I visited this place it much need of a passenger-side mirror. They provided me with a five-star mechanic to install my mirror. The repair shop is only a four-and-a-half star repair shop in my opinion because the shop manager knew I was on a diet from previous conversations and still lead me to the driver's lounge he knew had fresh pecan pie on the table for anybody to eat!!!! The deal is I'm from Oregon and needed an emergency repair totally out of my element and as a driver you sometimes get taken advantage of. Not this shop , these guys were great. If your on a diet don't go to the driver's lounge, otherwise this shop is a A+ and I highly recommend.

These guys are awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable about large fleet services. Kris and Brian here in the Lexington, Ky area are the best at getting our fleet back up and moving in a timely manner so our students can continue training with very little interruption. I never have concerns about the jobs they do. I'm very happy with the service they provide.

First tech they sent out knew nothing about switchers, he also didnt know how to diagnose or fix the issue. He actually damaged the cable and just wasnt skillful, Now we have another tech who is skillful but slow, just because a part says 2 hours book time but literally 30 minutes to replace doesnt mean take a break the next 1.5 hours. I got 5 trucks here and will find someone else if the attention and urgency doesnt get corrected.If you need emergency help, do not use this place. Its a maintenance business and they dont even bring all the stuff for a full PM. 1st tech didnt even have a computer to do a forced regen,Lets not forget their dispatch service is a joke, Lady leaves at 4pm. You will not get service tell the next day. They dont know who what or where, they did call to tell me no one is coming and there was a truck sitting there in our lot. Another company we work with called after us and got service, We told him we were having issues getting people to show up.

I purchased an Isuzu NPR box truck from Ryder. Dickinson Fleet was contracted by Ryder to do a few repairs on the truck. They repaired everything as needed and my truck is ready for my mowing business come spring.

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT HAVE YOUR TRUCK SERVICED HERE!!!!! Have your wife try to fix it first, she'll probably do a better job.I wish there was a Zero stars, because they don't even deserve one star. I don't like to complain or have time to complain, but it is essential that other customers know what they are not getting by going here to have their semi serviced. We were told our truck would be looked at on Tuesday. We dropped it off on Sunday, so they would have it. Then when we called on Tuesday for the diagnosis they told us the truck would not be looked at until Friday. On friday when we called they told us that now it wouldn't be looked at until the following Friday, 10 days after it was supposed to be looked at. That Friday we called at 4:10, because apparently they don't call you to tell you what they find, and was told that the guy that looked at it, (who wasn't even in at 9 am that morning-nobody answered the phone), was already gone for the day and did not leave any written documentation or note anywhere stating what was wrong with the truck, so we would have to call back on Monday to find out. So.....now we call on Monday and are told what needs to be done (injector cups need be replaced-which we really knew when we dropped it off), but they want an additional 7 hours of labor to take the head off. The head does not need to be taken off, verified by two repair shops. This is the most unprofessional, unorganized, mismanaged place I have ever seen. I guess when you gouge customers after leaving them to hang out to dry, customer service and your reputation doesn't matter.

Had a small wiring job. They never provided an invoice, but charged me $500. They also lost the cover for my battery. Called at least 6 times to get an invoice and understand what they could have charged me for. No one ever replied. Finally, called the manager, Rich Slaughter, twice. No response. Try another facility or be prepared to pay a lot.

Dickerson is the worst! Be prepared for Jimmy rigging repairs. It s so poorly managed that the good Techs leave, leaving behind inexperienced kids!!

A great group of people. Their mechanics and their billing team are both excellently trained and highly qualified. They are also a company with an excellent work work environment. There is support internally and externally.

They are all about your safety.Safety first!Great company. They train their employees.They fly you out to Indiana for training. They pay for your flights, room, and dinners, they but you lunch while in class, you get a service truck and they pay for your gas/fuel.Safety first!I can actually say I love my job...!Dickinson Fleet Services a great group of people to work with.. And or for.

The kind of mechanical service they offer is very poor. They don't value any of there hire mechanic. They only focus on numbers even if the mechanic has to go back 10 times. They have a 95 percentage turn around most tech Last 6 to 8 months.

Highly recommend!!Dickinson is the ideal maintenance provider, especially large commercial fleets with a national footprint of almost 1,000 mobile techs in 45 states AND about 20 shops to do refurbs and large repairs. You have access to your entire fleets data w/ their proprietary technology that tracks all spend data, service/repair history, compliance, interfaces with telematics providers to manage eDVIRs, 24/7 call center to schedule emergency service...And now that Dickinson is backed by Cox Automotive, their footprint will grow exponentially!!**Unlike most schools/academies that charge for earning a cert as a diesel mechanic, Dickinson has a tech training academy, called FleeTec, where a cadet with no exp is paid (~15/hr at the start w/ raise opp s during the course) to take their training course to become a certified diesel mechanic! They also give each grad $10k in tools for free, plus 100% job placement upon graduating.. it s a no brainer.

The worst possible fleet service you can use. They don t perform quality repairs, they don t pay their vendors, their customer service representative named Charlesse is probably the worst I ve ever dealt with in the multiple years I ve been doing this. Don t recommend, won t recommend.

Took company truck in to get ac fixed ac still doesn't work called talked to to shop manager he didn't really seem to care that it doesn't work said it worked while they had it in the shop. Poor experience
