I always come to this location. I stopped in a few minutes before they closed. The gentleman at the front desk came outside and got my tire sizes. Quoted me a price and offered to change them even though they were about to close. Great customer service as usual!

I went to this Discount twice and purchased tires, both times they were unable to balance the tires, and the weights came off in a matter of days. They re a good place to buy tires, but I recommend going to a different Discount to have your tires serviced.

I went to discount tire on 1/11/24 it was a stressful day. They truly showed they care about their customers and gone above and beyond! Levi mithoefer made sure my ride was safe at all cost. My family will continue to come back for tires in the future. Amazing company and amazing employees.

There is a reason this Discount Tire has a higher rating than most.Employees here were all very respectful and kind. I was needing a leak patched but the tire couldn't be repaired and no replacement was available that instant. This is my only vehicle; instead of making me wait at the store all day for a replacement to arrive they went out of their way to find me a ride home and provided a ride to retrieve my vehicle when it was finished. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated.

Love going to this place. The team is great and what was really impressive was that Bruce remembered me from this past July when I caught a bolt in my rim and tire and he took care of me then. It was also really cool that one of the team members was training g a new guy and he walked up to me and thanked me for being patient. They have a loyal customer for life!

Levi and Harry are so honest. I have a Mercedes and needed new lug nuts, and they told me my best option was the dealer because they can t get them. I had another place get mad at me because I wouldn t buy from them. In the future I will only go to discount tire with my other vehicles.Great service

This is quite possibly the best tire shop in human history. I know that sounds crazy but they are THAT GOOD. I've been lied to and stolen from (fake/refused warranties) at countless other stores, since I'm an Uber driver. It was at the point I thought the entire industry was lies and cheats. That was until I found Discount Tire and finally found a store that actually treats people right. Harry (I think that's his name) especially was an amazing employee that I cannot thank enough for his kind and courteous service that put my mind at ease for the first time after the downright harrowing experience of my tire popping while driving. As far as I'm concerned he's like part of the family now and is welcome at my home whenever.

My husband have used Discount Tires only for 15 years, at least. We always get great service, no matter which store we go to. But this store, is the best of the best! Levi and his team are awesome!

Answered phone and was very polite, was able to get in the same day. Didn't take long either!! Nice waiting area very clean. Only thing is they need a sign not allowing guns inside to many people allowed to carry everywhere

A few weeks ago, after going to the discount tire on 82nd in Castleton and being misdiagnosed on which tire was leaking air, I came to this location and was assisted by Levi and his team on finding the Correct tire that was making my tire pressure sensor light go off. He didn t have the tire that day but he said he would the next day by 12 o clock which he did and he called me before 12 o clock and I was able to get in and get out and have my tires rotated and windshield wipers replaced in less than an hr!

Dropped off car for a tire plug - they said they removed the nail and patched it. Got it home and the light still on - The nail is still in tire!!! They didn t even fix it and said they did!!!All they were interested in was trying to sell me 4 new tires. Plan on getting 4 new tires before winter and now it definitely will not be purchased from them. Waste of time. Do not go there.
