectively they worked as a team.

Each time I've been here, the staff have been very friendly, professional and considerate of my time. As a female, I generally dread having to take my car for any kind of service because of the "dumb girl" treatment but I've never been treated that way here. I've never felt they were trying to upsell or take advantage of me either. In the world of vehicle maintenance/repairs, this place is a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work!

They knocked it out of the park. I called on a Monday, they had to order the tires for our travel trailer. They called and said they were in on Wednesday, asked when I could come in to have them put on. I pretty much left the house pulled into their parking lot and no sooner than I got out of the truck they were rolling jacks out..... I know it's Indiana, maybe they were in the pit crew spirit! Awesome job guys!!!

Great customer service and the guys and gals have amazing knowledge when it comes to their tires for the customer. Had a small leak in one of my tires and they got me in and out in no time what s so ever, while I was able to go grab lunch. Keep up the amazing work everyone. Greatly appreciate it

Refused to rotate my semi worn front tires to the back, and my nearly brand new rear tires to the front. The guy was super nice, but if my front tires are truly that bad (they are not) and you truly cared about my safety, it only makes sense to rotate the tires. My only option was buy 2 new tires for $400 when all I wanted was a quick rotation/ balance. Clearly discount tire is more worried about selling new tires than helping loyal customers. I've used this company for 20 years and unfortunately that stops today!

I came in on the verge of a mental breakdown because there was a nail in my tire which was something i couldn t afford right now. Kevin was there to help he was empathetic and understanding he gave me bad new but gave me a solution that would work for me in the situation that I m in. I was please and grateful for the staff at discount tire today especially Kevin!!!!

They were slammed after the winter storm. I made an appointment and was upset my appointment time was pushed back an hour. After an explanation I realized every employee was moving as fast as possible and trying desperately to make things right. The customer service was excellent and professional. I really can't complain about them being busy due to weather. They crushed it and now I'm a happy customer with correct tire pressure and sensors. I will be back. This is my new spot.

82nd St has been my home location but I have been to other locations in the metro area and literally have never had a bad experience in the past 7-8 years I've been bringing my vehicles to DT. The warranty they provide is the best!

I came in on Tuesday for the Memorial Day Sale. Even at 8 am, they were slammed. I was greatly impressed with the associate working the counter, William. He handled the lobby full of people with professionalism and calm. He diligently worked to get each of us taken care of. I ve used Discount Tire before. This level of service will ensure I return. Furthermore, I appreciate their great selection of tires and always setting me up with the best choice for my needs.

Drove an hour and a half out of town to have new tires and wheels set up on my new Jeep. Made an appointment online last night and verified with a call this morning! No hassles! Got me right in and offered me the warranty for the tires as well! Special shout-out to Cade Eikenberry Marketing, Store Manager, Isaiah, and the tire techs who assisted with install. They reassured me through the entire process! I wish this customer service was as good back home! I can t say enough about my appreciation for the process today!

Came in with wheels unmounted from vehicle. Purchased the tires through Discount Online. The new tires were mounted and balanced in 20 mins. Great work. Couldn't have asked for a better, faster experience. I will be going back for sure.

Their free tire patch is just a a ploy to tell you they need to replace every tire.I'm really sick and was hoping for a little bit of luck and maybe to be reassured that there are still good people in the world. Discount Tire just made me feel victimized.I was very close to death at the beginning of this week and I'm very lucky to be alive. Discount Tire really upset me today and added to my lingering depression related to my illness.People matter...we're more than just money. We have fragile hearts and it doesn't take much to break them. Maybe consider that before you do business with us.

Fantastic location. Went in with a flat and was in and out in 30 minutes. This location, like many other discount tires have a dedicated person(s) fixing and patching flats all day. Also, I was given a good quote on some new tires and rims, their quotes last for 30 days. The fact that I was in and out so quickly with great customer service would make me a loyal customer.AVOID THE DISCOUNT TIRE ON KEYSTONE ACROSS THE STREET FROM WALMART!!!
