Had a problem with my tires and they took me in even after they were closed!! All staff members were so kind and made me feel welcomed. Would 10/10 recommend! Brayden was AWESOME

I walked in and they were super busy. I needed a quick patch on my tire because I had an important appointment to attend. Mitch quoted me 1 hour which was a great time for how busy they were. I just didn't have that kind of time. A gentleman named Ethan asked what brought me and squeezed me instantly. He saved my entire day. I recommend this place. Never seen someone patch a tire so fast. In and out within 10-15 minutes! Thank you gentleman!

Do yourself a favor and just don't go anywhere else for tires. Sr. Manager Dustin is personable and easy going. I needed 4 tires and they got me in and out in less than an hour ON A SATURDAY!! Elias recommended wipers too, which I needed badly. Just a great team and easy to work with.

Professional and quality service. Even though it was a Saturday, the line worked down pretty quickly. And the staff were courteous, thoughtful, and worked really fast to give us a pick up time, worked with us on getting a reasonable price for the tire replacement. They even got finished before the projected timeframe.I m also grateful that they were able to bend back the rim, which was in poor shape, and they were willing to help with a window malfunction in the vehicle, which hindered the window from coming back up. They offered sound advice about repair options.

I don t normally write reviews, but I d like to show my appreciation for this business. I scheduled an appointment for a leaking tire and they got me in the next day. They found a nail and patched the tire for free. They were all nice, efficient, and didn t try to upsell me. I was in and out with a fixed tire at no cost within 50 minutes.

Mitch the Assistant manager, @ North Keystone store was spot on taking care of me. Very professional and treated me like I owned the place. All employees were professional and no horse play like you see at other tire shops.Coming back next week for more work. Store very clean and even had coffee, which I enjoyed.Thank you Discount Tire !!

I have had mostly good experiences with them but make sure you check the car when you pick it up. I picked up my car to drive to work and on the highway the pressure light turned on and I realized the tire pressure on one of the tires was 7 (dangerously low). They are always on time and very polite, but with cars, safety comes first.

Had a nail in my passenger side rear tire. Gavin at the front desk was prompt and personable. The team is adamant about communicating all possible solutions with customers and are more than willing to help find a viable solution. Will forever buy tires from this company.

I brought my vehicle in this morning for a low tire sensor. I had a bad valve stem. They took care of me within an hour and a half. At no charge! Best customer service I've ever had!

My experience at Discount Tire was so good I felt compelled to leave a review. The Manager Sean goes above and beyond and is very professional, polite, and friendly at all times, regardless of how busy it is. I would recommend this location to anybody for their tire needs.

I was driving through Indianapolis on my way to NY when I ran over a nail on the road. The puncture caused a significant drop in the PSI of the affected tire and I needed emergent attention. Fortunately I was near this Discount Tire location and when I finally parked my car, my affected tire was nearly flat. Since I arrived without an appointment, I waited less than two hours in the lobby. The staff was very pleasant and professional and the waiting area was clean. The staff did a great job fixing my tire and when it was time to check out, I was given a complimentary service! I was pleasantly surprised and thankful for their service and time. Thank you so much!

I used to go to the store in Westfield and had great service there. The guys at keystone are next level. The manager is wonderful and I always have the best customer service here. Can t say enough great things about them.

When you don't have the best prices, you have to have great service. This place has neither. Was told I would be in an out in an hour. Asked if it would be an hour to completion of the work, or an hour to be seen. Was told an hour to completion. Guess which occurred? 1 hour later and I'm pulling into the service bay.As customers, all we ask is that we be given accurate up to date information.

I placed my order online, and within hours, I received a call confirming my order. On the day of installation, I was in and out in less than an hour. Friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend this location.

2022: Wow just wow! Came in after getting quoted $1500 a tire at Rimtyme worked with Drew he gave me a great suggestion Falcon tires and Petrol rims full set for $1500 for this 1990 Grandprix.For all tire and wheel needs go here!They see me rollin 2018: Great service. They got me in towards the end of the day, needed a quick patch for my Ford flex.Friends, be nice when your tire is flat, or low, these guys are here to help you. They didn't cause your tire to go low, but will fix it and get you back on the road. So many people complain and are upset about the wait. Chill. It's a tire.

Recently had a nail penetrate my tire and drove to Discount Tires without an appointment. They got me right in and after an hour repairing the tire (they are large off-roading tires that take some time to fix) I was on my way at absolutely no charge. As a marketing professional, I was skeptical of all the great reviews. But now I know why. They are absolutely legit. Highly recommend and will certainly be coming back in the future.

I had a bad tire that had been previously repaired. I d planned on getting new tires before winter anyway. The manager put on a new tire at no cost to me. So I purchased the set of tires at less expenses than other vendors.

Shout out to these guys. 11/10 service. They work hard and get it done right. We moved to the area recently and went in for new tires on my wife s SUV, they gave us a great deal and were quick to finish up. Will be back, thanks guys.

Purchased four tires rep Sean was very nice had great customer service personality. I was in and out no more than 45 minutes. They kept the promise of you order online service is 30% less time. Thank you guys for great service

If this happened to you don't go here:Caught a flat pretty far from home at 10 pm, had a road patch with me and a pump.Install the road patch to try to get myself home, but my little pump died. Had to put on the spare.Go in there just now and explain the situation, they tell me it can't be fixed (it's in the dead center of the tread) and Try to sell me new tires.Used to exclusively come here for full replacements, won't be doing that anymore if you can't help me when I'm in a pinch.Update: walmart was able to fix it for $15 bucks in an hour, but hey, apparently I really needed that whole new set of tires.

I did a lot of research for tires online for my car. I came into the shop thinking I knew what I wanted. Their sales guys ended up finding me a better tire for a lower price!!! They even were able to service my car quickly when I didn t make an appointment! 10/10 their speed and friendliness will keep me a customer for as long as I live in the area.Also, they were able to help out my boyfriend who had a nail in his tire! They did a great job and we drove to Atlanta and back the following weekend without any tire issues!
