Located at 16th & Post. Fast service, great prices, professional. No appointment was needed to get two new tires mounted and balanced on my Nissan altima. I did call before to verify that they had what I needed. Cash only. Definitely recommend

I came here on a Sunday of course last minute of course pot holes in Indy and Allen came straight up to the car and took guidance on where I needed to park and asked let me get some information and I ll be with you in a moment. I sat for a moment which was a few great conversations with some fellow customers then I picked out the tire that worked for me then I was out .This was honestly the best professional experience with a tire company I ve ever experienced. Definitely professional as well reasonable . I would recommend to anyone that needs tires .

Arrived before the shop opened on a Saturday morning and once the employees started showing up they started working on my vehicle even before 9am their opening time!!! Found these guys on a Facebook post and I'm sure glad that I did!!! It was well worth the drive from Columbus to this establishment!!!!

I called Direct Tires to be sure they had my tire size. The guy I spoke to on the phone name was Alan and he said yes they had it so let me I tell y all I am very pleased with the tire and the excellent service. I was in and out very fast. They saved us! They not only had our tire size in stock but put on for us on a Sunday so we could make the 2 1/2 hour drive home.

Helped us in a jam when we had a flat while traveling. Used tire purchased starting losing air soon after and getting replaced now. Told by dealer it had two prior repairs with one on sidewall; being told they would never recommend. Tire blown out still under warranty; our first failure...they disposed of, but wished we would have kept as could have gotten replacement. Definitely a learning experience.

I have been a customer of Direct Tire for 3 years now and let me tell you they are wonderful in every way. Need a flat fixed, done. Need gently used tires, done. Need brand new tires at a great price, done! Thank you guys for always coming through for my family and I.

I bought a used tire from this place. I was told if it had any leaks I could bring it back for a refund. It had a leak and when I called about the refund they said they don t do that. They wouldn t let me speak to the man that could make decisions just a manager . I was told in my receipt it says no refunds I looked, it doesn t. I don t recommend this place to anyone

These guys are unbeatable. I've never had better quality of service at any other tire shop. They saved my a** time and time again. Great prices and great tires. Great attention to detail. No other shop I've been to resets or replaces TPMS sensors, at least not without being asked, if at all. These guys really put the rest to shame. They never miss a beat. I can't thank them enough, you guys are great!

The best place for tires. Landed with a set of Michelin Sport wheels for an Audi S4 at an unbeatable price. Mom, dad, and other family, I send them here. This is the only place I go for anything tire related. I ve never been sold a bad tire and have always received the best service from all staff. Thank you guys for the quick, RELIABLE services you offer. I love my people up here because they really care about your safety on the road. Too many times have I ve heard the times they ve dealt with improperly installed TPMS due to other companies. Direct Tire keeps it direct to the point.

To add to the review added yesterday, I m in agreement. You basically stole $50 from our hardworking active duty military family. Legal counsel has been made aware. All we wanted was $50 back. Your cash flow business is about to be uncovered. The receipt and conversation is enough proof. Don t sell people bad tires. Don t tell them they ll get money back and not honor it.

This was my first time here. John helped me. I needed a dent removed out of my car rim. Direct Tire sources the job out to someone that handles the job. He did great! Direct Tire is cash only .

Awesome service at a good price. I needed a tire quick, and they got me in right before close. All the staff were very polite, and they got me back on the road in under 30 minutes. While I was there I saw the staff dealing with two separate female customers. They were gentlemen. That goes a long way with me, and I will happily recommend them anytime.

Honest and professional! Good prices! Had wheel lock stick they said they could not remove but recommend a place to get the lock off and they did. Will be going back.

Rude, ridiculously long wait... employee tried to quote me a price of $48 for a used tire, when a different employee said the price was $37.50. I told him I was quoted a different price and that was what I was going to pay. He tried to get back at me by taking a long time to change my tire and then sending another employee over to collect payment. My first experience with them was great, but this trip landed them one star, and I will never return to or recommend their shady business ever again.

I have conducted business 3x within the last year here and each time has always been a pleasant experience.Staff is very pleasant and very professional and also very informative and quality and services are A1.This place will always have me as a returning customer .:Update: 2-14-20 another pleasant visit and experience. Had a 60 day broken belt warranty on my tires and I got them checked out today and discovered that was my issue. Without hesitation or questions asked these gentlemen replaced them and had me back on the road. Again very professional and they honor their warranties.

I had a bad first experience with them a few months ago, but I tried them again and have had several good experiences since that time. They are cash only, which they did not tell me ahead of time, although I called ahead the first time I visited them a few months back. They gave me some huge amount of hassle over not having $10 cash on me and running to the bank machine. Due to the other high reviews on here, I thought I may have caught them on a bad day or just may have been stuck dealing with the wrong employee (older white guy.) I have went back several times, to have a tire mounted for my car and new tires put on my truck. The workers there got right on it, were very friendly to deal with, and did a great job. The past few times I've been there they did tell me and other customers about being cash only, so I think if you remember that then they do good work at a good price.
